    Can’t believe it’s Christmas Eve already. Just a normal day really for me but I’ve got complete day off work, finished work now until the 28th of December.

    Training day today it is push and quads trained at Ultraflex Normanton session went really well was able to up most of my pressing and also went up in the leg press can’t definitely tell I’m getting stronger doing legs more often it benefiting me so much more than just once a week. I’m able to hit the areas I need to work on at least 3/4 times a week so I know that will make a massive difference.

    Really excited tomorrow to be able to spend some time with family and friends to see them all together. Looking forward to relax and enjoy some good time and good company. My family are absolute idiots they love playing board games and having a laugh so excited. Not doing much this Xmas Eve just been to visit my partners family to exchange presents now relaxing at home with a good film.

    I am literally Always tired before I go to the gym I have cream of rice before I train and I make sure that my partner drive to the gym just because I know that I can have at least a 20 minute nap before I go to the gym. To me it normal but I can understand why it would seem abnormal I’d either do this for her or try change her meals around

    Final day of work today after waking up and getting ready for work I’ll client has cancelled. Everyone seems to be getting ready for Christmas which its always like this this time of year.

    Another rest day today woke up this morning made sure that I cleaned all my house and then went for a walk with Ted. After that I went and visited family to give them all their Christmas presents I know I shouldn’t be but I wanted to make sure everyone is okay.

    Rest of the day I’ve had one client at work and then came back and met a friend for a drink and a chat and also to exchange Christmas presents.

    Not done much else apart from clean work and get all online client sorted as a few up and I’ve gone onto complete lockdown. Off work now till Monday so going to have a nice time with family and enjoy my time over Christmas.

    I also checked in this morning which I totally forgot, everything is going on track and right where I need to be at this point so I’m happy. Loving the offseason shape as well not used to it fully and keep looking in the mirror and wondering where all my muscles have gone. I think it’s because I have been on prep all year basically and been lean for most of this year so it’s strange to see myself different but I know it’s needed in order to make some decent changes for next year. Hopefully I can go to America ??

    Morning of work today so I was planning on having a lay in but that didn’t happen. Had too many things to try and organise before I finish for Xmas. Had a few diet plans and training plans to do for some online clients who are going into lockdown.

    1-2-1 clients are work are starting to get ready for Xmas there flaking on PT as they have done there Xmas shopping too late or having parties which I didn’t think would be happening this year. Think most people have had enough already but I can’t wait for all of this to be over and get back to some normality. I am looking forward to Christmas Day as my mums as I haven’t done that in a long time so will be nice to catch up with family.

    Was also a pull session today, all my weight have gone up but struggling at the moment to get the RDLs any higher as my legs keep wobbling when I go any heavier but when I mean wobbling I mean I can’t control it at all as I feel like my legs are going to give way ??

    I always think if you have managed to push up food and train well it’s good to see what you have built then you can reassess areas that you need to work on to get better

    Another rest day today still doing one on one off training which I really like as it means I can get a lot of work done and see friends and family more. (Well when we are allowed again)
    Got up this morning and did my cardio then went for a short walk before going to work. Worked all morning with different clients, then made sure I got all my Christmas wrapping done then went to get my nails done for Xmas.

    Rest of the day I’ve been doing client check ins and diet changes for them as a few have steered cuts and some are stressing about the new lockdown and tier changes that are happening everywhere. So made a few home programme for people to start. I just up on this end we don’t go into tier 4 as I don’t think my business can hack another full lockdown. Getting really hard knowing what’s going to happy but you’ve just got to keep going and keep your head up.

    Hey, agree with these guys. It’s very hard for gyms to be opening and then closing all the time I can see why motivation would be lacking. It’s things we can’t control so you just need to keep your head up and remember why your train g and what your doing it for. You can do as much as you can at home and diet can stay good so just keep thinking if the bigger picture and control what you can ☺️

    Training day today full leg session at Ultraflex Rotherham this afternoon, went really well absolutely shattered now made sure I pushed really hard with the extra food that I had last night went out for a nice meal had steak and chips.

    Weight has gone up today as well especially leg press and hack squats enjoying the leg sessions that I have as they’re both really different and I can definitely feel that my legs are benefiting from the different exercises.

    Had some posing clients in this morning, I have been doing these at work been really busy with them. Absolutely love doing these as it gets me thinking about my own posing as well because I’m having to think of different transitions for people with different body types which also helps me in mine.

    I know that offseason has only just started but I can’t wait to see what my body can do this year and next as I can see the difference already so with more time I think it will really show next year on stage.

    On rest days I usually have 2 meals out of 6 with veg in but on training days I have mostly fruit. But I totally think it depends on how your body can digest veg as I struggle myself with certain veg for it to sit right.

    I know you need to get the veg and fruit in for health benefits but if your in a bulk you also need to be able to get the calories in

    Another rest day today, which is well needed! Also check in day, check in went well this morning with not being well Friday last week my conditioning isn’t as good so need to make sure I drink water to make sure I keep up to it as I haven’t been drinking as much because I’ve been so full. ?

    Got up this morning and did my 25min cardio then took Ted for a short walk as I had 1-2-1 clients this morning, also the day I go visit my grand grave before Xmas I do it every year went with my dad this year which was nice bought her a Christmas tree to make it look pretty.

    Going out for food this evening to a nice steak place to celebrate opening our second business in August which we haven’t been able to do since prep and lockdown. So excited to enjoy tonight and appreciate what I have.

    Well my mad Friday is work and training. My usual routine of a morning walk this morning with my pup Ted. Had a little more time this morning as I didn’t start work till 9am so went a little further in the park, I’m sad but I love my walks in a morning makes me feel refreshed and ready to start the day.

    Feeling a lot better from last Friday think my brain has just started to make sense again! It is quite annoying how long it takes to get back to normal but basically when you have a seizure it’s like your brain shuts down and has to restart again so it’s no wonder it takes a while. Still feeling a little foggy and my memory hasn’t got back to normal yet, takes time just to do usual jobs as I forget what I’m doing or daze out which can be annoying especially when I’m trying to get things done.

    Trained as well today Push and Quads getting used to the rotations now which I’m enjoying as I know it’s areas I need to improve on so I know I’m making progress for next year!

    Total rest day today, went to the chiropractor today really aching now after the first session. I can definitely tell a difference and can’t wait to see the changes in my body after a few sessions.

    Got up this morning and did my morning cardio which I’m really enjoying gets my up and about, also went for a longer walk this morning as I had more time which was lovely as we have abs amazing park near me so I can walk in the woods.

    Other than that not done much else today, had a couple of online posing clients this evening then just sat and chilled out the rest of the day. Push session tomorrow which I’m looking forward to, as I missed the other session from not being 100%
