Back to the Monday madness can’t wait to try and be doing online coaching full time! As much as I do love personal training with training I feel like I’m rushing around constantly back and fourth and never get enough time to put everything in on my posing and training.
I work from 8am-12pm then back in at 3.30-8pm which is a massive block where I have to eat standing up no get my weighted steps in or cardio and then rushing around on training days to get to the gym in time. I have known this for a long time but always been scared to take the plunge but with me having to travel a lot more next year to America to be able to compete more I know that I’m going to have to do it.
Today has been a training day did have a really good session but then had to practice posing in between clients at work and as usual been rushing around everywhere only just got home from doing my steps and got one more meal to eat before bed. Thinking positive until I can make the change.

Leg day today which means no cardio so got up nice and early and went for a walk with my weighted vest on. Also trained earlier than usual today as I have been to go watch the rugby all day with my partner love a good rugby match.
Checking in tomorrow so hopefully they have been some changes with the T3 added in and the meal five now has no carbs so the potatoes are gone just off to the pub with everyone now while I sip my water Then I’m going to go for a walk tonight to finish off my steps.
Posing come tomorrow for 2bros Getting excited and nervous for the camp never really done a pose and come before so excited to what it will bring.

Checked in this morning added in T3 to my morning fasted cardio and my fasted walk as well. Weight has stuck this morning but hoping it will start dropping as I look less watery than I have been doing starting to get a little bit tighter round my midsection.
So did my cardio this morning and took the dogs out for a walk had work this morning and then went to Ultraflex to train upper Had a really good session which have been starting to go up every session which I am pleased about finally feeling like I’m getting some strength back and progressing can’t believe it’s only 14 weeks until the Arnolds.
Booked my apartment for the Arnold this evening after doing my weighted steps, Looking forward to going to Birmingham and a little bit of a weekend away I am making sure that I take some time off in July during my birthday to also have a little bit of rest.

Been a rest day today got up this morning and did my morning cardio then walked to work in my weight vest so that I could get all my steps in and done in the morning so I could relax rest of the day.
The rest of the day I’ve had a full body massage plus a facial and relax for the rest of the day until this evening when I’ve taken both the dogs out for a walk as Hugo can now go outside so this will be added into my routine in the morning taking the dogs with me which I’m excited about .

Super busy day today got up at 6am and checked in with Kuba weight has dropped again which I’m pleased about finally starting to move somewhere. 30mins of cardio as well this morning while watching the news trying to catch up on the world as this is the only time I get to watch tv.
I’ve been walking down to walk as it’s 3000 steps there and back so I can get my weighted vest steps done in a morning so I don’t have to think about it for the rest of the day.
Been Glutes and Hams today at ultra flex gym has such a good session strength is starting to go up every session which I’m so happy with and I’m enjoying training again as I can see the changes daily now.

Filmed today for the JP site trained Upper with Kamara she had mainly chest and shoulders where as my session is back and delts. Had a really good session felt really strong and was able to go up on weight which is amazing now my weight is starting to drop to.
Feeling very good at the moment my weight is starting to drop and I’m enjoying prep so excited to be getting back on stage again. My cardio is now at 30mins daily but steps are still the same, actually enjoying the weighted vest but definitely feel like I’m in prep now.

It’s been a rest day today and I’ve made sure that I’ve rested as much as possible this morning got up and did my morning cardio and checked with Kuba, Happy with the progress so far my body where is slightly dropping down now and hoping that this keeps carrying on throughout my prep.
Not wanting to be in calories too low just yet as I am on 2100 on training days and 1800 on rest days for 15 weeks out want to try and keep the food quite high but put the expenditure up higher so that my body keeps dropping it is just very stubborn at the minute.
Made sure today that I’ve put my legs up and also had a facial and a massage which is definitely helped me relax also tried to sit down a lot more at work today so that I wasn’t going over my steps too much hopefully I can continue this and my body will respond better.

If you do too much cardio you will just end up losing muscle which is not what you want also your body will not recover from how much your doing you’ll just end up biting yourself outJadekelsie

Had a really good day today got up nice and early and did my walk with my weighted vest (which is now 6,000 steps) on ended up walking down to work as I had a one-to-one posing client she’s doing really well and picked up the next section of poses quickly so excited to see her next time!
Also had legs today but went to go see my dad 1st to wish him a happy Father’s Day then went to Ultraflex and trained legs had a really good session was able to go up on the hack squat which I’m really pleased about as it’s one of the exercises that I don’t particularly like but it’s a one that messes up my head as well.
Also had a face-to-face check in with Kuba He is happy with the progress that I have made in the past couple of days I am now checking in every other day to make sure that where is dropping consistently as it has been stalling for the past week or so, But I know why that is I need to make sure that I rest properly on rest days and keep my water intake up.

So today has been a rest day and I’ve also checked in with Kuba this morning we have made some changes I have had the weighted vest added into half of my steps to increase the intensity during my walk as my weight is just not shifting at the minute this is usually the case and sometimes we have to do some drastic changes in order for my body to start playing ball.
Had a complete day off work as well which has been absolutely lovely my partner has been playing rugby all day and still out now so I’ve had the whole house to myself and relaxed after my walk with both my boys!
Been a really nice day have been able to get all my work done cleaning steps posing oh and the ironing on the washing. The Arnolds list have been released tonight so it is official I am going to pianos in October I can’t believe I’m saying that and I just can’t wait to get on that stage again
