Morning check in this morning, No movement in weight cardio seems to be doing the trick on rest days, which is 25mins at the moment. So been doing my morning walk after cardio which I really do enjoy.
Started work early this morning and worked until 12 pm, Then planned to do some learning but as soon as I got home I fell straight asleep so obviously needed the nap. Work again this evening but had a couple of client cancellations so I have got back home and ended up doing my accounts for my business.
New video with Kamara and myself is out on the site today you can see throughout the video how much fun we had filming this, missed training with people who love training as much as me, definitely something I missed while it was lockdown.

Hi personally I use my fitness pal as I think it tracks everything that you need and you can change your macros and calories to what you personal need I also use it for clients when I’m in putting diets in for them just to make sure that the macros and calories are matching up and it’s helpful for me to be able to change foods if client needs to in order for them to enjoy the food that they have in

No cardio this morning as I only do cardio on rest days so I got up and did my usual morning walk and then started off my day with a few bits of new learning with the training principles from the Trained By JP. Try and do some type of learning daily just to make sure that I keep my knowledge I did have to work this morning I had a couple of posing clients early morning online and then I had a one-to-one client at Ultraflex Rotherham for posing.
Really enjoy doing 1-2-1 posing sessions and online sessions, it really brings me back to when I first started posing and how much of a difference it makes on stage when you know how to pose.
It was push and quads day 2, It’s the first time that I have done this session at Ultraflex really enjoyed using the different types of equipment but I’m going to have to get used to the weight difference in some of the machines.
Need to make sure that I get on top of my daily routine as being back at work I have really realised how much I have to do physically throughout the day and how much I have dismissed some major aspects of the Bodybuilding lifestyle. This is why I always said to clients that you have to make sure that you do your daily routine to make sure that it fits for your lifestyle in lockdown it worked perfectly because I didn’t have to do any physical one-to-one training clients but now I have to be up and at work early I have to make sure that I re-jig a little bit of my routine to make sure that I can get the best out of my days.

If someone wants to train with me I’d do my own plan but if my training partner has different exercises they usually just do that while I’m doing my plan. Just got to work together people have different goals x

First cardio session done this morning on my stepper, really have missed doing cardio as I didn’t even do it on prep so it’s been a long long time since I have done any. It’s 25mins and I actually was quite out of breath afterwards because I haven’t done it in so long. I have kept my fasted walk in as well, as I have been really enjoying that with Ted and it feels like I can clear my mind for the start of the day.
It’s been rest day today, I’ve worked this morning with 1-2-1 clients then went for a walk with one of my friends who had lost her dad recently so went to cheer her up. Apart from that I’ve had the boring jobs to do today of finished Xmas shopping and the dreaded full food shop, the now takes forever because of the amount of queuing you have to do.

Checked in this morning now checking in every three days, So up in weight to 9 stone 3 lbs. Cardio was added 25 minutes on rest days but I’m keeping my fasted walk in on the morning as well which I usually do between 4000 and 5000 steps. I want to keep the walk in because it helps me start my day off and clear my mind to get ready for the rest of the day.
I had a few clients this morning at work and then I went and got my hair done. This afternoon I’ve trained at Ultraflex Normanton where I have done a pull session with hamstrings. Really glad that I’m back in a normal gym unable to use different types of equipment again. Session went really well again keep in the temple so that I can keep the connection with my muscles all the time which I feel is really paying off.
My new YouTube series step it up is now live on my YouTube site it went live at 6 pm I’m excited to see how this turns out as I’ve never really done anything like this before just hoping I come across okay ?

Glutamine and EAAs then on leg and back days I use the sustain to keep my energy up while training with the extra carbs.Jadekelsie

Had the morning off work which was really nice Thursdays are my check-in days for my clients so I’ve tried to put it into my routine that I get up and do my usual walk and then I sit down and get all my check-in is done for my clients, today has been the first day that I have done this but it has worked really well.
I’ve managed to book in with the chiropractor for next Thursday so I can get a consultation done to see what can be done with my hip and shoulder mobility. The guy who I’ve booked in by is the Goose Lane clinic Kuba has recommended him really excited to try this out as I’ve never been to a chiropractor before but I’ve always had trouble with hip and shoulder mobility. To excited to see if he can help me fix me so I am able to pose a little better.
Had work this evening been really busy with clients seems like everyone wants to get back in the gym which is no surprise. Have been lacking in my posing for the past few days as I haven’t figured out a structure to add it into my daily routine as I’ve just been so busy being back at work. So been doing it late on an evening but really I want to be doing this on a morning so I need to structure a way to do it.
But I’m sure it will all come together, just having to try different things as my days are never the same because of how I have to fit in clients and classes, thinking I’m going to have to get clients to do set days so I can plan my time better.

Filmed today with Jay and Kamara for the Trained By JP site. Really enjoyed the session had a double scoop of dial in which sent me crazy so Kamara and Jay said I’m not allowed that ever again ??
Will definitely be using the dial in again made me really focus on my session but did send me a little crazy I felt like I was bouncing of the walls, but I don’t tent to have a lot of caffeine.
Back to work today, had to get up earlier so started my day off at 6.30am so I could go for my morning walk which I’m really enjoying and also Ted is getting into a good routine. I didn’t realise how much I do at work I’ve done 20,000 steps walking around back and fourth from clients ? – so need to get used to that again!
Finding the training sessions hard but working really well but I will have to get used to the different machines again as I’ve just been using standard machines at my work but at Ultraflex I can use different types of machines for different areas.

Personally I can’t drink much because of my epilepsy but if I didn’t have this I would only drink on an occasion usually Christmas or birthday for me other than that I don’t see the point in it if it’s going to impact progress

Check-in day today, Same weight as last time 9 stone 2 lb Check in has now gone to every three days but weighing daily to make sure that there’s no big changes. Really happy with how my off-season is going at the minute still feeling lean but at lot softer now.
Rest day today I did a Reiki 2 course, This really helped me target my thoughts and goals for next year. It’s all about positive thinking and leaving out the negativity behind. Really helped get things in perspective so I can set out clear target for what I want to achieve. Small goals to aim for in order to achieve the dream!

Finally the gyms are opening so we are training at Ultraflex Rotherham which is leg day for me and Kamara. I’m excited to get back into the gym I have missed the atmosphere and the different types of equipment there as at our gym we only have one type of leg press/hack squat so I can’t vary the exercises.So excited to have the gyms open again hopefully they don’t shut!! Back to work as well in the morning so need to test out my daily routine to see if it will work now I’m back.

I completely understand, Luckily I live with my partner and we are both on the same plan but as soon as I go to my parents house they offer me junk food and food that is not I’m on my plan. If I ever get ill they always blame it on my diet.
I don’t think there’s any point getting into an argument within your family over this I just think you should get your head down and try and focus on the goals that you wanted to achieve and that way you know that you’re sticking to your diet 100% and hopefully they will try and back off when they see you sticking to your plan.

hey jade! thanks for answering my question earlier, you said this was your first year using any assistance? how did you feel using it? ? and does this mean that you were able to turn pro without any assistance? I’ve always thought this would be harder to do if you’re natty but hearing that is a big motivator!
Hey darling of course you can do it unassisted training hard and eat everything your meant to do as long as you have the confidence and a coach to help you! You can put your mind to anything

So today I’m filming with Gaz for my new YouTube series ‘Step it up’.
I have done a day in the life in lockdown so I have just done a basic day of what I would normally do in lockdown.
It was training day today it was the second round the new training split so it was push and quads went really well, I was able to go up weight as well which I’m pleased with and I’m really happy with the split that I’ve got at the minute. It means that I can push really hard when I need to and then recover really well again for doing legs as often as I am doing.
With the split I have because I’m doing legs every time I train I need to be able to recover quickly I’m doing one on one off is working really well and I’m feeling that my body has time to recover.
We also had a meeting at work today about the new tier system coming in it means that for the moment in time, We are not allowed to personal train so we are having to look at doing open gym at our studio in order to keep the doors open.
Tomorrow is checking and I’m also doing a Reiki 2 course tomorrow as well which I’m hoping will help ease my mind and get me into a new headspace and new zone. As I feel that keeping a strong mind helps when you’re aiming towards a goal.
