Yeah agree with the gang, if you enjoy it and digestion isn’t an issue, go with French baguette. Use code Allison10 at your local bakers. 😆

If hams, arms, calves are a weak point and your back and delts are a strong point would you not just be better doing Upper/Lower with Triceps at the start of Upper and Biceps/Hams at the start of Lower? Biceps before Hams won’t hinder Hams IMO.

You’re doing 5 sets back on a density session before your hamstring work even though back is strong and hams aren’t.

As Nath said, it’s essentially Upper Lower. If your legs are super low volume on 3 day frequency and arms are a strong point then this is a good idea otherwise just do Upper Lower.

Echo the team here mate. If you go to bed at 10/11, you’re still getting 7/8 hours. What matters more is the quality of sleep. 8 hours of good undisturbed sleep is more than enough.

How often are you getting ill?

How severe are the frequent bouts of illness?

Could this be a volume of training issue where you’re constantly battered and your immunity is low?

Are you assisted or natural? If assisted, how regimented are you with your health checks and bloodwork?

Do you have a lot of life and career stress away from bodybuilding?

Lots to unpack, but need some context first mate.

Agree with Louis here bud. Have a crack at it and see what works and doesn’t work for you. It’s the same split as what I run and I’d programme things a bit differently for me personally.

Let us know how you get on with an update in due course.

I do the same as the guys have already mentioned. Sometimes if I add too much water by accident, I’ll stick it in the microwave to thicken it up and then add whey paste on it.

Agree with Hilly, I like the idea of PPL rest Upper rest (x2 if you need it) in this instance.

Doing 1 session is 100% better than doing zero sessions a week.

What is the likelihood you can turn this second mini session into your schedule? Is it every week, every odd week if something lines up etc?

What days would the sessions land on if you could commit to 2? (One session + a top up)

Hi mate, sometimes we can overthink simple stuff because the results don’t happen quick enough. This endeavour is a game of patience, consistency and delayed gratification.

As long as you’re training with accuracy and high intensity, I’d personally run Upper Lower in this instance. 2/3 sets per muscle group on legs, see how recovery is and adjust if need be.

Upper Lower also means you train legs after your upper work and that helps the issue you have with falling behind on push work.

Agree with Clare, Prepare Pro is more subtle but you still get the benefits of both Dial-In and Pumpage without the buzz (my hamstrings itch on stims).

Sometimes I’ll have half a scoop of DNFM mixed with a scoop of Pumpage though. Depends on how I’m feeling.

Thank you James! The one I currently take gives me very itchy face and ears, which I’m not a huge fan of

Hello mate, for me seing the movement in itself, I wanna say it’s good.

I just notice a little shoulder/elbow onto your left arm rolling to the front at the max amplitude. Which potentially mean you can improve your mobility a tad.

Now some details remains interrogations for me, you do very very low reps, and you fo each time a deadstop.

I would increase the reps and remove the deadstop personnally

Thanks for the feedback Allison ,

Yeah i really have imbalance in my left shoulder in terms of mobility could you suggest to me some movement to fix it ?

As for the reps yeah i went low today but i always stick to 6-10 reps

And for the deadstop im using it so I don’t use the elastic force to move the weight

Is there problem of doing them in terms of hypertrophy ?[/quote]
Depends what’s causing it, as Marc said probably best to get it looked at. Might be a joint issue, tight muscle or scap not moving freely for whatever reason. Physio will give you the answers.
