Woke up this morning with the worst headache in the world but I think it’s because my brain is still getting used to all the different sounds that I can hear. Had to take them off this afternoon just to get some peace and quiet which is actually really nice.
Trained for the Trained By JP site today with Kamara, leg session which has absolutely wiped me out. Have just got out of the bath and laid on the floor as my legs has just died.
This was the first leg session after a weeks rest so I will definitely be feeling it tomorrow absolutely pushed to my limits today like every session and can definitely start seeing the difference in my legs from training the more love the fact that my hard work is paying off.
Obviously steps have been lowered to 10,000 as well from checking in yesterday, So not as active are trying not to be as active which is hard as I am constantly on the go. I have tried to sit down a lot more and relax spending more time for myself. Had a few PT clients this morning but made sure I have the afternoon free and evening free as I know that filming can take awhile and I don’t like to stress myself out with planning stuff incase filming runs over.

Hearing aid day ?
I can’t actually tell you the difference of being able to hear, I didn’t even think it was to bad but wearing these today I can so tell that I have missed so much! I’m picking up sounds that I haven’t heard before.

Back to normal again now, no cardio as of yet but back to training and 12,000 steps daily. Got back into routine of getting up at 7.30am then went for a walk this morning with Ted and got all my online client check ins done.
I’ve had virtual clients all afternoon again with my 1-2-1 clients, then went of to my gym to train. Enjoyed training today Adam is on no training this week so I’ve trained on my own today which I enjoyed was able to put my own music on and train hard without anyone there.
Of for another walk tonight as I hate being inside all day, and I need to get the rest of my steps in. Check in day tomorrow morning.

Training day today!! Really happy that I’m back to the swing of things and into training again really missed it. Session went really well strength wasn’t quite there but managed the same weight as last time I trained as well as more reps so I’m happy as I’ve had a full week of training and feel so much better for it.
Been for a lovely walk this morning with my partner and Ted went around the park and then the rest of the day we have just relaxed on the sofa Turing the living room into a cinema and watched films all evening which was something we both definitely needed, no phones nothing of the outside world and just enjoyed each other’s company.

Personally I’d have something that agrees with you and digest well as you don’t want it sitting heavy on your stomach if that’s your first meal. I usually have oats or egg bacon and a English muffin but depends on how high your calories are

Checked in again this morning and it’s one more rest day before I can start at the gym again ?
Kuba is making sure that I am fully rested before starting to train again as I have a big year ahead of me and after my show last year I didn’t take any recovery time I just went straight back into offseason. I’m really happy with progress so far and excited to see what this year will bring. Not sure what shows to do though as I said I want to go to America to compete but everything is up in the air atm with flights so waiting till things settle down a bit.
Today hasn’t been that exciting just sorting out the house and going for a few walks as well as posing practice as I want to get that nailed perfect this year. This rest has definitely done me some good but I can’t wait to get back into training!!

Overall health is just as important so I’d definitely add it in if your breathing is bad, start with a walk or stationary bike but as Kuba said I’d do it away from training ideally morning so that your hungry for your first meal

Hopefully last rest day ?
Had a lay in this morning as had a terrible migraine yesterday evening, woke up brighter and feeling so much better after having a couple of days rest and I can’t wait to get back to training. Going to check in tomorrow morning and hopefully Kuba says yes to getting back to normal!
Today I’ve been doing bits for the house, cleaning and buying bits that I need – well want! Ha.
Other than that won’t be doing much tonight just watching films and relaxing as usual, lockdown is starting to get boring now. But thinking of doing some courses next week one for pregnancy and a more in depth nutritional one but haven’t quite found the right one yet.

Checked in again this morning and I’m on another two rest days as I’m still tired and looking it as well.
So again I haven’t done much today other than a couple of walks and virtual PTs this morning and afternoon. I also had a hospital appointment today about my ears, I’ve always had bad ears and hearing since I was a kid but they have steadily got worse over the years and now my hearings got that bad I’m going to have to go back to wearing two hearing aids.
I know that this is good because I will actually be able to hear people talking to me. As I’ve been struggling a lot lately but at least I know what it is. I get to pick them up Tuesday so that will take a while to get used to everything being loud.

Day 3 of resting, feeling loads better today basically slept nearly all day so nothing to report. Had a few online virtual clients this morning and then I’ve rested the rest of the day.
Spent all day on Netflix’s watching film which is something that I never do as I can’t sit down to be made sure that I have rested to help recovery so that I can put my best in training next time I’m in the gym.
Checking in tomorrow morning so we will see if I will be back training but I do think I might need a couple more days.

Another rest day today and Gaz is coming over to film a full day of eating for my YouTube channel.
Had a really good day been super busy with virtual PT clients this morning and then online posing clients this afternoon. Then had the chiropractor again which again is going really well and I can definitely feel the changes after today’s session though I’ve ended up with a really bad migraine so will be going to be soon to try and recover.
Teaching my online HIIT class earlier was hard with a migraine but I just got on with it and powered through.
