Well needed rest day! With the new training program every part of my body is absolutely aching. Really enjoying the new training plan the glutes session I trained yesterday as obviously worked as I can definitely feel the after affects of training. I think this particular program split is going to really benefit me even more to be able to grow for this years shows.
Even though it’s been a rest day had a really busy morning had virtual clients all morning and then had three hours of coaching clients afterwards I then have had a few evening clients this evening and I am now currently being sat on by Ted as it seems like he wants attention.
Finally got to the chiropractor tomorrow he has been closed for two weeks due to Covid reasons I am so pleased to be back there as I can definitely feel that I haven’t been there in a couple of weeks just general aches and pains that I haven’t felt in awhile so at least I know that the chiropractor is working.

I agree with the guys here. I don’t personally use steroids but my partner does he’s had lumps from injections but nothing like this.
I think you should go seek medical advice, but try the heat as that help with his lumps but massaging didn’t do I wouldn’t try that as it made it swollen and sore

Filming day today with Kamara and Jay (magic eye) on with another new programme which I’m sorry I haven’t taken a picture of today as I forgot so I’ll write down what I did for you:
– Banded RDLs
– High and wide leg press
– Bulgarian split squats
– Walking lunges
– Hip thrusts
– Lying leg curlsSo today’s was glute and hamstrings day my legs are definitely feeling that exercise changes they always ache, but I’m absolutely loving this new programme.
Other than training I haven’t had anything else to do other than virtual personal training this morning and doing the general food shop which feels like everyday. Also checked in this morning with kuba again everything is going well no changes for the moment just the training changes for now.

Rest day today haven’t got much on had a few online clients this morning as well as a few posing clients then went out for a long walk and met up with my friend who is pregnant.
It was really lovely having a catch up with her as I haven’t seen her since the lockdown started. Really getting frustrated at the aspect of this going on longer I feel like my life is on hold and can’t progress forward but I know that everyone is in the same position so just have to be as positive as possible.

I have the 30% less cheese but I know there is 50% just depends if it’s digesting well as well. But I certainly use it with my clients especially if it’s a craving of theirs

Not much to report today. Checked in this morning nothing changed so far apart from a new training plan. Food is still the same and I’m doing well in this offseason or wanting to gain anymore weight as it would be counter productive and I work better when I don’t over spill.
Liking the fact that I’m staying fairly lean during this period as I can se the changes a lot clearer and with bikini me personally don’t have to get much bigger I just now need to sculpt ha I need now as I feel I have the size with just a little more glute and quads which will come in time.
It was a new leg session today and it was amazing absolutely loved the new programme but my legs are dead already so they are definitely going to hurt tomorrow. Log book below…

Well needed rest day, Absolutely aching from the new program from yesterday never felt my glutes ache as much before!
Really enjoyed the new training excited to see what leg day is going to be like tomorrow pray for me ?Been over at my mum’s today as she teaches massage and had to film for a course she’s doing so I was a body so spent all day being massaged from head to toe. Feel absolutely amazing afterwards can’t believe the difference in a good massage makes.
Other than that haven’t done much at all been relaxing at home and watching films as I needed the rest from yesterday.

If something is lacking then I’d add them into other days for example add them in before a leg day so your training them more. Obviously the more you train something the more there going to grow and repair

So last night I had a meal of plan which consisted of burger and fries from this new place where I live which was absolutely amazing. Generally don’t have meal off plan in off-season I feel like I have enough food and variety to not go off plan but just fancied something a bit different.
After checking in yesterday training has changed so today was glute and hamstrings, Which I absolutely enjoyed logbook is below I do like training with isolated exercises as now I feel like I’m at a point where I can shape up what I already have in order to be able to be a lot better on stage this year. I’m unsure when I will be competing this year with everything that is going on but I know that at some point I will do just need to find out when everything is going to get half normal as I’d like to fly abroad to be able to compete.
My goal is obviously to try and step onto stage better than last year and hopefully get in Olympia qualification in 2022.
Generally just a normal day for me as well had a few virtual clients this morning and recently been very busy with online posing which is something that I really enjoyed getting into, As I feel like my passion is leaning more towards competing rather than PTs, so having the extra side of helping people do their posing is something that makes me happy and better as a coach as well._________________________________________

I use 3G on all meals it helps with hydration and pumps in the gym. I also get a lot of cramp in my feet so it helps with this
