    Checked in this morning and I’m now on a complete rest so no gym or cardio I don’t know what I am going to do. It is totally needed as I have been very tired lately and training sessions have been hard going. So I know that I will feel better after a couple of days rest. Currently I’m resting till Thursday then I am checking in again to see if I can train or need longer resting.

    I haven’t really been up to much today I’ve done virtual pt sessions this morning then went on a short walk with Ted to get out of the house. Had quite a few online posing clients today which ilI am enjoying I love teaching anything so doing something I love it’s brilliant.

    Have you used the diet planner to see if your macros are right? It doesn’t matter shorting the amount of meals your having as long as your getting in everything you need for what your wanting to do

    Sunday morning lay in, as usual I don’t book anything in on a Sunday as I like to try and lay in. Got up this morning and did my cardio then I teach a core class Sunday mornings for work which had been full since lockdown. We’re trying to give people something to do during lockdown as we all know how hard it is when your bored and have no motivation.

    Also went on a long walk this afternoon before training which was nice as it was quite where we went and the views were amazing. Push session today all weight have gone up which I’m pleased with still pushing hard to get decent weights but keeping my form well also to be able to target what I need to get for this years shows. Can definitely see a difference in my legs and glutes from training them more often and pleased with the progress so far.

    Checked in this morning lost 5lbs this week with the food drop and cardio at 30mins daily. Checking in again on Monday with diet as I think we are ready to be pushing food back up again to help me grow before we start prep, but for now things are staying the same.

    Had quite a few online posing clients this morning which I do really enjoy doing I’ve also had a few in my clients do posing as well which I love helping my clients achieve there fullest potential. I really do hope that gyms open up soon as I am missing then so much.

    Haven’t done much today other than posing it’s been a pretty miserable day so just been inside watching films and relaxing for the day.

    Apparently it takes up to 3 weeks to get it back. But obviously no one knows atm as we’ve never been through this before

    Had another chiropractor appointment today the snow didn’t stop me getting there, it’s going really well and we are starting to be able to progress with the techniques now Tom is now able to move onto my lats which is my biggest problem because I find it really hard to feel them when training and flare them when posing.

    Training has gone really well today it’s the first time I’ve trained after a chiropractic appointment and I think I’m going to start doing that more often as I felt my back working a lot more as it was a pull session today, definitely going to be aching tomorrow!

    Other than that haven’t really done much had a few virtual clients this morning and had all my clients check-in today so have been busy this morning this evening I’ve just been for a walk and is now sat chilling watching a film because what else is there to do in a lockdown!

    It’s a snow day! Woke up this morning and everywhere was covered in about 4 inch of white snow, which is my favourite thing in the entire world.

    Did my usual routine got up this morning and did my morning cardio then went for a very wet and muddy walk with Ted who hated the snow because he was too cold. I then had a hospital appointment and with the roads being really bad I asked Adam to drive in his four-wheel-drive which was a good idea As absolutely everyone was sliding around everywhere as there hadn’t been any great being put on the roads me and my partner Adam both had to get out of the car on multiple times to try and push cars up the hill we had extra cardio today ?

    I’m currently being referred to an audiologist as well for my ears as when I was younger I had a really bad ear problem where I had to have Hearing aids and my hearing has decreased quite a lot lately so I am thinking that I might have to have my hearing AIDS again. So being referred to see how bad my hearing is at the moment.

    It was also a rest day today and me and Adam decided that we were going to be big massive kids and go to the range and buy two sledges. We then spent the remainder of the day outside walking up and down hills and sliding down and a sledge is bringing back our childhood. Other than that I’ve been doing virtual PT this afternoon I have just finished for the evening so I’m going to chill in front of the TV and then finish off my snowman that I started to build outside. Big kid at heart ♥️

    Woke up at 5 am this morning with Ted throwing up everywhere which was brilliant and now I’m absolutely shattered. Tried to go back to sleep but only got another two hours sleep then woke up and got on with my cardio and on with the day.

    Also checked in this morning I have come on my monthly cycle which I haven’t had in about a year so I have realised that I’m slightly bloated and hold onto a lot of water my way I had shifted from 9 stone 8 to 9 stone 12 so definitely holding onto water.
    So no diet changes for now I’m still on my mini cut, Hopefully my body will get rid of the water and start dropping weight as I want to get back onto being able to up my food so I can go far this year.

    It also was training days today it was a leg session which went really well and really pleased with everything that I’m doing at the minute I training plans Amalie well my strength is going up even though I felt a little bit tired today I still managed her up all my weights and still managed to be able to get a really decent session out of today.     Sounds like your intolerant to dairy like Ryan said I’d stay away from it and use a different options

    Making sure that I am staying in a routine within this lockdown as I feel it’s the only way to stay sane!!

    Tried to keep my routine the same to usual. Up at 7am fasted cardio then out for a walk to get at least 3000/4000 steps. Then I start work been doing virtual PT with my clients that I have at AJ and HQ Fitness which is going really well, I’m enjoying it but I do much prefer my 1-2-1 but I suppose I have to cope with this for now until things get better.

    It’s been rest day today so went for more walks to keep myself occupied I’ve also had a chiropractor today which is all going really well Tom is now moving towards my lats to help them work better which will be loads better for when I’m posing as I will be able to hold my back pose more.

    Tonight I’ve taught a HIIT class at home for work to try and keep everyone on track I haven’t done one since the last lockdown so it was an absolute killer but I’m sure that I’ll get used to it seen as though we will be here for a while in lockdown.

    Hi,

    I really wouldn’t rush back into training as much as I know you will want to the gym is always going to be there but health is 100% more important make sure your fully rested and recovered before training again as you will just put extra stress on your body

    Filming day today with Kamara and Jay – Had a really good day I was training Push and Quads I’m absolutely shattered after that session it killed me. Pushed myself to my limits as I really do anting to improve this year in order to be better next time I step on stage.
    We also did a bit of a photoshoot with some of the new clothing that drops on Wednesday there’s some amazing items think it will sell out fast so don’t wait.

    Other than that I’ve been doing virtual PTs this morning had 5 this morning and had all my clients checking in today. A few of them have started prep hopefully to be competing this year. Been for a couple of walks as well today as I don’t think I can stay inside much longer I can’t believe we have only been in lockdown a week ?

    Hey, Happy New Year.

    Personally I’d do either a upper/lower split or full body just so your hitting more areas at a time. With minimal equipment that’s probably best
