    Can you not do cuffed exercises when it’s healed a little more I’ve dislocated and fractured my thumb before and I just did basics with cuffs around wrists so I wasn’t put the pressure on that area

    Back to normal today had a busy day at work this morning then trained this afternoon. Was a hard session as I’ve been pretty tired from the weekend but still managed to be able to get everything done and upped my weight on quite a few exercises which was great!

    This afternoon I’ve been doing posing and practicing my transitions to make sure that everything is perfect for this year. Had to go to the doctors today though as I’m having issues with my legs but hopefully nothing serious hopefully ?

    Last night was my engagement party I had such a good time it was amazing to see everyone and spend some quality time with people who love us and want to be around us.

    Today I’ve been feeling it but this was the last time drinking in offseason now as I really want to keep trim until prep so that I don’t make it harder for myself. Spent the day relaxing and went for a Sunday lunch with Adam.

    Last day to get everything together before my engagement party tomorrow. Taught spin this morning had a good class but it’s absolutely killed me off today.

    Spent the day sorting out bit for tomorrow, doing online client check ins had quite a lot to do as well as a few new diet and training plans. Also cleaned and food shop so that this weekend can go smoothly ?

    Don’t under eat best thing to do as I’ve had it is rest drink loads and eats healthy as you need your vitamins and don’t rush back into training it knackered me out for ages

    Another busy day had work this morning and started taking on more clients as well so had work this evening too.

    Had my acupuncture today as well as a massage feeling so much better for that definitely needed it. Finding that my lower back is pumping up really easily but I think it because I’m training legs so much.

    Trained legs as well today had such a good session but I think having a massage before hand wasn’t a good idea so was super tired in the gym and struggled with the weights today.

    Checked in today no changes made but Kuba is very happy with everything at the moment legs are growing in the right direction and upper is staying well to.

    Busy day today had 1-2-1 clients again all day at work this morning and this evening. Taken today as a rest day as I ended up training Monday and Tuesday instead.

    Been making sure I have everything organised for my engagement party this Saturday.

    Also been looking at other shows to do in America in October found one in Florida and another in Maryland which will be good shows so going to try and look to get them booked in the next couple of weeks.

    Today is usually a rest day but this weekend is going to be manic with my engagement party and picking things up so I did upper today. Had such a good session trained later than usual so had a few meals in me which I think did the trick perfectly just wish I could train around 2ish all the time but I can’t with my job.

    Tuesdays and Fridays are the days I do online check ins so spent the morning/mid afternoon doing these having some amazing clients at the moment smashing there goals I’m buzzing for them.

    Also totally forgot to say on Sunday I did a podcast with Jean-Perri the x4 Olympian which is on YouTube about my epilepsy and how I overcome everything during prep and offseason.

    So this morning I checked in with Kuba, Some small changes no cardio now just a walk on a morning and sticking to 15,000 steps a day will be starting prep week commencing the 24th of April so not long left of season now keep pushing hard and make sure that I make every day count.

    Spent the most morning doing Posing Clients at work from 8 am till 12 pm love doing this as it keep me in check for Posing and I love the smiles on the girls faces when they get stuff right!!

    Other than that just a food shop house clean and Online Client work had quite a few sign up this weekend so need to do some diet plans and training plans.

    Saturdays are always busy days, I work early mornings big and I also had cardio to do as well as taking the dogs out before work.

    Trained at work today will add my session below was a good session definitely can feel it now higher reps on lateral raises as well 3 sets too.

    Went to go watch my partner play rugby this afternoon they won there game absolutely love watching definitely my favourite pass time!!

    It’s my 1-2-1 PT day of on a Friday as I do online clients today, but I do teach spin at work which I still do because I absolutely love it! I usually cut this down nearer prep as it really do take it out of you but today if obviously didn’t as I got some good PBs on my leg day this evening.

    I decided to train later today so that I could let my body rest after spin and I could get a few meals in as well before hand.

    I will attach my session below, there is more volume in my sessions now but in this leg day I have lower reps than usual which is my fav as I love to be able to push myself to the limits in weight and see what I can do!
