Today has been quite a chill day not training until tomorrow checked in this morning after a lay in up 5lbs from the food over the weekend been back on plan since yesterday afternoon after having breakfast Sunday.
Gone back to low food to try and drop this water away haven’t really done much today just done the food shopping and then been for a long walk with the doggies and my mum and then try to catch up on some sleep.
Can’t wait until the next sure counting down the days now I’ve got the boss of the stage again and I don’t want it to end.

Wow what an amazing weekend that I have had!!
Got to Birmingham Friday afternoon then it was none stop of tanning, athletes meeting and I was absolutely knackered. But where we were staying the beds were tiny so you can imagine me trying to sleep in same bed as Adam in a 3/4 bed a nightmare didn’t really get a wink of sleep before show day.
Show day was a whirl wind food is up above but I placed 5th at the Arnold’s UK with a tuff line up abs they were making us work for it! Didn’t get to bed that evening till 3am as the show was super late and we weren’t close to the venue.
Today I feel like I’m on cloud 9 abs running of adrenaline I haven’t had any good sleep for about two days so definitely needed tonight and a lay in tomorrow. Just had a breakfast this morning then been back on plan been to cinema this evening to watch the new bond movie on way back now to go straight to bed!

Personally I would train fasted unless it’s cardio as you need the energy to be able to do a weights session. The other thing you could do is have a big meal the night before with a high carb content but I think if you are in a surplus you need to be eating to grow muscle

Small changes to food plan today so I will post this below just some higher carbs to fill the tank up a little bit more. Dropped weight this morning down to 121lbs so down weight which I’m surprised with the amount of food I’m on.

He’s really happy with the progress I’ve made over this last off-season and glad that we are finally ready to hit the stage on Saturday I can’t believe that it’s only a couple of days away it’s getting really exciting.Today I’ve been training which was a back off session of legs it was a good session really enjoyed it but do you miss pushing hard on the weight but I know that’s not what needs to be done at the moment I’ve also been for my eyelashes and eyebrows done getting something different done every day to make sure that I’m not rushing around.

My partner has this problem if he goes in the wrong place where abouts you injecting? Also using an insulin need will be better as it’s a small surface area

Feeling so much better with more food and less steps but it’s made me hungrier I’m just glad that it’s been a busy day.
Haven’t had work today but still got up early and checked in and so far the food is doing the trick. Kuba is happy where I am and I’m on the same plan as I posted yesterday.
Started getting ready for the show already had my hair cut and coloured today which took ages and forgot how long it actually takes. Had training today but trained later on as I have a meeting with my social media team this afternoon. Now I’m on just back of sets so 2 sets of 10-12 and 12-15 was a good session but afterwards think it hit me that I’m competing at the Arnold’s and I started crying with happiness on the way home – sad I know but it’s such a big opportunity and I’m so happy that I have got here from the hard prep I’ve done this year. Can’t wait to show of my hard work.

Reverse dieting into the show now I will add the new food plan below. It’s been quite a chilled day today it was my last day working as I’ve made sure that I’ve taken the rest of the week of.
Had 1-2-1 clients this morning and then went and got waxed ? this week it basically getting ready for show day steps have reduced to 10K so basically had to try and sit down all day as I do 10K steps very easily.

Agree with Clare, anything that digest well personally I love cream of rice it digest really quickly and gives me some good energy to train

Same weight this morning we are starting the reverse diet into the show from tomorrow so it’s been one last day of pushing and then more food to come. Will post on here the new plan tomorrow.
Had a busy morning had online posing clients again then didn’t feel 100% felt really tired so I had a nap before the gym. It was glutes today it was a good session but fell very hard I think the long delay in starting to kick in and my body is very tired so hopefully this next week of shopping for food and rest in a little bit more will be beneficial and I feel fresher for the show.
