2 days out! Got up super early to get to the airport for our flight. Got there in one piece. Checked in this morning and we see starting the carb up food for today looks like this:

Pump session done today and filmed for the site, as I am very lucky to have my own studio so I have been able to train as usual just have to adjust certain exercises.
Currently driving to London to stay over tonight before flying early doors tomorrow to Romania. 3 days out carb up starts tomorrow so will upload my food tomorrow which what’s happening. Been a good day nice and chilled I do get a bit stressed before going anywhere so have been making sure I have everything and checking the suitcase about 10 times.
I still feel like I have forgotten something f but as long as I have my food bikini and shoes then I can drill get on stage at least ?
Going to enjoy my days away some chill time and enjoy the last show of the year I’m not expecting anything as it’s a big line up, like to see where I stand with the big pros.

Totally agree with Lara, personal preference but if your wanting to target your delts then I wouldn’t be taking lateral raises out. Depends on what your wanting to achieve or target with your training? X

Final push session today before full body tomorrow which is being filmed for the site! Only 4 days out until my final show of the year. Very excited to compete abroad again as I love the atmosphere and visiting new places, hopefully next year I can get to go to America to compete.
Checked in this morning and I’m very happy, I’m looking full but ready for the show. Posing has come together, I’m happy with my routine feels fluid and finally got confidence to do what I need to do to show my hard work off!
Training today was compound 1 working set 10-12 and isolated exercises 2 working sets 10-12 and 8-10. Full body tomorrow just for a pump and travel to London before the early flight Friday. I know I always says this but this week has flown by!

I only use my fit bit so that I know that I have competed my steps and to track my sleep. If you are in a calorie deficit you should be losing weight so I wouldn’t worry about calories burnt just keep an eye on diet and output then assess from there if needed

Rest day today, don’t like rest days especially during lockdown as there’s nothing to do. Haven’t got many steps at the moment only on 9,000 so can’t even go for a long walk like usual.
Checked in the morning everything is on track and happy where we are. Spent the day sorting out clothes and food for Romania and making sure I have everything for it. Just need to book a COVID test before we go so keep refreshing my phone to see if there’s any available.
Nervous for Romania as I know there’s going to be some big names there but I’m just going to relax and enjoy the last show of the year. Never been to Romania so looking forward to seeing a different country plus gives me and Adam something to do during lockdown!

6 days to go. Getting closer and closer I can’t believe how quick everything comes around. Checked in this morning happy with how everything is going no major changes today steps have been lowered to 9,000 and today has been my last real training session.
Did legs today on did 1 working set on compound exercises and 2 sets on isolation log book below. Enjoyed today had to change a few things because we didn’t have all the equipment. So changed pendulum to smith squats and seated leg curl to DB Hamstring curl. Was able to keep weight high definitely felt it in my legs and will do tomorrow.
Not really done much else today been resting and setting up everything for Romania making sure I have everything ready to go. Glad the invite has finally come as I was worried it was going to be late. Now just got to hope the COVID test comes back negative so I can fly ??

Hey I have dark chocolate as my fats as it’s my favourite thing also feel like you should enjoy the food that you have so I have 80% dark chocolate ?
But use foods in your plan that you enjoy them you will never feel like your on a diet or restricting yourself x

Peak week AGAIN!
So last peak week of the season before I step on stage in Romania ??
Can’t wait to get on stage again so excited finish the year of with a bang!Then I definitely need to time for mentally and also time to grow. Personally I feel like I need bigger glutes and legs so that’s what I e aim to do in offseason.
Checked in today and down and back to stage weight, no major changes on plan at the moment just water changes on 9 litres of water for a couple of days to see if that will flush things out. Hoping to look even better than the British everything going to plan at the moment so just keep chipping away!
Trained pull today went well weights went up and managed to do 90kg on RDLs which I haven’t done in a while but I can’t wait to get som strength back when I have higher food in me. Watch this space ?

Back onto another rest day, checked in this morning and I’m back to stage weight which is good! I’m on track tomorrow is peak week and I’m so excited to be going to Romania ??
Can’t actually believe that it’s happening, I want to do the best I can and I’m putting in everything I can to be able to do it! Ticking every box daily making sure everything is done then I’m going to take a good offseason to be able to grow a little more so I can smash next year and get even better results.
Haven’t done much today, walked Ted and then went for a massage with Kamara as my hips and glutes are really tight from the show. Excited to see what I can do next.

British gp is over. Congratulations to @giantjohal and @jade-kelsie. Both did a brilliant job. Jamie is so unbelievable huge ?. As you know i also took over the final steps of @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen and i really have to say i’m super happy how all worked out. Condition was best possible for that time and also concerning fullness it was really good especially in upperbody. So now we grind until romania!

Completely person dependant if you have been doing this spilt and recovering well then your body can take it if not, then you might need to stop the upper lower split as it might be too much and not enough rest

Sounds like your doing a lot of exercise with little rest and rest is just as important as training

So back on please as of yesterday getting ready to do my last show of the year in Romania ??
Hoping that everything goes ahead and we can all go. Checked in this morning and I can tell I’m holding onto a bit of water from the of meal plan after the show so doubling up on the water intake so I can get it off.
Been a tough time at work, we’ve asked if we could use the car park for PT but they have said no so having to go back to square one and do online PT again which isn’t ideal but at least clients can still get a workout. I can’t wait till all of this is over with!
Trained today at my studio it was legs, went really well had lots of energy and was able to go up on some weight which I was pleased about. Log book attached at the bottom. So all there’s left to do now is 9 days of hard work. Let’s do this.
