    Checked in this morning with Kuba in change in food but training has now changed to be a little more focused on certain areas. It will now consist of:

    – Upper (delts/back)
    – Glutes and Hams
    – Legs

    This is going to be 2 days on 1 day off 1 day on. Looking forward to going back to more training per week as training is my passion as I’m glad to be able to really dial in on what I need to improve and I think this way I will be able to recover a lot quicker with not having legs every session. Plus is get bored easily so 1 day on 1 day off was hard for me and I was making myself do pointless things on my rest day rather than actually resting.

    Today was the first session on upper my log is below so here are the first changes.

    Agree with Jimmy 6 meals is more than enough when getting up at 6am eat every 3 hours and you’ll be fine and they will digest loads better

    Another rest day again, I do look forward to rest days now as I love the food I have on these days and my legs consistently ache so it’s nice to rest up and recover for the next day.

    Again had a few online PTs this morning until lunch then had some posing with my clients this afternoon to help them get better ready for shows this year.

    Very lucky and my friend did my nails today so I actually feel like a girl again. I do hope we can get back to normal soon but it looks like it’s going to be later on in the year which just means more time in offseason which is fine as I’m currently really enjoying it liking the freedom with my food and not low on energy or lacking in anyway. Training is progressing well and loving the changes that I am seeing.

    I would do a upper lower split so that you can do more compound exercises with the equipment you have and add in a few isolated exercises with the dumbbells

    Lockdown day number 36374727 ?

    Every day seems like Groundhog Day at the moment get up at 7.30am then no cardio to do now so straight for a morning walk then virtual pt clients until lunch. Decided that when I’m training legs or pull that I’m going to have more food before hand so that I can utilise it more.

    It was pull session today, started to use bands on my DB RDLs and leg press I really feel it loads more on my glutes and my dumbbells don’t go any higher than 30kg so using all the extras I can until the gyms open up again.

    Not doing much tonight as my steps are only 10,000 so I usually get them in on a morning ? so sitting down for the rest of the day.

    Just done the JP live on the site it was nice expressing my feelings on what is happening with my offseason and the world.

    Rest day again today, has quite a bush morning, had a few online clients which are progressing well then I met my friend and went for a walk with her three frenchies. They all absolutely loved it but then teds been sat on the sofa snoring his head of ever since.

    Haven’t done much else today apart from 4 new diet and training plans for new starters then answered questions about there new venture for the rest of the day as it’s a big change for people and I want to make sure they understand what they are signing up for ?

    Checked in this morning as well Kuba is happy with progress no changes for now just keep progressing slowly ready for later on in the year.

    How much water are you drinking?

    Increasing salt can make you go to the loo more our body is very good at getting rid of what we don’t need. So if your water is high with salt it’s probably getting rid of the excess it doesn’t need

    Taught a core class this morning at 9.30am loving doing the online classes at the moment as it’s giving me something to do. I really do love my job and like working so having this much time of is hard because I love talking and helping people.

    Went to the gym later today as it’s leg day and we wanted to get some food in before the session. So I went for a walk this morning and then relaxed and did a couple of diet plan for new client starters then went to gym about 3pm.

    Session went really well, so glad that I have the week of last week as it’s done me really well my strength has improved this week and got my head into training again because before I’d kind of lost my mojo I think because lockdown got me in a mood.

    Going live tomorrow at 7.30pm on here so ask me anything then 🙂

    I do my partners and sometimes it happens to him. Sometimes it was the type of test he was using and found it easier doing it in rear delts and alternating shoulders. Also you can speed the skin around before you jab so the fat underneath the skin moves out of the way first (a friend who’s a doctor suggested this)

    Spent all day today absolutely blitzing the house then went shopping to get some more stuff to finish of a few of the rooms. I’ve lived here for over 2 years but never but my own stamp on the place so now I have decorated it feels more like home rather than a house.

    Had a couple of virtual pts this morning then 2 hours of posing clients this afternoon. It’s been rest day today so Adam and I took Ted for a long walk this evening to Sandal castle and watched the sunset which was amazing as it’s so high so you can see everything from there.

    Tonight I’ve been in a hot bath and relaxing watching some films again checking in again Monday but offseason so far is going really well and I’m enjoying the routine and a bit of free time.

    Another training day today, went for a walk this morning then had quite a few virtual clients, had to do a few diet plans and training plans for new clients that are starting to.

    Also checked in this morning with Kuba he’s happy with the progress so far decided to consider shows later on in the year so that I can do a decent offseason this year as I’ve only ever done 3 months before. I don’t want to be doing another lockdown prep either I want to give myself the best chance of placing better this year ideally I’d like to wait till gyms open again so I can have a couple of months in a decent gym set up before dieting again.

    This afternoon I went and trained push and quads. Strength is progressing really well even though with the limited equipment I am able to progress with weights just using dumbbells and machine that I have available but I am lucky that I have this equipment in lockdown.

    Complete rest day today also booked myself in for a full body massage so I had a massage as well as a facial. Totally needed it after having the week of last week and then training this week my body is in absolute bits but it’s a good thing at least I know it’s working.

    Other than that I’ve been doing a few online client check ins this morning and rewriting a few diet and training plans as a few clients need to progress and have changed there plans for competing this year, as with all this lockdown I’m not sure how long this all will last.

    Rest of the day I’ve been watching films and relaxing, I’ve been getting used to my hearing aids now and I’m so glad that I can take them out when they get to much so I have the best of both worlds.
