Check in this morning still need a little bit more off but down to 123lbs steps have been upped by 2,500 so now in 12,500k steps a day.
Today’s been really hard feeling very tired had a nap this afternoon which did help not long to go now just over two weeks just a little bit more of a push.
Trained up at today did have a good session went after my nap which definitely helped was able to go to wraps on quite a few exercises and felt like I had a good energy in the gym.
Not done much else today had a few 1-2-1 clients this morning then done the general house jobs and a food shop as I’ve been so busy I haven’t been able to go this week so definitely needed a full shop tonight.

Thank you so much I think taking those supplements might actually help me in prep. I’m of the mindset that I want to take the least I can all the time and rely the most as possible on food but on prep I do tend to get a bit lazy and fruits and variety in my diet and therefore micronutrients, fish oils, and such might be compromised leading me to get sick.
@jade-kelsie Blood work is really expensive here in Massachusetts so I do my hormonal blood work and such but I’ve never looked into mineral/micronutrient deficiencies on my bloods might be something I need to do soon thanks for the suggestion ?
As Meg said you can’t put a price in health I’d definitely get that done just to check hormone levels abs general health

It’s been rest day today had morning clients this morning as well as online client chickens went for an early walk this morning with the doggies then had a massage with acupuncture this afternoon been told to have a lighter massage now as the last time I had a sports massage I held onto water quite a lot so had to get a more relaxing massage which is strange as I’m used to being beaten up ?
Had one-to-one clients this evening just got back in got two meals left currently cooking my chicken and veg then I can finally sit down and relax.

Food has started to drop again which I will post below mainly the cards have been taken out from restless and evening meal from training days. Just one last push nearly 2 weeks to go just need to get the glutes and Hamza little bit tighter so that we can start carbing up the week before.
Filmed today for my YouTube with Gaz it was legs had a really good session actually felt like I had energy today after taking the rest last night which was definitely needed can definitely tell my food is gone down feeling a little bit hungrier this evening but not long to go now and can’t wait to get on that stage.

I plan everything for clients using everything as Hilly said your body is going to count them I have an app system that helps me work it all out but my fitness pal also does the same if you try that

Today has been really hard it’s been one of them days on prep when everything just hasn’t gone quite to plan. My car got crashed into on the motorway a couple of weeks ago so it’s had to be taken away today to be fixed I’ve been given a manual which is really difficult for me to drive as I haven’t driven that in about five years.
My phone has also decided not to work today so I’m waiting for a replacement in the morning had to cancel my evening clients as I tried to go to the shop but couldn’t do it there.
But on the bright side I’ve managed to get some training in today was a hard session but managed to go up on my wraps and pose and is getting a lot easier and very excited that it will be two weeks on Saturday.
I will log my training below, Check in this morning went well we are nearly ready glutes and Hams are starting to come in a lot more so it’s just carry on taking the boxes for now.

So today was another rest day just because of how it’s fallen on my week as all next week as planned out so I couldn’t train today had to make sure that it was rest day so that I could get everything done in order to get back to work tomorrow.
Had posing clients all morning been back to back with them got some really good girls on my team at the moment and I can’t wait to see them smash it next year.
Had a few client diet plans to do today but that’s about it only on 10K steps at the moment so I have to sit down more than usual I didn’t realise how much I actually move around so been conscious today to keep to the 10K.

Agree with Hilly and Clare sounds like you need some supplements have you ever thought of getting your bloods done to see what’s going on?
Might help to see what your low in?
I don’t get ill but do get tired but only usually back end of prep although I have had covid this year but that’s everywhere

Down 2lbs ? so my body definitely needed the rest and was well needed!
Been able to train today which was great missed going to the gym for a few days as it’s my peace. Such a good session was able to go up on reps on all exercises which is great from being off for a couple of days.
Did feel hard but I pushed through energy is a bit lacking now 3 weeks out so I’m just concentrating on making sure every session counts and getting everything done.Also been for a massage today and had a few different treatments which I haven’t had before. Miafasica which releases skin from the muscle to help the blood flow better so we will see what check in photos look like in the morning very excited to see if it’s made a difference.

Checked in again this morning another day of rest today so back to 8K steps and complete rest which I think I need felt really tired again this morning. Nearly ready for a show now can’t wait to get there only 3 weeks tomorrow 🙂
Other than resting all I’ve done today is had the chiropractor this morning and been for my Botox ready for show day. Been nice to relax with the dogs and catch up with some work and client diets etc.

My way turn up again this morning so after check in Kuba decided to put me on today as rest and only do 8K steps.
Feel like it’s definitely needed been feeling really tired the past couple of days so all I’ve done today he do a few clients this morning and then relax made sure I’ve kept my feet up and done a bit of client work.
Still been on the same food festive food as posted above nothing much else to report just another day in prep.

Slightly up this morning with my weight but think that’s because of the sports massage I had yesterday as it looks like I’m holding onto water.
Been a very busy day today got up early to do fasted steps and take the dogs for a walk as it’s been super hot today so needed to make sure it was still cool for them.
Had 1-2-1 PT clients this morning and evening and also trained legs today wow it was hot looked like I’d been in the shower afterwards ?Still got my strength there which I’m pleased about was able to up reps and keep form good really enjoying my training at the moment usually this close to show I fall out of love with it as it’s such an effort it is still hard but I love the exercises in the routine and can see the changes happening.
