    Finally was able to get into the dentist this morning and thankfully I don’t have to have my wisdom tooth out. As I was ill last week they think I’ve had a sinus infection and it’s caused swelling on my gums and jaw so they have given me some antibiotics to help the swelling and pain which hopefully should bring it down.

    Non PT day today so had online clients check ins todo been really busy this morning doing them but managed to get them finish in time go get to the gym this afternoon. Had a good session today this was the last deload sessions and my only upper session this week. Feel really strange not doing upper as much as I do love training it but I know that it’s needed and it’s working so I’ll stick to it.

    Started my laser hair removal this evening, very surprised that it didn’t hurt and I can’t wait not to have to shave anymore it will be great.

    Push pull legs is a great spilt as your targeting the muscles a lot more then a standard BB spilt. Personally I’d switch up some of your exercises if your board and do
    Push
    Pull
    Rest
    Legs
    Rest
    Repeat

    I would be going around in circles with this tbh and not just doing legs once every so often you’ll see more progression. Also I’d but in the compound exercises earlier in the session (especially your weaker area) so that you can use these more then isolations afterwards

    Never had any trouble with my teeth but started a couple of days ago with my wisdom tooth which is killing me so I have the dentist tomorrow which I absolutely hate.

    Rest day again today had morning 1-2-1 clients then cleaned the house did the food shop and went for my eyelashes doing – usual busy day ?

    Had acupuncture and a sports massage this evening which was agony now I’m doing legs every other day my legs are battered but I can tell that there growing already which is great can’t wait to see the changes.

    Checked in this morning no changes need as of yet weight is going up slightly which is no issues seen as though I’m on loads of food at the moment.

    Trained legs as well today had such a good session I am still on a deload until 1 more session which is Friday then back to full training which I can’t wait for.

    Got my bloods back today they need to be retested in 6 weeks some small things like my T4 which is out and a few hormones but that is just typical prep.

    Rest day today online client check in today so been doing that this morning and afternoon just finished with that.

    Other than that been a day of beauty for me nails done, eyebrows waxed and now relaxing in front of the tv after doing my steps with the dogs.

    Had such a good day and feeling loads better than last week so pleased that the cold has gone and I’m feeling better can wait to get back to training tomorrow missing doing it so often training every other day feels strange.

    I always use the zero ketchup stuff it goes on everything but client use the fake away sauces and have no issues

    Checked in this morning weight is up slightly so no changes for the time being offseason has gone to a great start and I’m super happy with how things are going.

    Feeling loads better after being unwell over the weekend. Trained today but did deload sessions until I feel back to 100% really enjoying the training spilt at the moment legs aren’t but I’m sure they will get used to it at some point.

    Had a busy day at work today with 1-2-1 clients and rushing around a bit but glad to be back in my normal routine.

    Haven’t been well today had to go to the doctor’s this morning to have a check up so decided to take an extra rest day to make sure that I don’t over do it.

    Spent most of the day in bed as I haven’t been well, still eaten what I can but haven’t been up to much so done what I can.

    Managed to get my online clients check ins done today though so at least all my work was done. Hoping to feel better tomorrow so that I can train as I’m really loving training at the moment.

    Still not 100% today but it’s rest day and I’ve taken the day of work to rest. Also had a massage and acupuncture booked today which has really helped my migraines. Been to the hospital today for my ears scringing which unblocked my ears loads been months since I’ve had that done and it’s really helped.

    Also had a photoshoot for the new trained by JP clothing which was cool absolutely love the new clothes there going to be great when they come out.

    Tired to go out for a meal tonight with my family but had to go home as I wasn’t well at all going back to bed and hoping I feel better tomorrow.

    Not feeling great today but it’s only cold so I’ll just ride through it. Had check in today my foods been increased so I’ll add in the changes today. Also had 1-2-1 clients this morning I’ve been doing Adams clients as well so been super busy as he’s got to isolate as he hasn’t been doubled jabbed before we went to Budapest.

    Legs went really well today there absolutely killing me so definitely worked hard enough. Loving the training spilt at the moment the exercises are different which is making me enjoy the spilt so much more love training legs so it’s my dream spilt unsure whether I’ll think that after a couple of months ?

    Nothing exciting happened today it was rest day so it was online check-in is for most of my clients and then I had business meetings this afternoon.

    Also been on a couple of walks with the doggies and caught up on the washing and ironing just boring bits. Been to the butchers today to get my meat for the rest of the week as I love getting food quality foods.

    Been fully back at work today absolutely knackered been a very long day just got back in from work but enjoyed being back to normal.

    Checked in this morning only up 4lbs from show weight which I’m pleased with definitely happy with how I’m looking at the moment and can’t wait to get better this offseason so I can smash next year and hopefully get those top 3 placings.

    Was another leg day today loving this new routine will attach below. This week I’m just getting my numbers then I can start slowly increasing the weight which will help me grow! Definitely need to make sure that my form and technique stay good during this as this will help loads more.
