I do this always on prep! I do my cardio and go for a walk then try and get some more sleep then start the day or if I can’t get back of to sleep I’ll try and sleep later in the day if usually knocks of a couple of hours later

Had posing clients this morning which was nice to be back to that. There competing in 2 weeks so been getting a last minute session in before they compete. Hoeing to go down and watch next weekend if I can.
Been rest day today but been to my brothers new house to help him decorate as it needs fully redoing been trying to get there new sofa in and had to get it through the window upstairs ? so that was fun!
Spent the rest of this afternoon going for a walk with the doggies and watching Harry Potter as it’s back on tv it usually is near Xmas I can’t believe nearly the whole year has gone.

Been such a good day been another training day of course it was legs I will attach the training below.
Been at work this morning with 1-2-1 clients then a few posing clients. Then went Training had a really good session loving the new training spilt can’t wait to see the progress I know that it’s going to make a massive difference.
Been out for a meal tonight and a few drinks with my partner we haven’t done this in about a year so it was lovely to have a meal out and spend some time together.

Personally I wouldn’t recommend doing cardio after leg day as your legs will be battered especially if your on prep and you don’t want to not be able to recover properly as you can then start holding onto water or not be able to train properly is there any way of doing it on a morning away from weights or just not do it on a leg day?

First training session back in the UK it’s been such a good session and it’s been amazing to have different type of training routine as I love a little bit of change and it’s nice to be able to feel the exercises in a different way. Will log my new upper training below.
Today has been online client checking day so this morning I’ve been doing all of my online clients check ins to make sure that they’re all keeping on track while I’ve been away I’ve also been for a nice walk with the doggies and a bit of food shopping as I forgot some bits yesterday.
They will be a new drop of JP clothing coming soon I’ve had a few bits delivered today I’ve got to say that absolutely amazing and I can’t wait for you all to see.

New food plan which I will upload below today was a rest day just because I need to make sure that everything wasn’t packed a food shop done and home organised so that I could start my week properly from tomorrow.

Just landed home from Budapest had such an amazing time these past couple of days was lovely just to be able to have a few meals out and chill with Adam.
Spent last night on a night cruise around Budapest with all the lights lit up it was absolutely beautiful I will upload my new plan tomorrow as everything has changed food is different and so was a training just waiting to receive my new training plan so I can start training from Friday.
But for tonight currently driving home from Manchester and then on packing before we pick up the dogs in the morning.

So yesterday I achieve my goal that I have set out for this year and took home 6th place at one of the biggest shows of the year this show had nearly half the girls from the Olympia lineup in so to place in the top six within this show it’s my dream come true I can’t believe that I have managed to be able to carry on going despite everything that has happened this year.
I know what the goal is next year I want to be placing in the top three but to do this I need to go there so it is time for off-season where training will be changed more food will be added in and it’s time to grow.
Today I have spent time in Budapest still going shopping and enjoying some nice food not calorie counting or macro counting and just enjoy myself for today and then tomorrow I will be back on plan ready to start my off-season.

Checked in this morning slight weight drop from yesterday but no changes to food today was the last day of training so just did a pump session at the gym gym:

This morning me and Adam went shopping and had a look round Budapest which was absolutely gorgeous just been for my base tan at the venue now heading home to relax in the apartment getting ready for tomorrow. It’s show day tomorrow ?

We’re in Budapest ??
Been a very long days woke up at 5am to be able to get to the airport on time then the usual lounging around the airport got to Budapest around 3pm then it was a rush getting the food shop in and find the apartment that we were staying in which is absolutely lovely!
Then been at the athletes meeting this evening which was great seeing everyone for some reason I’m not nervous about this show just excited! Can’t wait to be back on stage again for the last time this year.
No changes today just stuck to the food plan that is above we are on track and ready to go!!

Been such a busy day trying to make sure that everything f has been done for flying tomorrow.
Diet has changed today so will post below. Had everything done for show today nails, hair and eyelashes so that I am all ready for Budapest.
