I agree with the guys either pull back and start lowering cals or start with a couple of days rest and see what happens and see if the hunger comes back after being in rest food and resting for a few days

Early start again got up nice and early at 5.30am to do my cardio and check in no changes but think we are doing the diet break next week.
It’s Adams 30th birthday today so spent the morning giving him presents and we drove down to Loughborough to do a car experience day which was amazing I absolutely loved it and definitely something a bit different and was nice to do something with our day.
Just on the way back now then I need to try and get some weighted steps in as we set of early this morning so didn’t have time. Going to the cinema as well tonight as all in all it’s been a really good day and was nice not have to work and have a day off something that I think I needed.

Weight is down this morning to 127.4lbs this morning lowest weight so far on this prep. No changes for now pushing till the end of the week and maybe getting a diet break next week but will wait and see what my body does.
Had work this morning so made sure I got up early at 5am to do my cardio and walk to work to be able to get some steps in also walked back which meant I got half of my steps in for the day.
Then had the boring job of cleaning then house and finish wrapping up Adams birthday presents for tomorrow. Trained this afternoon was a hard session today very tired but still went up on all my weight so was pleased with the session glutes are going to kill tomorrow.
Spent the rest of the evening finishing of my steps and finishing of some new client plans to be sent tomorrow really enjoying online coaching now got a good swing of things and pleased with how everyone is getting on.

Nothing has changed on my check in this morning weight has stayed the same hoping that it drops by tomorrow. Feeling pretty tired today the 12,000 steps in the weighted vest is taking it’s toll but I no that we need to push hard this week so hopefully I can get a diet break next to keep me fresh.
Trained today it was upper had a good session was still able to go up on a few of my exercises which is nice to see when I’m in such a deficit hoping I can keep this going so I don’t lose muscle and I keep full for stage.

Checked in this morning down slightly but this week we are pushing hard so that I’m able to go on a diet break from next week very excited to do this as I think that is definitely something that is needed.
It’s been rest day today but I feel like I haven’t stopped all day. Cardio is up to 50mins on a morning then I went for a walk to try and get some steps in. Had a full body sports massage today as well as acupuncture which was well needed abs so happy that I had that.
Finished of my steps this evening as it’s now up to 12,000 weighted steps which feels like so much but I’m excited to see the changes. Had a bath this evening to try and chill and now I’m finally sitting down at 8.30pm ?

I agree with what a lot of the guys have said a good high can’t meal before bed would be good then sipping on your intra before heading to the gym to make sure you have some carbs already in your system

So I’ve been filming today for my YouTube channel with Gaz had a really good day just done a day in the life it has been upper today but I had posing clients this morning which I walk to work so that I could get in my weighted steps.
Just on general life today been to the supermarket checked in this morning no current changes at the minute but checking in every day still just to keep an eye on progress and change making sure that I’m practising my purse in twice a day it is coming along so much better and I’m very pleased with the outcome like I said I just can’t wait to get back on the stage it’s calling my name ?

Rest day today had a really productive day! Managed to get all of Adams birthday presents and wrap them up which has taken a massive weight of my mind.
Been to a Spiritialist fair as well today had a really good time spent tonight just relaxing with mr doggies as I never do that it’s been nice to actually sit down and relax.

Been training day today checked in this morning weight has dropped again so we are moving nicely for sure I will be ready in seven weeks very excited I can’t believe how quickly time is flying.
Had one-to-one personal training this morning walk to work to be able to get some of my steps in and then had chiropractor then trained glutes currently sat in the bath with lots of Epsom salts in as my legs are absolutely dead.
Rest day tomorrow and I’m very excited just to actually take some rest and take some time to myself I have the whole day to myself tomorrow and I’m just going to do me and relax.

With rest day food obviously is lower than training day but you need to see if this fits what your wanting to achieve for the moment in time. Meaning are you adding mass or weight on if so then it doesn’t need changing as of yet and if it does I would add food where your more hungry as this question is really person dependent
