    Totally agree with Holly personally I’d take the time to grow a little and get used to a coach which will help you massively in an offseason as well as prep

    Checked in this morning and the boss has order 2 rest days as I’ve been super tired the last few days and my walks turned into a deal yesterday I thought that every foot step was heavy.

    I had already done my cardio before hand and one small walk with the weight vest but instead of training I booked my myself in for a full body massage to try abs easy my muscles as they were so tight but I feel like a new woman now.

    Haven’t really done much else had a lovely bath and then relaxed the rest of the day making most of these two rest days.

    Had a really busy morning today got up at 6am to do my 40 minutes of cardio and then checked in nothing is change but added in 10 mg of Anavar to meal 1.

    Had clients all morning then went to the gym at 12 pm to train glutes and hamstrings ended up training with my partner and I had a really good session can definitely feel my glutes now they’re absolutely dead.

    Had a couple of person clients this evening and then finish my weighted step walk and just finished doing all the accounts for work. Very excited to be able to take on more online clients as I know that it will benefit me loads and I will have more time to train/pose and do my daily tasks without having to rush around all the time.

    I like the idea of a treadmill because then if it’s raining you don’t have to do steps but I never get my heart rate up enough on a treadmill to even call it cardio. So you’ll have to see what your heart rate does at the gym. Personally I just got a good one of Argos didn’t cost a bomb and does the job

    Very busy day had to make sure that I got all of my cardio, steps and training done this morning before I went to my mums 60th birthday.

    So it was a nice early upper session after cardio then I was able to go get my steps in before I got ready. Had a good session trained at work today so slightly different equipment but I think I actually trained harder because I felt like I needed to as I didn’t have to equipment.

    Been in Harrogate all day so my mums 60th at my aunties had a good time a few of my cousins all have babies so I’ve been dedicated baby sitter while they all had a drink haha.

    Been a really really good day all my clients cancelled this morning which is whenever reasons why I want to come away from one-to-one PT I’m fed up at the last minute cancellations and then the changes to my day. From having five hours back to back I ended up just having one and because it was like there I also had no cardio to do so walked to work in my weighted vest and walked back which meant all my steps were done for the day.

    I then trained legs with Phoebe had a really good session all the weights have gone up which I’m pleased with just shows that I’m still progressing even though I’m on prep I’m checking in tomorrow so hopefully some changes I’ve started happening as my cardio has been upped. Haven’t really done much else just been to my moms for full body massage and now relaxing watching the football.

    Another busy day as usual! Checked in this morning with Kuba cardio has been upped to 40mins weighted vest steps the same. Actually quite enjoyed the cardio this morning got all of my online check ins done and found a program on Netflix’s which kept me interested for 30mins which isn’t usual.

    Had the morning of work which was nice it meant I was able to not rush around the park while taking the dogs for a walk. Also has my nails done today time for a little bit of me time which took a while and I still needed to train before work so had to go to Normanton which is closer to me, had such a good session was really focused and was nice to get out of my head and just get what I needed to do.

    Been working this evening just walking home so over my steps today but I have a massage booked tomorrow so I can relax after training.

    Had quite a busy day today This morning did my usual got up and did cardio went for a walk with my weighted vest on Then went to work for a couple of hours for clients.

    Been doing online posing clients this afternoon and then went to go see Emma Hyndman to have a look at my posing as I just wanted to make it a little bit more sassy and make sure that I was doing the poses with the correct technique I think there is always better to get another persons perspective on your posing just because you miss things when you’re close look at yourself in the mirror.

    The session was filmed and will be going onto Emma’s YouTube channel I really enjoyed the session it’s something that I definitely needed and I will be practising the techniques that she told me today.

    This evening I’ve had a couple of new online clients starting so I’ve been doing online clients plans to make sure they are ready to start for tomorrow I’ve also got another evening walk to do as I need to finish off my steps for today then I can finally sit down.

    Personally I do cardio as soon as I get up so like 6/7am then training midday so that I can get some decent meals in before hand. Also means that my body’s had a little bit of a rest before weight training

    Had two clients cancel this morning so I ended up having the morning off which was really good as I got some online work done and managed to sort out the dogs unfortunately Teds harness has rubbed him and I had to take him to the vet this morning for something for it I felt really bad and upset that I hadn’t realised but he doesn’t even bark or make a sound so I never know if there’s anything wrong with him.

    Also trained glutes and hams today again another very good session all weights have gone up and I’m really pleased with the progress that I’m making even though I’m dropping weight I have to say the focus is on and I’m very excited to step on that Arnold’s stage. It was on at ultra flex the 2019 show and made me tear up to think that I will be on there this year still seems unreal!
