Another busy with work Had clients this morning doing personal training and then came home and went for a small walk with the doggies I’m trained earlier as I had a full body massage booked in this afternoon.
Had a really good session feeling strong still even though my food has dropped. I will add my new food into this as well food has dropped quite low now but it is needed in order to get shit for Arnolds as my body has been very unresponsive.
Definitely needed that full body massage this evening had a nice bath and now going to rest I know that this is something that I need to do more off as I cannot sit down for the life of me.

Full working day today with personal training clients got up nice and early and got my cardio done then walked to work with my weighted vest on so that I could get most of my steps in.
Adam hasn’t been well today so I went to the gym on my own and trained upper with Phoebe which was a really good session then been practicing my posing after every session as well, which is getting better and I can’t wait to get on stage now.
Been back at work this evening and had to teach a HIIT class as Adam was off work so finished later but made sure I brought all of my food to work so I wasn’t missing meals. Just got back home going to have a bath then chill out.

Online coaching check ins today first day of fully doing online day it has been really productive and I’ve really enjoyed being able to do something that I wanted to do for a long time.
Was able to get my meals in so much better today with being at home and water has been on point so I think this will be beneficial for me to have more time.
Managed to get acupuncture as well today helping my headaches and migraines are totally gone can’t believe it.

So today is the start of my new work schedule so on Mondays and Wednesdays I am doing personal training from work and then the rest of the time I will be now fully online doing my coaching. I can’t believe that I finally got to the stage where I’ve always wanted and it will be a lot easier for me to handle competing and every day tasks.
Has been a very busy one I’m currently out doing my weighted steps just finished work and on my way home also trained this afternoon which I did legs really enjoyed the session as I am really liking the higher rep ranges even though my legs are dying every single time.
Having a little bit of a problem with my wrist and knee at the minute so going to the doctors tomorrow to hopefully nothing is wrong as I know I have arthritis in my thumb but hoping it hasn’t spread into my wrist.

Personally I love HIIT but find that it takes too much out of my body than steady cardio. But with my clients I always ask them what they like usually you won’t have to do as much HIIT than steady state because heart rate is higher

Weight has finally dropped this morning on check in day! Hopefully this will be the start of my weight starting to shift. Now 10 weeks out so scary and can’t believe how quick it is going.
Had a good training session today it was back and shoulders was able to go up still in most of my weights which is really good to say I’m still improving in prep. Only just starting to feel the hunger so it’s not that bad.

Rest day today Didn’t really do much uploaded a few more online clients I’ve got which I’m really excited to start full-time. Took Hugo out on a walk as my steps have now increased to 9000 with the weighted vest.
Then went and watched rugby this afternoon and relax this evening trying to put my feet up when I can.

Been at the hospital this morning for an MRI scan this was to check why my hearing has decreased in the past couple of months so hopefully will be getting these results back soon.
Because I was sedated for my MRI scan spent most of the morning fast asleep the recovering which I definitely needed. I still made sure that this morning I got up early and did my morning cardio and then this evening I finished off my weighted steps.
Been doing some more work on my online coaching getting to grips with the system a lot more now I’m starting to take on new clients.

There not the best quad builder there’s load of other exercises that would be better.
