Agree with these guys I mean 5/10mins in a treadmill isn’t going to kill you but you don’t want to be taking anything away from your sessions

Been such a busy day had a lot of client plans to do today as well as work but I’ve managed to be able to get everything done which I’m pleased with and even managed to train which I didn’t know whether I’d have time or not but got everything in.
Had a bad migraine Sunday so couldn’t go food shopping so managed to do that today and organise my week even though we’re into Tuesday already this week is flying by. Trained at work today not much has changed on my plan except higher volume on glutes so I had 4 sets of 15-20 on most exercises wow my glutes are dead ? — let’s hope it grows my glutes even more than it is ?

Back to work today had a good weekend been to visit friends which was lovely as I haven’t don’t that in ages with being in prep and covid etc.
Today I’ve been back at work had 1-2-1 clients all day and trained upper at the gym had a good session but I do miss training upper more but I know that it is not needed for my category.
My training has slightly changed with the rep ranges so I will update you guys on each day when I do them.

Been a normal day but been doing work and my usual routine taking the dogs for a walks in the morning and cleaning the house.
Then had a leg day session that has gone really well my back hasn’t been playing up so it has made me been able to go up on my weights, it’s been hard as I’ve been having to train on my own but been able to push up weights with other people stopping me though my sessions and I’ve been able to get to grow with my weight to be able to push hard. Which I have loved!!!
Hopefully next season I’ve grown enough to make an impact!!

Agree with all of these guys, make sure your filming it and if it’s still hurting in a week go see someone either sport massage therapist or physio

Been filming today with Gaz for my YouTube, had a very good day this morning usual routine of taking the dogs for a walk then did my online client check ins and updated plans as there were a lot to do this morning.
Had acupuncture to help my migraines and had my legs massage they absolutely killed but it was needed and hopefully can train tomorrow ?
Just chilled this evening watching films and relaxing with the dogs nothing exciting.

Read what some of the people have said and I agree with Kuba it wouldn’t be beneficial for you to keep in offseason atm I’d do a mini cut to help the body get back to the best spot

This morning I woke up with the worst migraine in the world so I decided to head off back to bed to try and stop it getting any worse.
It helped and woke up feeling so much better. Had a good day apart from that, just been making new plans for clients, food shop and went for a massage which was needed as my legs are constantly dead from all the training but it’s working so I won’t complain ?

Checked in this morning everything is going so well weight is steadying which is good sticking around 149lbs which isn’t the heaviest I’ve been in an offseason but this time I can tell I’ve put so much more muscle in and I am a lot leaner than last year.
Everything is going in the right direction and I can’t wait to start prep and see what I have built underneath.
Today was also leg day was a good session but I think the volume of my glute workouts are going up from the weekend which will be fun! I’m aching already anyway haha! But bring it on.

Been a very productive day today, so my normal every day routine of taking the dogs for a nice long walk but I’m hating the mud atm there caked up with mud and it’s hard to clean Hugo as he’s a nutter.
Had PT this morning then came home and did all of my online client check ins and had a few calls with clients to have small catch ups with them to make sure there happy and staying on track.
Been rest day today so done all the boring house work and food shop so I’m all organised this week.

I’ve had the full day of today had a couple clients go away for the weekend as it’s valentines.
Got up and did some client check ins and took the dogs for a walk and then chilled out for a bit before leg day at the gym. Had a good session my back is getting better but still struggling with RDLs as I’m still getting lower back pump but I did do my routine a different way which worked better today. I usually do hip thrusts first but I did all my compounds (RDLs and single leg press) then went into my hip thrusts and found them loads better!
This evening we’ve been bowling and in the arcades near us which was nice and had loads of fun 🙂

So today I’ve been in a first aid course for work actually really enjoyed the course had a good laugh with the people I work with.
This evening me and Adam went for a meal out for Valentine’s Day as we are both working tomorrow. It was a lovely meal out and really enjoyed ourselves this evening we’re just chilling out watching a film and relaxing with the dogs.

So yesterday I just did a protein and fats diet that I put up last night I really enjoyed the diet and I definitely think it worked as this morning I am 3lbs down and the difference in photos from yesterday to today it’s absolutely ridiculous I think that it is definitely help the inflammation that I was holding from being ill and having a lot of medication me and Kuba have had a chat and we are gonna start implementing this when my food gets upped!
Today has been a really good day I have been nominated for business woman of the year and inspiring individual person of the year 2022 by the Yorkshire choice awards. Very shocked and happy that I have been nominated and cannot wait to see the results in a couple of months to vote please https://www.yorkshirechoiceawards.co.uk/voteforme
Also has massage today on my back which is loads better and haven’t been getting nasty back pumps from training as the water retention has gone.
