    Agree with these guys just make sure you like the food you give yourself if not your not going to want to eat it. Also if you have a busy job moving around make sure there meals that are easy to prep so it’s not too time consuming

    Taught Spin this morning at work which was great as I love teaching! Mid-morning I’ve had acupuncture and massage to help my recovery and migraines I’ve seen such a difference keeping up with these been able to push more at the gym and recover so much better.

    This evening I went to train as I had a lot of online client work to do this afternoon. Had a good session in the gym will attach log book below was pretty tired in the gym but I usually am after the last training session of the week.

    Of away for the day tomorrow so prepped all my food this evening to make sure I have it all.

    Rest day today and was well needed have had such a busy day at work with back to back PT and different appointments.

    Had posing clients this afternoon and then this evening went to go watch super league rugby match my team won Leeds rhinos loved it just heading home off straight to bed as I have work early in the morning 🙂

    Another training day today and I’ve also checked in, everything’s going really well since my food has been upped my weight has dropped and it’s around the time of the month so that’s strange and never happened before!!

    Had a good leg session today been able to go up on my RDLs and hip thrusts a lot of my volume has gone up on glutes a lot of paused reps on hip thrust and on the RDLs definitely seem to be working as I can definitely see a difference in my pictures from last year!!

    Legs are absolutely dead though today so glad it’s rest day tomorrow.

    One of my competing clients came up from London today she’s 18 days out from her first show, she’s looking just about right for the amount of time we have left and I’m looking forward to seeing her on stage.

    Also trained upper had a good session will add log book in below, some rep ranges have changed since last time with a drop set on lateral raises which was hard.

    A look to see what your current diet is would be great? There are simple ways to add extra food like juice drinks or blending food when your struggling to eat it

    Back to Monday but I’ve had such a productive day today. Up early and took dogs for a walk as I love the fact that it’s nice and bright in the mornings, as before it was hard in the dark as I couldn’t see.

    Been at work this morning and later this evening with 1-2-1 PT clients. Trained legs today with one of my online clients a very good session went up on all my weights even though I have higher volume on glutes the 4 sets of 15-20 on hip thrusts was brutal but if it works I’m not complaining!!

    Well I’m absolutely knackered, it’s been rest day today but we’ve been to bear grills adventure park today in Birmingham I’d definitely suggest it if your active.

    We went on the climbing wall which Adam couldn’t do (he’s not flexible at all) then we went and did the sky diving, then found some arcades and shops so we decided to be big kids and join in with them all in the arcades was such a good day though enjoyed it!

    Also checked in Kuba is very happy everything is going on track intra has been changed 10g performance fuel and 100ml pomegranate juice so will see how that goes down.

    Had work this morning with PT clients then just caught up with some work and went to the gym obviously it was leg day had a good session weights have been going up and I feel like I’m getting stronger in my lifts especially hip thrusts got 190kg for 8reps which I’m pleased with.

    This evening we’re just chilling out with a film and a meal together as we’re of to an assist course tomorrow early so need an early night to be able to get to Birmingham:)

    Fridays are online client day, but in the morning I always teach spin at 9am which I absolutely love!! I’m a sucker for cardio.

    It has also been rest day so after my client check ins I had acupuncture then went to the hairdressers. Rest of the day was spent cleaning and chilling watching a film. Been a busy day but had a good one and very productive with clients today and got all my plans done.

    Filmed for trained by JP site today with Phoebe had such a good session will add it below only my glute exercises volume has changed slightly more sets and higher reps definitely felt the burn my legs will already hurt now! ?

    Been pretty tried today I had to be sedated yesterday for my MRI so I think I’ve been still having the effects of that but I still managed to get on with my day and do everything so that’s a bonus just a little slower haha!

    Has a good day had work this morning with 1-2-1 clients then took the dogs for a long walk.

    Checked in this morning my food has upped so I will add in the changes that have been made. It’s been rest day today, had a MRI scan this evening to get answers on my back and numbness so hopefully I finally get some answers.
