    Agree with Clare. It’s ok adding in bits like that but if your not recovering from it there’s no point I would make sure training is on point first and have a few fees at that then start adding in extras

    New low weight down 3lbs this morning to 125lbs lowest I’ve been so far so the extra steps have definitely worked!! Also had a nap yesterday because I was absolutely shattered so that may have helped as well.

    No changes so far to diet or training so far keeping everything the same Kuba says he wants me ready 10 days before show so we have time to play about with food and filling me back up again.

    It’s been so hot as you guys will know today trained later this afternoon actually felt like I had enough energy to train as well and had a good posing session afterwards felt like I’m getting on top of everything now and feeling really good about going into the Arnold’s!

    I count steps separately I do use my watch while doing cardio as I want to know my accurate heart rate but I just deduct them of my daily steps.

    As usual it’s been a very busy day checked him this morning and weighted steps have gone up by 2K so now on 9K steps where a day hopefully that will start shifting some weight so I’ll be ready for the Arnolds.

    Had one-to-one PT clients this morning until this afternoon and then had online posing clients later on also being back into work this evening just finished and now relaxing with my feet up finally ?

    Feel like I’ve been rushed of my feet today but it only because I’ve lacked doing jobs around the house as I’ve been busy with work and online coaching so today I’ve been making sure that I got everything done so that this next week is stress free.

    Checked in again this morning no changes as of yet weight has stayed the same this morning but looking leaner so very happy.

    Trained glutes today I’ll add the session below I’m absolutely shattered that session took my soul and I know about it now. Been out this evening to finish of my weighted steps and now I’m not going to move of the sofa ?

    Rich is right if it’s compromising form by going to low then don’t or use a machine like a hack squat which will help stability

    Weighted dropped this morning which is good hopefully it will start to drop down slowly so that I can be ready in 4 weeks time.

    Been a very busy Saturday got back late last night from my photoshoot then my body clock is annoying and woke me up at 6am so I decided to get up so that I wasn’t tired if I went back to sleep.

    Upper session today this afternoon as I’ve had posing clients this morning felt super tired going into the gym but managed fo be able to have a good session and get everything done as well as going up on weight which was a bonus when I was tired.

    Exactly what Clare said. It’s all about output whatever you burn as long as you don’t eat the whole world during the day and the cals are low you will lose I like to do my cardio fasted just because I like to sweat it out on a morning but going for a walk should bring your heart rate up high enough but cycling might be a bit higher

    Diet break is over I will upload my new food plan at the biotin of this message. So steps are now at 13k and 7k with a weight vest!

    Totally forgot how heavy that thing was this morning. But I can’t believe it’s 4 weeks to go looking forward to dropping and getting stage ready now!

    Been on a photoshoot today has such a good day loved every minute of it and I can’t wait to see the photos from the day I’ve never had a shoot done when I’ve been super lean so very excited to see what they look like.

    No weight change this morning and still on my diet break for the minute feel super refreshed but I can’t wait to be back on stage doesn’t seem real that it’s only 4 weeks away.

    Had 1-2-1 clients this morning then spent the afternoon at the gym doing legs which has absolutely wrote me of pushed really hard in the session and went up on everything and found the reps went up as well so very pleased with the session. Been practicing my posing and walking a lot mor and been finding it a lot easier.

    Had posing clients this evening at work and had my nails done as I have a photoshoot tomorrow in Liverpool which I’m really excited about and can’t wait to do a shoot lean and in shape it’s been a while since I’ve done one.

    Dropped 3lbs this morning down to 127lbs so no changes for the moment to the plan just keeping pushing forward and very excited to be getting on stage soon!

    Had 1-2-1 clients this morning and this evening then been doing online client check ins and diet plans.

    Been training today it was an upper session had a really good one was able to up the reps on most exercises and getting stronger on my lateral raises which I never thought would happen. Posing is getting a lot easier now as well practicing everyday twice a day to make sure that this gets perfect for stage.

    Checked in this morning my weight is still 129lbs from the offplan meal on Sunday still looking full in the muscle and holding condition well. Still checking in everyday so we will see what happens tomorrow currently still on my diet break and body is responding well so very looking forward to what package I can bring to the Arnold’s.

    I still have Florida booked as well so hoping that I can still fly there fingers crossed!! Today was my online check in day so I was doing all of my client check ins really love doing this job my lifestyle clients really appreciate my time and work so hard to achieve there goals.

    I haven’t done much else today been on a walk this morning with the doggies then relaxed and did general house work it’s been rest day today so been trying to keep myself busy as I’ve been hungry today think it’s from the offplan meal.

    Totally agree with these guys I mean I always ask my clients to do videos as well as photos and weight so I can see everything including water intake, cycle etc as a lot of these things can stop you losing weight so personally I’d keep an eye on both and if you feel the pictures match the scales and you’ve gone fluffy too much then dial it back
