    Another rest day today, Starting to feel a little bit more like myself but completely rest in over the weekend and then hopefully starting to train back on Monday.

    I’m hoping that I can still compete at the end of the year but I’m playing it by here but my aim is to still step on stage in October. Hopefully my health gets back on track and I am able to do the thing that I love which is compete.

    Haven’t been doing much today visited a little bit of family been on a couple of walks but then generally just rested to make sure that I get my energy back and get back to myself quicker.

    Totally agree with Meg, fortunately I don’t get bad knee pain but I’ve definitely found that adding a band has helped when I do just as there’s not as much weight through the knees abs helps me feel stable

    Last deload session today which I still needed feeling quite tired but the rest over the weekend has definitely helped. Tomorrow is a rest day so going to work in the morning and then rest in the afternoon before back to work in the evening and hopefully that will help.

    Also checked in this morning so over this weekend I haven’t done any cardio or steps but still down a pound from check-in today cardio and steps have been added which I will start tomorrow morning no changes to diet today as of yet but only three weeks into prep so I’m sure it will change quite soon.

    Hopefully last rest day of the weekend rest, checking in tomorrow morning so we will see. I’ll be on one more deload after tomorrow which is great as I can’t wait to get back to normal training.

    The rest time was definitely needed slept through both evenings and woke up a lot later than usual as well. Been nice to just catch up on things as well as I was getting behind on plans and house chores like the ironing ?

    But not much happened today just a short walk this morning, seeing my best friends baby boy who is amazing then just resting as much as I can.

    My worst fear happened today and was brave enough to speak out about it. So I’m currently on a deload because the last couple of days I’ve been tired and not able to push up weight. Also filmed for the JP site today and unfortunately had a small epileptic seizure at the gym…

    Honestly the worst thing that could of happened the embarrassment and upset I have around my seizures is uncomfortable. I absolutely hate having them in public but it happened fortunately it wasn’t a bad one and only lasted 2mins it wasn’t a fully clonic seizure where I jerk it was just a tonic on where I go stiff and my eye flicker and Kam was there with me who was the best person to have as she didn’t make a scene she knew what to do and just dealt with it which was perfect and made me feel at ease.

    So rest of the day I’ve been in bed it will take a couple of days for my brain to get back to normal but I’m ok!

    Another rest day which is needed had posing clients all morning from 11am-2pm really enjoyed it can’t wait to do the posing camp for the 2bros show on the 27th of June.

    It was really nice to have a lay in this morning I feel loads better for not doing cardio and having some time to rest.

    Been to watch rugby as well today was a amazing game and love watching it. Another rest day tomorrow plus I get to see my best friends new baby boy tomorrow morning ?

    Another deload session today at Ultraflex which was well needed I have been put on complete rest over the weekend as I’m struggling to eat any of my meals and have no appetite at all so no cardio no steps and complete rest just a small walk in the morning which I’ll have to do to take Ted for a walk.

    Did have my last vaccine yesterday and a small seizure on Tuesday so not sure combining with the allergic reaction last week whether my body is just kind of had enough and needs its rest.

    Been filming today for my YouTube channel had such a good day also filmed a bonus episode of how to live with epilepsy as a bodybuilder going to try and do these more often and get more awareness out there for epilepsy as I don’t think a lot of people know how to deal with people with epilepsy and what a seizure even looks like. I’ve also been asked by an Epileptic charity to do videos for people with epilepsy to explain how to exercise with a condition as a lot of people are scared to even go out the house let alone exercise.

    Checked in this morning no changes for now but water has been upped to 5.5 litres a day. Which is easier now the food is lower before it was hard to drink loads of water and eat all the food that I was on.

    Also had my second vacation today so I am now fully vaccinated hopefully they don’t make everyone have it every year ?

    Another deload session today as well had a good session but I can’t wait to get back to normal but I know that this is needed in order to be able to push hard next week and still make progress in prep!
