As long as it doesn’t tire your legs out to much I wouldn’t do it in a leg day but go for it if it gets your heart rate up

Checked him this morning family down to 120lbs. Hoping to start the car but from tomorrow been training day today but had a very busy morning had posing clients then had to rush to the gym in order to get my training done had such a good session just put my earphones on and pushed through the tiredness absolutely love it.
Went to go watch my partner play his rugby league game which they won and now they have moved up division. Took all of my prep food and went to the pub with them all to celebrate. I’ve now left them all to get drunk and enjoy there night.
Can’t wait to be on stage at the weekend it can’t come quick enough.

Been a chilled day today I haven’t had much on just checked in this morning no changes as of yet still a couple more days of pushing and then we up food to try and bring my muscles in a little bit fuller.
Just relaxed and watched films today went out for a nice walk in order to get my steps and then this evening I’ve been to go watch rugby.

If your worried then I would start tracking your glucose but type 2 generally are people who over eat carbohydrates and have a bad diet and over eat as long as your training to balance the carbs then you wouldn’t be at risk

Busy morning as usual had 1-2-1 PT clients this morning checked in before work and we are on track just fixing every box no changes as of yet but I think it will be a couple more days on lower food and high steps then it will start to decrease.
Trained this afternoon was upper again lowered some of the weight to reset some of my lifts to make sure that I was getting the right form and muscle contraction. Think that worked and I will definitely be feeling it tomorrow.
Quite tired today but only normal preps feels won’t be long now and I know I’ll feel better during peak week when I have more carbs ?

Rest day today been such a busy day checked in this morning as usual all is going well really happy with how everything is going and I know that I have brought a better package this year.
Had online check ins to do this morning which has all going well there progressing which is really good and I’m loving helping them. I do love online coaching as you can definitely see the changes in people love it when there confidence gets better you can really tell a difference.
Haven’t done much else the rest of the day just cleaning, food shop and a bit of walking to get my steps in.

Agree with Clare I don’t count that as cardio I do this 3 times a day and still don’t count it. Ideally you need to be doing cardio on a piece of equipment for consistency

Food has been dropped this morning but we’re has come down will add the new food plan below.
Definitely felt the food drop today not great with energy but still managed to do all my steps and all my training went down on weight to make sure that form was correct but will add the session below apart from the energy for session went really well and I enjoyed every second I know but it’s not long now and this is just the last push ready for the Arnolds.
Had one-to-one clients this morning and this evening just finish work got two more meals to eat and then early bedtime.

Checked in this morning 13 days to go! Had an in person check in as well today which went well we are nearly there just a couple of more days of pushing then we are ready to go.
Trained this morning too and had a good session dropped my weights to make sure that my form was still great definitely felt it a lot more concentrated on the tempo which felt loads better.
Spent the afternoon practising my posing and went to my moms for reflexology as she has been practising for a course. Didn’t know but Reflexology actually quite hurts but definitely understand your body a lot more afterwards.
Definitely feeling the hunger today but I know it’s not long now bring it on.

Been rest day today so not got much planned at all. Feeling really tired this morning so made sure that I had a nap before I did anything else.
Had 1-2-1 posing clients at work then went and watched the rugby this afternoon which was great as I haven’t watched it in a while was nice to enjoy it again.
Spent the rest of the afternoon chilling out watching films and catching up on client work. Hopefully the rest will help with training tomorrow.

Down to 122lbs this morning lightest I’ve been this prep. Feeling really tired today everything got me at once. But not long to go before show day it will be two week tomorrow.
Received my show bikinis today and oh wow they are absolutely amazing I love them so much! I have new jewellery as well so definitely can’t wait to get on stage now can’t believe how quick it has gone.
Been to the chiropractor today which has helped massively over the past year I’ve seen a real difference in my back and how I can contract through exercises and think that has helped my growth this year.
Also pampered myself and went for a facial and massage after training which has to be lighter now so fell asleep was needed and feel very relaxed tonight 🙂
