    Had a good day today had work this morning but I decided to walk down to get my fasted steps in.

    Did my online clients afterwards to make sure all of my check ins were done then filled out my check in sheet for tomorrow as I take my photos on Saturday morning and send them over to Kuba Saturday evening.

    Went over to Rotherham ultra today to do upper body, finally was able to do shoulder press without any pain as I’ve kept pulling my neck which has been really painful but it was a good session and did posing afterwards love doing it in the studio as I can actually move around better as at work the floor is rubber and it’s hard to practice walking sometimes.

    It’s been training day today but had work this morning with one-to-one PT Clients then been to the hospital for an appointment for my ears as I get them regularly checked to make sure my hearing aids work ok.

    Also had my bloods done this afternoon hopefully we’ll get the results in a couple of days by email so will share on here when they arrive.

    I will attach my training log below but I couldn’t do adductors or hyper extension or seated leg curl as the equipment were out of order today so I had to do good mornings and cable pull throughs instead will do adductor tomorrow after upper.

    Rest day today had a stressful morning as we couldn’t get into work as we have new owners on our building at work and the magnetic door that they had changed wouldn’t open. So had to cancel all our morning clients.

    So spent the morning checking in which went well weight hasn’t budged but you can definitely tell a difference in my shape I’m excited to get lean and get on stage only 23 weeks to go ?

    Ready of the day I walked the dogs chilled out in the garden and had a full body massage and acupuncture so all in all been a good day.

    Back to normal today work wise although my evening clients changed days and one of them had tonsillitis so couldn’t come in.

    Usual day really up at 7am fasted walk with the dogs then online client work this morning until around 11am then was filming for my YouTube at the gym which will be out 29th of April. Just talked about how it’s going in prep and what shows I’m thinking of doing this year.

    Was leg day had a good session felt strong on most things just my DOMs kicked in today are training Sunday so hip thrusts and RDLs were hard today! But I pushed through.

    Rest of the afternoon/evening cleaned the house went for another walk to get my steps in then updated some new clients with diet and training plans just sat down so chill out now until bed at 10pm then do it all again tomorrow ?

    Been such a good day been lovely to be able to be back at home I am definitely a home person. I got up a little later than usual 8am as we both wanted a lay in after a busy weekend. Checked in this morning also and it has been good weight has dropped to 146.8LBS so 4lbs drop in a week which I’m happy about.

    Went to the gym this morning and that session took my soul I will attach the session below! Met some lovely people as well in the gym today such a good environment I’m in my happy place.

    This afternoon we went and visited family and took the dogs and a nice walk then came back into the hot tub and chilled out just about to have my meal 5 then early bed and chill out again tomorrow.

    Might be best to upload progress pic to see what we all think. As these guys have said make sure you keep something in for CV health but cardio is something in offseason I personally don’t do I just up my steps as when I start a cut or prep it’s something that can be added in last point so muscle doesn’t decrease

    Just travelling back down from London watched the show all day I absolutely love the environment of a show especially in prep it makes it real again. I love this sport and I think I will always be apart of it the atmosphere and energy in the room is amazing.

    It’s been another rest day for me so that I didn’t have to stress about having to train tonight as I knew that I would have to be there till late. It did finish earlier than I thought so I won’t be won’t at a ridiculous time which is good as I want to be up early and start my day tomorrow.

    Haven’t weighted myself today as I didn’t have my scales with me I’m going to check in tomorrow hopefully weight has started to shift with the food drop.

    All these guys have answered really personally I use a belt for squatting and a waist wrap for RDLs hip hinge movements just as it’s more comfortable but I do think it personal preference

    Evening guys so today I have travelled down to London to help to burst out being one of the pros for the athletes meeting as there is a show on tomorrow that all the JP athletes will be attending so looking forward to that.

    I’ve taken two days rest so today and tomorrow make sure that I have got all my other training sessions in but going to train on Sunday instead of tomorrow just so that I’m not stressing out making sure that I’m back in time to train I’ve meal prepped all my food for both today and tomorrow to make life easier as prep is started so I need to make sure that everything is a point!!

    Just been in the spa at the hotel was lovely to chill out and relax just going to watch a film and head to bed early 🙂

    Training day but had to wait till this evening to train because I had laser this morning for my skin which is looking loads better and I can’t wait to see if it works well as I’ve been having bad skin on my back and chest to hopefully it will clear.

    So this morning I went and had my laser and did the usual walk with the dogs then been in work for a couple of hours before going to the gym. Had a good session it was a lot busier in the gym in the evening but no body was doing legs so I got on everything pretty easy ?

    Preps going well for the first week can’t wait to start seeing the changes but I know this will take a while for me as it always does!
