    Yea for LISS training I make sure my heart rate is 110-120bpm just so I’m not doing too much

    Photoshoot day!!!

    NEW clothing line is here so a few of us have a done a photoshoot at Ultra Flex to get some good content for the website. Really enjoyed myself been a good laugh and loved getting back into a bit of modelling. Can’t wait for all of you guys to see the new clothes there’s some really nice prices and I think they will go quite quick.

    Also been glute and ham day, been really tired these past few days so Kuba has put me on a deload for 5 days which I do think is needed as much as I don’t like doing them because my legs are knackered and I need a bit of a rest so that I can push on again soon.

    This first week of prep has gone really well apart from my allergic reaction check in tomorrow so let’s see if I have dropped a bit more.

    I love my fit bit versa not as expensive as an Apple Watch and personally find them easier to use than everything else

    Legs are finally feeling like there getting better at last!! Had a really busy day today been of work again just to make sure that my legs are completely better before I start walking around all day on them at work showing clients what to do.

    Been to the chiropractor this morning which is improving loads can tell that a lot of my muscles are firing loads more and I feel the contraction better when I pose.

    Trained upper today had a really good session weight is slowly going up each session which I’m loving and so happy that I’m finally on prep I can’t wait to see what I look like this year

    Woke up this morning and my legs have got a little better… well there not as red but still quite painful!

    Went for a walk though this morning which was better than yesterday and it helped loosen my legs of a little then I went for my hair done finally ?

    Trained legs as well today there was no PBs but at least I trained was able to stick to all of my weights just had to change a few exercises as I can put pressure on my thighs because it’s still to sore. Rest of the evening I’ll have them up with ice on!

    So it’s been a little bit of a crap day today I’ve spent most of my day in A&E in the emergency ward as my legs got worse this morning so I had to go in to get them checked out.

    Was in there from 930 until 230 what they have said is that I have a severe allergy to the needles and also got a bad infection in my legs which hopefully will go down with antibiotics and antihistamines. I can’t believe it tbh I’ve never had a reaction like this before ever it’s so sore and I can’t hardly walk or do anything so I’ve managed to get in my steps today as I couldn’t stay inside much longer.

    Been in the bath which has actually helped I didn’t think that it would do but going to ice my legs tonight to see if it helps in the morning as I really want to train tomorrow but we will see in the morning.

    Well typical me has had acupuncture and I’m bloody allergic to it!! Now I have four places on my quads that have swollen like golf balls and I can’t walk and it’s leg day tomorrow!

    Today has been upper body which I managed to train and had a really good session. Currently sat with my feet up with two bags of peas on my legs trying to calm down the area. I can’t believe how much it hurts ?

    Had such a good day yesterday got up nice and early and went to the gym which I have realised it works better for me as I have more energy in the morning so if I can train earlier I am going to.

    Today has been quite boring got up a little later today as I decided to have a sleep in then took Ted for a walk then been doing the tax year end for the rest of today it has taken me so long but I’m so glad that it’s finally done as I was putting it of because I knew that it would take ages.

    Rest of the evening I’m just going to chill and text clients to make sure everyone is ready for tomorrow.

    Rest day today which I’m happy about my legs are absolutely dead today!!

    Been a very busy day had work this morning from 8-12pm then had acupuncture for the first time which I really liked my legs feel even worse though now. Going to have a full body massage and see if that helps because I have legs again tomorrow so I’ll be walking like a cripple Saturday evening.

    Haven’t done much else been for a nice walk and done the food shop boring stuff, looking forward to starting prep in two weeks can’t believe I thought it was Monday ?

    Glutes and Hams day had such a good session only done this one about 2/3 times but my strength on them has improved massively think that I have got used to the equipment again so I’m able to go up little more each week.

    Checked in this morning as well and decided that we’re not starting prep for another 2 weeks so that gives me a little bit more time to grow and get used to the equipment so that on prep I’m not having to still do that as well.

    Think I’ll book another meal next weekend to be able to have one least time with my family before prep starts. When this starts I come more within myself because I’m concentrating on prep and every sec is spend improving or sleeping ?
