Whats ur current split Jade and what are you prioritizing? ?
So my current spilt is:
Legs
Rest

Upper
Legs
RestMainly focusing on growing glutes and legs as my upper body is at the top end for bikini x

Priority should be to ensure fats are at a level that allows efficient hormone function. After this make up your desired calorie intake from carbs
Agree totally with this.!! Make sure your fats are right first then up carbs if you have enough cals left ?

Been one-to-one clients this morning got up early and took the dogs out for a walk then went to work for a couple of clients.
Trained with Phoebe today it was obviously like they had such a good session my weight is been going up I will add in my logbook below feeling the weights a lot more making sure that I’m keeping constant tension and that I’m working every muscle when training.
Also had acupuncture and sports massage tonight it’s absolutely killed it was definitely worth it and really needed it hopefully my legs feel a little bit better tomorrow.

I use the stairs for my cardio in prep but like Meg has said I taper of it as it knackers my legs and I find I don’t recover

So it was suppose to be leg day today but after training Friday, Saturday and spin Sunday my legs were absolutely dead so I decided to take a rest day today and tomorrow to recover and back to it Wednesday.
It was absolutely needed after work this morning and basically slept most of the day then went for a walk with the dogs and back to work this evening. Just got home for one more meal to eat then I’ll be going straight to bed as I’m still shattered. But it was for a good cause raised a lot of money for the charity and went super well so glad.

Did a three hour spin class this morning to raise money for the voice for epilepsy charity which is an amazing charity that helps people with epilepsy talk about their issues.
Then went for a Sunday lunch at the local pub and went to go visit Family this afternoon just off to the cinema now to relax and chillout after a long day.

Checked in this morning no changes so far everything is going smoothly and finally got my monthly cycle back after being on prep which has been the quickest ever come back as it’s only been six weeks.
Had one-to-one clients this morning at work and then this afternoon had some photos done for some of the new Trained By JP clothing that is going live tomorrow!!
Filmed for the JP site this afternoon with Kamara trained legs we both have completely different splits so you will see the difference in the training video that will come out soon legs are absolutely dead so I don’t know how I’m going to handle a three hour spin class tomorrow oh well it’s for charity just have fun!!! ??

Taught spin this morning at work now teaching this every week 🙂
Also did upper body at a different gym because when we tried to get to ultra all the roads were closed so we couldn’t get there. So ended up training at a gym near us. Had a good session but had to change some of the exercises as they had limited kit there, but still had a good one.
Went for a walk with the dogs and my mum this afternoon then spent the rest of it cleaning the house yes such an exciting day ?

Checked in this morning nothing has changed but weight has stayed the same making sure that my Posing is on point practising every other day so that next year everything is flawless and there is no stress about Posing at all.
Had one-to-one client this morning and then went for a lovely long walk with the doggies I’m really enjoying going for afternoon Knox with them at the minute love in the cold and the weather it’s just right for a long walk got one-to-one clients this evening then I’m done for today. Quite a few people are ill so aren’t as busy as usual.

Been Filming today for my YouTube channel with Phoebe had a really good leg session always do when we train together we push each other really hard and it’s nice to have someone being able to spot me, feel like I can do more and we help each other through the session.
Also had one-to-one PT this morning and this evening just got home from work so I’ve just sat down to relax before my last meal and then bedtime as I’m up early tomorrow with clients again.
Charity spin this Sunday which I’m really excited about the only thing is I don’t know of my legs are gonna be able to handle a three hour spin but we will see.

Checked in this morning weight is down slightly at 133.1lbs after having an off plan meal Sunday.
It’s also been rest day today been doing online client work this morning and later this afternoon then had acupuncture and massage which I have every week now to keep on top of my migraines and general DOMs.
Been out for a couple of walks as well today with the dogs to try and tire them out as they have been running around like idiots all day but think I’ve finally tired them out as there asleep on sofa now ?
