    I completely understand, Luckily I live with my partner and we are both on the same plan but as soon as I go to my parents house they offer me junk food and food that is not I’m on my plan. If I ever get ill they always blame it on my diet.

    I don’t think there’s any point getting into an argument within your family over this I just think you should get your head down and try and focus on the goals that you wanted to achieve and that way you know that you’re sticking to your diet 100% and hopefully they will try and back off when they see you sticking to your plan.

    So today I’m filming with Gaz for my new YouTube series ‘Step it up’.
    I have done a day in the life in lockdown so I have just done a basic day of what I would normally do in lockdown.

    It was training day today it was the second round the new training split so it was push and quads went really well, I was able to go up weight as well which I’m pleased with and I’m really happy with the split that I’ve got at the minute. It means that I can push really hard when I need to and then recover really well again for doing legs as often as I am doing.

    With the split I have because I’m doing legs every time I train I need to be able to recover quickly I’m doing one on one off is working really well and I’m feeling that my body has time to recover.

    We also had a meeting at work today about the new tier system coming in it means that for the moment in time, We are not allowed to personal train so we are having to look at doing open gym at our studio in order to keep the doors open.

    Tomorrow is checking and I’m also doing a Reiki 2 course tomorrow as well which I’m hoping will help ease my mind and get me into a new headspace and new zone. As I feel that keeping a strong mind helps when you’re aiming towards a goal.

    Luke I think it’s one of my favourite flavours I have it in my yoghurt on rest days and it really makes a difference in sweet cravings

    Checked in today I am 1lb up from last check-in so now I’m 9 stone 2lb. At the moment I want to stay around this weight as increasing weight at this time wouldn’t be productive. Last check-in my food did go up slightly which is why I think I have added a pound on hopefully throughout the week my body will adjust to the higher food and I will stay the same weight and also keep the shape and fullness in my body.

    Rest day today which means making sure that I get my steps in catching up with client work and relaxing to make sure that my body can recover for tomorrow’s session.

    Gaz is coming up tomorrow to film my first YouTube series which will be called step it up. Very excited to start this new venture as I’ve never really done a series before and hopefully this will lead up to next years pro shows. Excited to see the changes this year and hopefully it will show on the pro stages next year.

    Also added in some mobility work for my hips and shoulders which I need to figure out so I can implement this daily

    Steps and cardio is completely different as Clare has said personally I track all my steps using my Fitbit I know that a few people track their steps using an aura watch them are like an Apple Watch or something like that but personally I love my Fitbit in terms of cardio when I do get a set cardio my cardio is set to minutes and I just make sure that I keep my heart rate above 130 beats a minute in order to make sure that I’m in a fat burning zone.

    Final new session to try today, New Pull and Ham – absolutely loved it but I can’t wait to get back in the gym and get some variety to my sessions. As I am having to use the same equipment because I haven’t got variety in my gym. But when I go to Ultraflex I will be able to use different types of equipment to target different areas of muscle so that it can grow in order to be better next year.

    This morning I made sure I did my normal routine went for an early morning walk then practised posing as I went over to Kuba and Megan’s to just refresh myself on a few bits and areas that I was missing on stage. The feedback that I got on stage last time was that I needed to flare my lacks a little bit more and to bring a more S shape to my front pose.

    This is something that I am going to practice daily to make sure that I am able to nail it on stage I have realised today that I have got bad back mobility and hip mobility which is something that I need to work on so I am going to see a chiropractor and do mobility work in order to fix this problem.

    Need to remember now that it is just a small changes that counts and every day needs to be perfect.
    Enjoyed my upped food today still feeling hungry after each meal which I know is normal but I can’t wait until this phase of prep goes away.

    Rest day today so haven’t got much planned just checked in this morning with Kuba, He is very happy with how everything is going on and I’ve just posted my recent food so there is some slight changes that have been made.

    I feel like I’m in a really good position at the minute to really make sure that my off-season counts this year. I am making sure that the plan is being stuck to 100%. The train inside is going really well I have had to drop my weights back a little bit to make sure that I focus more on my form and technique as my tempo of training has changed. I’m really liking backing off and making sure that everything is 100% perfect when training.

    As it has been rest day I make sure that I make time for friends and family so I went out for a walk with Ted with one of my close friends today. That is something that I am going to make sure that I implemented within this off-season so that I feel like I still can do everything I want to do.

    Then obviously the general cleaning ironing and tidying today but that’s just me in general.

    New leg section today so excited to try it out. Also done a live talk with Lauren from Buff Bombshell about the competing season this year which is on her Instagram, which I really enjoyed I do get nervous talking live but once I get into it I love talking to people who are inspired by bodybuilding also.

    Kept myself quite busy today, did my usual routine walk and posing then had outdoor personal training – which was freezing!! Then by the time I had trained and done the live it was time to sit down and relax.

    I have been to my mums this evening as it was my brothers girlfriends birthday so dropped her presents off. I know I shouldn’t but we’re in the same bubble and missed seeing my mum and dad so much as they live 30/40mins away.

    Checking in tomorrow so see if there’s any changes. I’m enjoying my shape atm I can see that I have added on weight but it seems to be going on in the right areas and the food is helping me train.

    Waiting for my white board to arrive it feels like it’s been ages!
    So I am writing down everything that I need to do each day but I can’t for it to come as I love getting things of my mind then ticking them of when I have completed them.

    I’ve been very organised since I have been back from Romania to make sure I make this offseason the best possible. Got into a routine that is working for me at the moment but as I’m going back to work properly week commencing the 7th I will have to test this out to make sure I am still being productive with me day. As when I personal train as well my clients dictate where they want sessions but I’m going to have to stick to my guns and offer them regular slots so that I can keep organised.

    Did my usual walk this morning with Ted where like usual he didn’t want to walk one bit! Then did all my work that I had to do for starting back like the accounts and making sure everything was printed of and really organised everything so I’m not overwhelmed next week.

    I have my certain ways of doing things but it keeps me calm and stress free which helps my epilepsy a lot so this is another reason why I make sure everything is perfect ??

    New training session today the rotation is different every two weeks which I like. So I have trained Push (which is mainly shoulder work) and Quads, as this year and next we are trying to up my shape in my legs as that is the main focus in bikini especially in pro level. I could definitely tell all the girls trained was glutes and legs when I was backstage with them all.

    I’m really excited to see the changes though, I’ve been training hard for like 2 years now and already seen a massive difference to when I just half heartily trained. So I can’t wait to see the difference in my legs with doing them every session. Surprisingly my recovery has been good as well, don’t get me wrong I have been aching loads but because we have put quads then legs then hams they seem to be responding well.

    I do feel like I’m in Groundhog Day and I can’t wait to get back to the gyms next week and to get back into work as Ive been doing 1-2-1 PT virtually and it’s just not the same at all. Bring on next week!!

    Start of a new week, my favourite time of the year is Christmas as I’ve begged my partner for days now to put the Christmas decorations up as were in lock down and in the house all the time and he’s finally caved so spent the whole day putting up decorations and making the house look like Christmas. So I’m absolutely not my element at the moment!

    Checked in this morning weight has gone up by a 1lb keeping things the same for the moment to let me body adjust to the food changes. Feeling hard on myself with upping weight but like I’ve said before I know it’s necessary in order to be able to put the effort into training and to make the best out of this offseason.

    New set up!
    Offseason is a go…
    Very excited to see what I can improve in this year and early next year to be able to be better the next time I step on stage.
    The areas that I need to work on are:
    Delts
    Glutes
    All over legs
    So the new training plan is a 1 on 1 off day consisting of:
    Push + Quads
    Legs
    Pull/Glute/Hams
    This is so I can train legs more often to optimise growth in these areas so I can improve quickly rather than taking a long offseason. I am currently not assisted so that I can let me body fo back to normal and make these few weeks/months to be able to be able to naturally grow as much as possible.

    Thank you my darling I’ve loved this year!
    Yes that’s my fault for not putting it up, this year it the first year of using anything. I used 5mg of Anavar for 8 weeks then it got upped to 10mg the last 4 weeks of prep, within that time I used T3s 2 tabs on a morning but that’s it. I’m now completely of everything and letting my body get back to normal then probably will use Anavar again when I’m on prep to keep the muscle as it worked really well this year.
