    Another training day today it was glutes and hamstrings went really well was able to go up on a couple of the exercises log is below. Wasn’t really well last night but managed to sleep in a little bit this morning and was able to still train. Hoping a rest day tomorrow will make me feel 100% on Monday for filming.

    Haven’t really done much today as I’ve said I wasn’t well last night so woke up late and listed around the house until I had to train and now currently just sat watching TV as I still don’t feel 100%.

    Checked in this morning back to normal training again feeling loads better after having a couple of days of it’s something that I definitely needed.

    Training went well today wasn’t as strong as last time but that is usually the case after having a few days of. Went up on a few exercises but it was hard going but I loved it, missed training and I know I definitely need to make sure I listen to my body more often.

    Other than training I’ve been doing the general everyday stuff food shopping etc haven’t had time to do any level 5 work so I need to make sure that I make time tomorrow as I set myself a goal of doing 2 units a week to make sure I get it done in time before I have to be back at work. We will see what Boris has to say on Monday fingers crossed that we can get back to the gym.

    Last Rest day today, checking in the morning to see what my body looks like with having a couple of days rest.
    I hate doing ordered rest as I said last night but I always feel better for doing them. I feel refreshed and ready to get back in the gym tomorrow I’m really excited and can’t wait whereas before it was frustrating me going back into the gym.

    Although it’s been a rest day I’ve had a really busy day work wise had a full day of virtual PT this morning then a full afternoon of online posing clients,
    Posing is really kicking off right now and I’m also really enjoying doing the online posing which I never thought that I would say but I can’t wear when we can get back to normal and I can get back to doing it one-to-one in a gym.

    Did another unit in my Level5 advanced Diploma in diet and nutrition, really enjoying doing something different and making my mind work it is also helping me with my lifestyle clients and it is more in-depth about athletes which is the reason why I started the course.

    On ordered rest day today, I hate doing rest days when I could be training it makes me think that I’m not working hard enough but I know it’s the other way around I’ve been pushing to hard.

    So had yesterday today and tomorrow of, checking in on Friday so we will see if I’m ok to train by then. Had a busy day though had quite a few online clients this morning and then without realising I’ve spent all day doing my
    Level 5 nutrition course which is really interesting I’m enjoying it so much learning things I haven’t read in ages and a few things that I didn’t know which is always good to learn.

    Checked in this morning with Kuba he’s told me to have two days rest as I’ve been very tied lately and not being able to sleep, so today Ive been resting and I will do tomorrow.

    Started a new course today a level 5 advanced diploma in diet and nutrition I’m really excited to get started on this as I feel like I need something to spark up my mind again as I think it’s asleep.

    Worked this morning then been for a nice walk this afternoon. Not been very well having a lot of migraine lately and I’m struggling to get things done but I’m sure a couple of days of will help.

    Happy Monday guys!!

    So today is the second rotation of my glute and hamstring exercise, This time I was able to go up on a few of the weights as I tested them out last week to make sure I was doing the right technique so that this week I could up weight and keep my technique perfect as well.

    Really enjoy this new rotation as I do feel that it’s more specific to what I need to develop it also is a lot different to how I’ve trained in the past and a few of the exercises I’ve never done before particularly the raised reverse lunges on the smith machine I think this is a great exercise to target glutes as when you get into the lower part of the lunge you are able to push through with other leg to be able to connect your hamstrings and your glutes.

    Apart from training today I’ve had virtual clients this morning and then had to go to the hospital to get my hearing aids fixed as my left one had stopped working which turned out to be just a blocked tube.

    Happy Valentine’s Day!

    Training day today but first me and Adam decided that we’re going to go on a nice long walk with Ted for Valentines morning we also had a full English breakfast which I calculated my macros out make sure that it was the same to what I needed to eat.
    Got lots of nice things for Valentines bath stuff flowers cards – can’t say the rest ?

    This is the second time doing this rotation of Push day videos every sat and made sure that I sent them to Cuba so that he can check my farm as I want this off-season to be the most productive yet. Doing the routine a second time round means that I can look at my weight so I did previous and try and be the Repps are the weight as well as keeping my farming techniques to make sure that I progress each time.

    Tonight I put the bath stuff for Valentine’s Day to good use and went in the bath to finish of the day. Training log below.

    Add in sustain to intra start with 20g and see what that’s like. Again like the guys have said I’d add protein to meal 5 and maybe a different protein source like beef to get more data

    Rest day today, Had a client this morning and then went over to my mums to have a full body massage and some blading done it was absolute agony but it was definitely needed and something that I am going to start doing every week. Going to make sure that this is a part of my weekly routine as follows a chiropractor as I need to start looking after my body a little bit more, Can’t wait until classes start again so I can take up yoga to help me stretch.

    The rest of the day me and Adam are having a PJ and films day, We’ve done all our steps relaxing in front of the TV as we barely do this as we are both constantly on the go. Training tomorrow and Monday so this is a lazy Saturday instead of a lazy Sunday.

    As long as it doesn’t effect training quality then you should be fine. I do a morning walk as it sets me up for the day I love stairs but currently don’t have any during lockdown so don’t do cardio atm but it is definitely good to keep fitness levels up in offseason so in prep it doesn’t become too difficult

    Been a very long day today had a lot of things to do which kept me busy. Had clients this morning and then rushed to the chiropractor to find out we had the wrong time so drove 40 minutes back home, We didn’t have time to train during the time we had left so we had all of our meals then went to the chiropractor for 3pm.

    Have really missed the chiropractor definitely needed it today I feel loads better I just hope that it doesn’t have to shut again as I really feel the benefits. Had to train at 6 pm which is something that I have never done I get really tired on an evening because of my medication so it wasn’t as productive as it could’ve been. It was a new training session which I will log below but by the end I was tired and I don’t think it was my best session that I could of had.

    Will definitely make sure that I don’t train that late again as I’ve definitely realised the difference in training at a later time my body is tired and I don’t push myself as hard. Just got home and now have two meals left to eat which again is bad timing just shows that making sure your prepared is essential to having a productive day. I won’t be trusting Adam to be checking the times again of the chiropractor ?
