    Totally agree with Clare I think it individual and you have to work that out with what you feel like.

    Had the strangest night last night, couldn’t get to sleep at all then went into the kitchen for a drink and there was a young lad jumping over our fence after an hour he finally talked to me and my partner and a couple of lads were chasing him with a knife, managed to be able to get the guy home so didn’t end up going to bed till 3am this morning.

    Had a sleep in today then went out for a long walk with Ted there were a couple of cars in our street smashed we honestly do live in a nice area ?
    Had a full body blading with my mum and then relaxed the rest of the day. Tomorrow I’m filming with Jay (magic eye) for the JP site with Kamara so you’ll get an update with that soon.

    Leg day today, but before training I made sure that we went for a decent walk as yesterday I wasn’t feeling very well with a migraine so I didn’t do enough steps that I needed so I went for a longer walk today to make up for yesterday, it helped in my head that I did more today.

    Only the second time doing this leg day as 2 weeks ago I was doing forced rest as I was overly tired. The session went really well I was able to go up on some of the exercises log book is inserted below. Can definitely feel my legs today the pump was unreal I know that I will not be walking tomorrow ?

    Other than training and going for a walk haven’t really done much today looking for a dog handler so I can’t teach Ted to listen to commands because he is one stubborn dog.

    Been rest day today, but not been well all day. Got up late this morning with a migraine then spent the rest of the day trying to get over it.

    So sitting in a dark room and relaxing and sleeping is what I’ve been doing today. I do get bad migraines but haven’t had one in quite a while so I feel like this has just completely wiped me out. I just hope that I am going to be ok tomorrow.

    You can defo diet at home you don’t need to be stage lean for the wedding. Congratulations by the way. Then hit the gym hard in April

    Was filming day for my YouTube channel, Gaz was filming it was Glute and Ham day I’m absolutely dying from today’s session well to be honest every session it feels like I’m doing cardio it’s hard going but I am loving every minute of it.

    I’m saying this every time but I am seeing changes all the time, I checked in this morning with Kuba he thinks that we are on the right track and I am looking forward to a decent offseason as I haven’t ever really done a long one before the longest was only 3 months. Excited to see what we can achieve with the right mindset this time and my body is responding well.

    Not doing much more today been food shopping and then I’m just chilling out for the rest of the evening.

    I always make sure that I do mobility work before training so that I am completely warmed up. I also do yoga twice a week to help with stretching as otherwise I wouldn’t do it myself as I find it boring. There’s some good ones online

    Legs are absolutely dead from yesterday’s leg session. Which is a good thing I know but I can hardly walk, this new leg day programme is going to make such a change this year.

    Rest day today which is well needed and I have had enough time to do another unit of my level 5 degree really enjoying it and learning lots which will be so helpful when I’m helping my clients and also myself to understand the reasoning behind why I do certain things.

    Other than working I’ve been on a few walks in between to relax my mind and then taught a HIIT class for work on zoom which are still really busy abs going well glad to see that people are keeping up there fitness still in the 3rd lockdown. Hopefully it will be all over soon crossing everything ??

    What types of benefits from this?

    Hey I use a band as it targets my glutes a lot more as when I come up I can contract my glutes to help them grow

    7 weeks till hopefully we can get back to normal! Finally feels like as a country we are getting somewhere and hopefully this will be the last lockdown and everyone can get back to work and doing the things we love rather than stuck inside and worries about what is going on.

    Filmed today for JP with Kamara had a really good session, get frustrated at the moment when training at work as I can’t seem to get in to the best mindset as everything annoys me but today I got in the best mindset so far and was able to beat some of the reps and weight today!

    Looking forward to competing later on this year as I haven’t ever done a long offseason and I will be able to do at least 5 months which will help me a lot when competing again I can definitely see the progress I am making at the moment so a couple more months and I think I will have made some good progression when prep comes around.

    I prep for 3 days as I like my meals to be as fresh as possible I usually cook my meat the night before then everything else is prepared before

    Rest day today, I’ve booked in with my my to have a full body massage and blading done which hurts so much but makes you feel so much better afterwards. I’ve been having them twice a week at the moment and it has made my training better because my flexibility is better and also not ache as long as I usually do.

    Other than massage I’ve been playing with Ted and been on a few walks this morning, just currently running the bath and relaxing the rest of the day. Filming tomorrow for JP and it’s Boris announcement tomorrow so I really do hope we can be back to normal soon.
