First Pull session of this set really enjoyed it something a bit new, most of the leg exercises are slightly different which I loved the different set up. I can really tell that it’s working as my body is aching like mad, glutes especially.
Did my normal routine as usual I’m really enjoying getting up and going straight out for a walk it clears my head and gets me set up for the day. Started on my stomach vacuums again today so I can incorporate it into my posing routine to make sure I keep my core/stomach tight on stage.
Also been to my mums for a full body massage which I’m going to make sure I keep this in my routine once a week at least so I don’t stiffen up and pull a muscle. As in the past I’ve pulled my shoulders very easy and it then sets me back a few days.
Learning what I should be doing as an athlete is one of the main things that I’ve learnt this year which I have to be able to pass onto my clients so they don’t make the same mistake I have._________________________________________

Checked in today! Weights gone up to 9 stone so a week after show I’m 3kg above stage weight. Food is high and so is my energy and my bodies using the food really well. I’m looking fuller and tighter in the right areas and so pleased it’s all going well!
Started doing outside personal training today as a few of my client are getting down about not being able to train properly so I took some equipment from work and did sessions outside but didn’t realise how cold it would be, good job I’m not on prep!
Haven’t done much else today, keep asking Adam to help me to the Christmas decorations but he won’t let me put them up – grinch!
First pull/ham and Glute session tomorrow so looking forward to that!

First leg session of the new training plan went down today… wow my legs are going to kill tomorrow!
It’s the rep ranges that are a killer. Think the best ones are the 6 rounds of 5 reps with a 15 second rest. After each one my legs are shaking like hell. Making every single rep count as I really want to force my legs to grow to make there good enough for next year. It’s like prep all over again.
Been getting into my daily routine which is keeping me sane in lockdown number 2! But I really do wish things can go back to normal. I am very lucky that I can still train nearly the same but I’d like to be able to do normal things like going to the cinema, can’t believe it’s things like that I miss.
Foods sitting well, checking in tomorrow as we will see how the weights going. It’s a strange time after a show feel I personally feel deflated so I’m making sure I keep my mind active and in the zone to make this the best season possible.

Rest day, checked in this morning and I’ve dropped weight I look tighter and leaner even with a lot higher food. I love this bit of prep when your body starts responding to everything it’s brilliant.
So food has been upped I’ll post on here again.Got myself into a amazing routine now, up at 7am go for a fasted walk with Ted then client work till 12pm sometimes 1pm then get my jobs done in the house. Today has been a bit different as I’ve been busy with prep I went for a doggy walk today with my friends/clients to make sure there all ok during this time. We’re making it a weekly thing and I really enjoyed myself so much I came back and been asleep on sofa for an hour! ? — not just the dog gets tried by looks of it.

New set up!
Offseason is a go…
Very excited to see what I can improve in this year and early next year to be able to be better the next time I step on stage.
The areas that I need to work on are:
Delts
Glutes
All over legsSo the new training plan is a 1 on 1 off day consisting of:
Push + Quads
Legs
Pull/Glute/HamsThis is so I can train legs more often to optimise growth in these areas so I can improve quickly rather than taking a long offseason. I am currently not assisted so that I can let me body fo back to normal and make these few weeks/months to be able to be able to naturally grow as much as possible.

So glad to be back home! So flew back today from Romania it was such an early flight I wasn’t well either today been ill all day so getting on a plane when I felt sick wasn’t the greatest ?
3 hour drive back from London after the flight then collected my puppy back up from my mums who I’ve missed so much! Ted I mean it was so lovely to see his little face again literally been sat the rest of the day cuddling him.
Haven’t done much today just getting everything ready to start offseason tomorrow so been on a massive food shop, cleaned the house and written out my new training plan ready to start again Wednesday. Can’t wait to improve in offseason and then smash next year on that pro stage!

That’s very hard to answer as it is person dependant. Some people’s bodies can handle more carbs and some work better of fats so unless you have been track food and know what is working it will be hard to say an amount

Agree with Clare, depends on the progress that you have already made and what your trying to achieve with your training. A PPL spilt get everywhere more often is there a certain area you want to change?

It’s show day! I can’t believe it what a year that I’ve had. Done 3 shows and placed in the top 10 in two of them.
Came 10th today. As much as I wanted that top 3 or top 6 I need to remember that I am starting from the bottom again and I need a good offseason to make sure that I can mentally get to where I want to be and also physically make the changes that I need to do.
My feedback was that I needed more glutes and hamstrings so that’s what I’m going to bring. I haven’t ever really done a proper offseason so I’m excited to see what changes I can make to be able to be better next year.
But I have had an amazing year and loved every second of it!
