    You could do things like battle ropes, slam balls, press ups as hiit workouts you can do a lot with the battle ropes to get the heart rate up. Or steady bike if it doesn’t aggravate your knee

    Leg day today which feels like everyday at the moment ? but honestly I’m absolutely loving it!

    I’ll add my log book below with the session.

    Been personal training today at work but just worked this morning as I have a few clients away. This afternoon was spent buying bunting and a fancy dress outfit for the charity spin this weekend! Really excited to be organising this event and nearly all the spots are filled. So far raised over £250 and we still have a couple of days to raise some more money.

    Been rest day today started my Xmas shopping so been out most of the day and had a meal out whilst we were out was nice to be able to do normal things this weekend.

    Haven’t done much else today just relaxing and catching up with emails but have had such a good weekend being out and enjoying myself.

    Checked in this morning weight is the same at 134lbs Kuba is very happy with everything at the moment Just got to keep ticking the boxes and make sure that everything is on point.

    Had Posing Client this morning and then went to the gym to train legs with my partner Adam just been out for a nice meal and having a couple of drinks afterwards to enjoy ourselves as it’s been awhile since I’ve been out together.

    Online clients check in day today for my clients so been busy doing them this morning. Also started teaching spin on a Friday at 9.15am so that was the first week of doing that.

    Also trained upper today been training on my own atm as everyone has been busy and so have I so having to go when I can but I’ve been really enjoying just being able to put my music on and get into it and I’ve been progressing in my lifts as well which is the main thing.

    Other than that haven’t done much today check in tomorrow so see what happens then.

    Checked in this morning weight is up at 134lbs everything is going to plan and I am sticking to everything to a T. This offseason has definitely been the best so far I have my craving under control and my life in general is running smoothly which makes this process a lot easier.

    As well as checking in it has been rest day today which was needed worked early this morning doing 1-2-1 clients for a few hours and then slept for most of the afternoon as my leg sessions are killing me 🙂

    Also had acupuncture and massage today which was lovely and helps with my headaches and back aches that I’ve been getting from legs ?

    Got hypnotised today for help with my nerves and I think that it’s definitely made a difference can still feel bits but I know it going to take time to be able to chance thing which I’m happy with.

    Didn’t realise how long it was going to take so ended up having to train later than usual. I did legs today on my own which I’m actually really enjoying training on my own I just look for people to spot me when I’m in the gym so I don’t collapse with the weight.

    Had clients this evening at work just got in now got one more meal to eat then I’m of to bed as I have to be up early tomorrow with clients.

    Rest day today had a busy day with online posing client and online client check ins. Been doing my accounts all day it’s taken ages but so glad that I’ve finally completed it.

    Other than that been quite a boring day of doing books and check ins. I checked in this morning weight is steady still at 131.9lbs so currently 9lbs up from stage weight in about 3/4 weeks which is pretty good I’m so glad that this year I’ve been able to stick to plan so much more and feel like I can really begin to enjoy this offseason and really make the changes needed for next year.

    Long day today… but managed to get everything done.

    Started more spin classes at work so been there early morning making sure everything has been going to plan. Had quite a few clients ill this week think the flu is going around so had a few cancellations today.

    Trained legs today at around 11am was a hard session, legs are killing now getting stronger each session which is great off deload now as well so I can really start pushing up my weight and reps to make sure I am making the most out of my offseason.

    I absolutely love my fit bit I wear it way to much but it does count steps when I clean so not 100% on how accurate they are but I just make sure I keep it consistent so that it’s the same

    So we had an open day today I work with lots of different spin classes on so I took part in one of them to make sure that the instructors we are up to scratch really enjoyed doing the class as I haven’t done spin in about a year but it’s absolutely killed my legs off and I have leg day tomorrow.

    This afternoon me and Adam one for Sunday lunch managed to get booked in in one of our pubs which is really nice round us had a lovely Sunday lunch and then took the doggies out for a nice long walk just come back in got two more meals to eat and then it’s an early bedtime as I’m teaching spin in the morning.
