Same with what everyone else is saying keep it consistent but I find the app my fitness pal helps me so much when doing a diet plan and this counts everything x

Well needed rest day also though I have a lot of home stuff that I need to do today. Woke up late this morning my new bed is super comfortable!!
Had to go to the skip and get rid of some rubbish from tidying up the bedroom cupboards I can’t believe how much rubbish you keep! Then been on a lovely walk around the Digley reservoir which was lovely and Ted is now absolutely knackered!
Been a really good and busy day but I’m still super excited about going to Florida with Megan in October going to be amazing best news I’ve had in ages which means I should be able to get at least four shows in this year which I’m excited about just need to think about bikini colours any help?

New bed day!! So I order a king size bed because Adam has got to big and it was time to upgrade ?
This morning was spent doing online PT clients and I had quite a few inline check ins to complete as well, I also had the chiropractor today ended up seeing Meg and Kuba as they go there too. Didn’t realise that Meg wanted to do a show in Florida that I was contemplating doing but I didn’t want to go on my own so we have decided to go together in October I’m super excited as I’ve always wanted to go to America and I didn’t think that I would be able to go this year so very happy that I don’t have to go on my own and I can go with a friend too!
Spent the rest of the afternoon training legs which went really well ended up training on my own which I don’t normally do and absolutely loved it put on the music that I wanted to hear and with no one else in the gym was able to sing along and get really into my session, was able to go up on white a few exercises so very pleased with the session, must have been excited from booking the flights to Florida America here I come!!!!

Another rest day today, we have bought a king size bed which is being delivered tomorrow because Adam nicking all the space in our double and we’re both getting bigger and now really sleeping very well or getting really hot.
So I’ve spent the whole day organising the bedroom cleaned all the drawers, cupboards everything to make sure it’s ready for tomorrow white excited that it’s coming, we have already dismantled the bed as well so we are on the mattress on the floor tonight so wonder what that will be like.
I also checked in this morning Kuba is happy with the progress and I’m excited that in 8 weeks I will be starting my prep for the Arnold’s in October which is a total dream come true!!

Evening guys so yesterday I had my Covid vaccine and this morning I felt a little bit ropey but I was determined to get on with my day so I got up And went for a walk and then took myself back off to bed to try and get better.
I then got up and did some posing and some level five nutrition work after that I just relax on the sofa and had a nap again to try and make myself feel better after that I woke up feeling very good manage to be able to do an upper session today, Which went well I was able to progress some weights I will add in my logbook below.
Very excited with these next couple of weeks just to push food and training as hard as I can until I start prep which I’m looking forward to as the Arnolds have been announced which is something I’ve always wanted to do. _________________________________________

Vaccine day!! So literally haven’t done a thing all day or I haven’t planned any thing in just incase I wasn’t 100%
I had it this morning at 10.50am so before hand I had two posing clients this morning and then made sure I did most of my steps so that incase I was unwell I didn’t have lots to do.
Turns out I just got a migraine which I usually get so not sure whether it’s the jab or the usual migraines I get.
Which means I have totally relaxed all day my partner has been out as well so I’ve put some girly chic flicks on Netflix’s and binged watch series so I will definitely be totally relaxed or tomorrow’s glute session 🙂

Check in day… had an off plan meal last night so was slightly up weight wise but still holding well. Arnold’s have just been announced today so I have 9 weeks before I have to start prep again, really excited to be doing the Arnold’s as it’s something that I have always wanted to do, a dream of mine to step on the Arnold’s stage and I’m finally able to do it!
It was also leg day today put the extra food to good use went up in the single leg press and got better form on my Bulgarian split squats from placing my foot lower to engage my glutes and quads a lot more I can definitely feel the difference. Not doing much this evening just relaxing had a few online clients this afternoon for personal training can’t wait to get back to work in 4 weeks and get back to the gyms the countdown is on.

Personally I’d make sure scale weight isn’t going up to much then when things stall eg performance then add more food

Woke up today with a really bad migraine was suppose to be training legs today but had to have the day of, been in bed most of the day trying to get rid of it. Get them quite a lot with my nerve damage on the back of my head haven’t been able to get a nerve block yet because of covid so only got medication to help them.
Rest of the evening I’ve been watching films on prime and had a meal of plan as I haven’t been able to eat much today. Going to try and training tomorrow as I’m having my covid jab on Tuesday so I’m hoping that I don’t feel unwell with it as I’m really getting into the swing of training at the moment.

I like full body training and because your only young you should be able to recover well from it but if you don’t then stick to a upper/lower split

Check in day today happy with how I’m progressing I am starting to get fluffy but I know that I need to so that I can grow enough for later this year I think that I only have about 8 weeks left before I will be starting prep again so it all systems go to make sure every thing counts.
Also went to the chiropractor today which I definitely needed my knees have been giving me some trouble which they normally don’t and I feel like a total new women. So glutes and hamstrings went a lot better I was able to progress on the leg press and my technique was a lot better and I wasn’t sore at all. Nothing much else today apart from quite a few posing clients this morning which I love doing busy day tomorrow oat my mums and celebrating with her for Mother’s Day.

Totally agree with what some of the people are saying I don’t think it will limit gains. Just may impact recovery so you will have to keep an eye of changes that might be impacted like sleep digestion etc if these things start to slip you may need to add in an extra rest day

I didn’t post yesterday as I went to bed at 6pm with a really bad migraine and woke up today with one also it’s just about gone so I will be going to train soon.
Yesterday it was rest day I had a client in the morning then went over to my dads and decorated the house for his birthday with balloons and banners had a good afternoon with them and was nice to spend sometime with them and have some family time.
Today I’ve slept in to try and get rid of my migraine I usually get them quite often so I know that I just need to go straight to bed when I have one and relax. Going down to work later on to train and hopefully will still have a good session it’s upper today so mainly shoulders and back so at least I won’t be straining to hard because it’s not legs for once.
