Usually just did a small carb up before hand but it totally depends on how tight you are already

Happy Monday!! It’s also training day ?
Its been a quite day as well today checked in this morning with Kuba very happy with the position I am in at the moment we both feel like we have improved in the areas that needed it like my shoulders/back/legs and glutes I’m very pleased with the progress that I have made and can’t wait to start prep which is now going to be an 18 week on so three weeks to go!! So excited want to see what’s underneath this blubber!
It’s been glute and hamstring day as well has such a good training session went up on most of my weights will put the log book below. It was the second time in this rotation so was able to push weights up a bit more than last week can’t wait to get stronger and stronger as the weeks progress with getting used to the machines again.

Had a really productive day today had a lay in this morning till 8am which is late for me then had breakfast and took Ted for a walk. Went to the gym a little earlier today as I wanted to get some bits done before going back to work tomorrow.
It was upper session today I’ll add my log book below, felt strong today was the second time doing this rotation and I could tell that I have been getting used to the equipment again weights was able to go up and my form and technique on the back exercises were better, changed my technique with adding more lat bias and upper back bias which is working well but struggled with the movement the first week.
Other than the gym I’ve just done a few diet plans, practiced my posing and chilling out now for the rest of the evening.

Been filming today for my YouTube channel it was leg day and filmed with Pheobe, had a really good session was hard work and it was the first time I had done that leg rotation before so was finding my numbers but worked my butt of my legs with hurt tomorrow.
Had work this morning and then finished this afternoon and then went to the gym the rest of the day I’ve given Adam a massage as he is playing a game of rugby tomorrow afternoon. The rest of the evening I’m just resting and catching up on some TV as I have got clients booked in tomorrow morning so I’ll be another morning of work. Prep will be starting in about two or three weeks I thought it was five but my calculations were so wrong so I’m going to push hard these last few weeks to get stronger before food gets dropped.

Personally I would up your fats a little bit as they are quite low then see if that changes anything if not then increase carbs or lower expenditure

Finally a rest day which is well needed, aching all over the place training is going really well. Checked in this morning with Kuba he’s really happy with the progress and thinks that we are in a good point to start prep soon I think this will be in about five weeks time I am very excited to start prep as I wanted to strip down and hoping that I have grown some decent muscle in my off-season.
Today I’ve been really busy in the morning had quite a few one-to-one clients at work then I’ve been to the chiropractor I’m feeling so much looser after it my neck when we were right crack this afternoon. This evening I’ve been clothes shoppingWhich I don’t normally do obviously now you can’t try clothes on so when I’ve come home none of the jeans fit as my legs have gone so much typical!! Tonight is an offhand meal because it’s like there tomorrow and I’m also being filmed for my YouTube tomorrow as well so it is re-fuel ready to push hard tomorrow.

I usually have grass fed butter when I’m in peak offseason just to up my cals as an option but as a few people have said you don’t get a lot for the cals so if you can use different sources like peanut butter you’ll get more 🙂

Another leg day!! Glute and Hams day today and first time doing this rotation at ultra used the Nytram leg press for the first time ever and I absolutely love it. Can’t explain how happy I am to be back in my favourite environment can so tell that my mood is so much better and as much I was determined before being back in the gym has given me such more of a kick and push to achieve more.
Felt very strong today was able to do quite heavy for me but I know that I have more in me I’m just still finding my numbers so hopefully week by week I can improve and get stronger. The changes that I’m seeing at the moment in my shape are ridiculous they extra leg days are working well and I’m very happy with this year’s offseason shape.
Coming of my pill as well has been a good move as my foods been upped but weight have gone down and all my spots on my face has cleared up which honestly I had tried everything to get rid of them can’t believe how good my skin looks.
