I’ve had such an amazing weekend yesterday was lovely being able to have an off-line meal which I had a three course dinner at the hotel that we stayed at which was absolutely gorgeous.
Spent this morning going for a lovely walk around the park where we stayed also did a check-in only up 1lb after the offplan meal which is good but it is looking a lot fuller today and I have a lot more energy put the training to good use today went and did glutes at the gym had a really good session was tired before entering the gym but really pushed hard to get the session done.
Rest of evening I have spent just relaxing and chilling out with my doggies I’m getting ready for work tomorrow.

Wow what an amazing day!!
So I got asked to go to Athelis health club and spa in Warrington to try it out and give a review and it’s been amazing the gym had everything that I needed for upper I wouldn’t necessary go for the gym but the spa area was beautiful. Hot and cold spas infinity pool you name it they had it.
Just on the way to a 5 star hotel to stay over for the night that they have organised to have a 3 course dinner as well as I’m allowed a offmeal plan tonight so very excited for that I can’t wait to just have some time with Adam and get dressed up as I haven’t done that in ages and it will be nice to let my hair down and have a good time.

Listen to these guys I used to be like you and not think rest days had any point but every time I do complete rest my weight decreases and so does my inflammation in my muscles. I’ve found I can train harder the next day or after a rest period it is so important don’t miss these vital steps that will help you grow and recover

Been rest day today, had a busy morning been back to back with posing clients this morning which I absolutely love doing had a really good time and met some new people.
Been to my mums today as well to help her understand Instagram now that was hard but we got there in the end. Spent the rest of the day just relaxing around the house and packing for going away tomorrow which I’m really looking forward to can’t wait to spend some time away with Adam and might even be getting a meal of plan as well which will be nice as I haven’t been out since all the restrictions have lifted as I went straight into prep ?

I have had bacon medallions before but personally I wouldn’t use pork loin as it wouldn’t digest well for me as it’s too fatty but it’s personal preference but ideally stick to the foods you have said

Had a face to face check in today with Kuba and Meg feel so much better after that. I know that now I am on track and will be carrying on this diet break until Wednesday next week if everything goes to plan.
I’m off away this weekend as well to a spa and hotel Sunday so might even get a meal of plan which will be nice to spend some time with my partner and enjoy it.
Trained today as well did glutes I’ll add the session below went really well had a good day was able to go up on my reps which was a bonus and still had energy to pose afterwards but my goodness my legs are killing me now.

So I’m checking in everyday at the moment to make sure that everything goes according to plan.
Nothing has changed as of yet still on my diet break and on 10,000 steps no cardio to get my fullness back and bring my tiredness down so that we can push food down again next week.
Trained a little later today as I had the dentist to get my teeth done for show day got some whitening stuff and fixed my composite bonding on my front tooth that I chipped from leg press ?
Session went well again I’ve been aiming for more reps rather than pushing weight up so I can concentrate on form and technique better. Will post my log book below so that you can see.
Had online posing clients this morning and then did some online client chickens and then carried on with my day to the dentist in the gym has been a really productive day just been on the sunbed to top up my tan as I always think that when you have a base layer of tan your show day tan goes on so much better so there is a little tip for you.

Personally I had this issue and I used a fibre supplement in my oats in a morning which really helped a lot.

Stayed the same this morning in check in thinking this diet break will be on till the end of the week. Enjoying being able to not have to do as many steps as they are at 10,000 still which is easy to get in.
It was rest day today, had a really good day worked this morning with 1-2-1 clients then cam back home and had a full body massage as well as acupuncture which is helping my migraines so much I haven’t been having hardly at all which is amazing and I’m so happy that it’s working.

Weight has dropped again a new low today of 126.3lbs even with higher food my weight is dropping and I’ve never felt so hungry so the diet break we definitely needed!
It was online check in day for all of my clients so been busy this morning with that really enjoying working from home and being able to help more people absolutely love it.
Trained legs today had so much more energy and was able to up all of my reps as I was aiming for higher reps and better form which I achieved I will add my log book below. Had lower steps today as well at only 10,000 steps which I have struggled to do but managed to do it took the dogs out for a walk this evening to finish them of.

I totally agree with Clare and Hilly 16litres is way to high I’d try and bring it down to 8litres first gosh you must be at the loo all the time ?

So I’m carrying on with a diet break for now as I checked in this morning my weight has come up slightly but I have lost a lot of inflammation and my glutes and Hamas are looking a lot Lena I felt so much better today been on my food had a lot more energy and was able to push a lot harder in the gym in my rep ranges and making sure that my phone was perfect rather than hitting numbers, I’ll add my session below.
Had a busy day today worked this morning then went to the gym and then work this evening has been a lot easier though as I haven’t had to get in lots of steps as the weighted vest has come out and so was a cardio.

At the end of the day train how you like to train and know what your objectives are. Are you wanting to look like a bodybuilder if so your going to have to train like one if your wanting to train because you love it train how you love to train personally I think you need to enjoy your training as well as doing the necessary

Diet break time above is my new diet today and yesterday is complete rest abs then we reassess tomorrow to see what needs to be done.
Definitely think it’s time for a break my body’s tired and I think this will do me well dropped 2lb over night so it was definitely worth it yesterday.
Not got much planned today completely resting so massage facials and watching films is my day which I’m very looking forward to as I haven’t done that in ages!
