Sunday’s are for resting… well there’s nothing else that we are allowed to do! Ok so lockdown is getting to me now and it’s only been the first week!
Rest day today has another lay in today then checked in this morning, the mini cut is going well down 2lbs so far from the start of the week and still checking in every 3 days. Not sure how long this mini cut is going to be but I’m glad that I’m doing over lockdown as I feel that I can really concentrate on dieting and training in lockdown.
I’m filming tomorrow at my gym tomorrow with Jay for the site it’s push and quads tomorrow. Other than relaxing today I’ve done some learning more into nutrition and been for a long walk with Ted he’s currently absolutely shattered ?

Lay in this morning… try to have one lay in a week usually a Saturday because I try not to plan a lot on weekends although can’t plan anything at the moment with lockdown.
Pull session today but first I went on a long walk with Ted and my partner up into the woods. Was absolutely wet through and covered in mud Ted looked like a muddy mess and he hates water and mud so it was hilarious watching him try to avoid the mess with great difficulty.
Trained this afternoon but not feeling well today at all, has a migraine all morning which hasn’t gone away. I had to do more rep ranges today as I couldn’t go too heavy with my headache ? hopefully an early night will sort it out. I get migraines a lot so I learn to deal with them and get on with it but found it hard today as it was just too much.

Such a scary morning… got up early and did my cardio as usual but I was going to clients house this morning to do 1-2-1 PT and the snow started falling and it was so bad, my car ended up in the middle of a roundabout never driven in snow and I definitely won’t be doing again. Turned straight back around and came home as none of the roads had been gritted and it was getting worse by the second.
It’s was rest day today luckily the chiropractor clinic is still open so I was able to keep up my treatment which is going really well I’m feeling the benefits every time I go.
Other than that what else can you do in a lockdown, I’ve done the accounts for work, tied the house and been on a few walks so it gets me out of the house as I get so bored if I’m not doing anything.

I totally agree with Clare, I find personally that with my rest day and training day food that it benefits me mentally as well as physically because I feel like I need to push hard on training day meals as I’m on higher cals and I cope with the lower cals on rest day as I’m not doing much

Another day in lockdown!
It’s Leg day ?Keeping myself busy throughout this lockdown so that I don’t drive myself crazy or my partner crazy! So cardio, walk and online virtual PT again with clients to make sure they keep accountable.
It’s my check in day for my clients and myself. So I checked in with Kuba this morning and weight isn’t dropping after a week so we have dropped food again which I will put below. Trying to do a mini cut so that I can stay lean this year as well as adding muscle so that it is easier when I start prep.

I’d use the macro tracker on the app which will tell you how many carbs you need post workout then you can see how much you can have. There easily digestible so that’s why a lot of people use them

So to say it’s locked down again, I’ve been super super busy today this morning got up and did my cardio which is now daily then went for a walk with Ted the puppy ?
Obviously because I can’t work now everything is gone back to virtual so I’ve been back to back this morning with online clients who I would normally be doing one-to-one PT for. Feels a little bit weird again but I’m sure I’ll get used to it as it seems like I’ve spent more time doing virtual PT and I have actually doing it normal.
As well as that I’ve had online virtual clients all day so I have had five online clients today doing different Types of posing for different federations I’ve also done to virtual posing sessions for my online clients as I make sure that they get at least once a month with me and then when they’re near a show they get three times a week.
Also where doing virtual classes as well now so virtual HIIT which starts on Saturday so I’m actually excited to start these again as I loved doing them.
Been a rest day today so that’s why I’ve tried to keep myself busy I’ve also got any amazing order from JP with all the new clothing line which is amazing and I can’t wait to share this all with you!!

I’m guessing your vegan??
With the protein I would definitely try the vegan protein that JP do it tastes amazing and has a lot more protein in than usual pea protein.
Also do you like quorn mince as that has quite good protein levels in?

Hello Lockdown 3.0!!!
Well I think that we all knew that it was going to happen but it was still a shock. Can’t believe it has happened again and it’s more or less like the first one with no leeway.
As I have said before I am very lucky and can still half train at my gym I don’t have everything that I need but I have more than enough to still be able to make progress. It’s just very annoying as I feel like I haven’t worked in ages and yesterday actually felt like a normal day with working morning and evening it was lovely seeing a lot of my clients and getting them back on track.
Been like a delivery driver today as I have been sending loads of equipment to clients so they have something at home and we will be doing online HIIT classes again and also going back to virtual PT which I am used to by now!
I managed to train as well today it was Push and Quads I did have to change a few exercises as I don’t have the side raise machine I had to use dumbbells and also I think not have one leg press so going to have to use different foot positions to be able to target different areas.

Well maybe into another lockdown will find out soon it has been rest day today and thirst proper start back at work which might be short lived with the current situation.
Had to rearrange my morning routine so got up early at 6 am this morning got my cardio done went for a walk and then did my morning check in. Kuba Has changed a few things food has stayed the same but cardia is now 25 minutes every day to try and drop some weight so that I can maintain a good body composition while still trying to push food up but for now, food has been lowered and cattier has been upped just so that I can get my body composition right.
Hoping that tonight statement from the prime mister isn’t too bad and he doesn’t lock us down for too long or not at all. Don’t think I can cope with another lockdown but if that is the case then I’m sure that we will have to find a way to cope.

Sunday chill day apart from Pull training. Had a lay in this morning which I normally try and do on a Sunday as I try not to plan anything unless it lands on a training day.
Went for a walk with Ted it was like an ice skating rink outside all the paths were covered in black ice so we had to walk down the road side, wish I could have filmed it this morning as Ted was running through and I was falling all over the place.
Got back home then chill out and had a few meals before the gym as on Pull days I have heavy compound lifts RDLs and Leg press so I try and get a few meals in before to have more energy.
Session went really well, again was able to progress in the lifts and went up in weights which I’m very pleased with. Session logged below…

Rest day today woke up at 8 am this morning and got my cardio done then me and my partner both decided to go for a walk which ended in an absolute disaster as where we would go for a change of scenery they have made it so you have to book a place and pay before you’re allowed into the park.
So we decided to go get Ted another bed and we got caught in the snow storm. Overall we’ve had a good day, after we couldn’t get any chicken from anywhere as they had all sold out near us even the butchers but I’ve had my three bad lucks so I’m ok now!
I then decided that I needed to bottom the whole house which took forever all in all I’ve had a good day feel like I’ve done a lot today m. Just about to sit down for a meal with Adam we’ve got a table in the kitchen now so we can actually sit at a table and have food rather than on our laps in the living room. Really think this will help my digestion and just generally have conversations at the table rather than watching tv all the time.
