Sometimes I like to have it as a little baked cake. Mix some berries in the mix to stop it being too dry.
Example:
75g Cookies & Cream COR
30g Cookies & Cream Protein Isolate
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Egg
Small amount of cinnamon
Handful of blueberries
Air fry at 180° for 10-12 mins.IG: @benners_23

Plenty of comp prep coaches also have lifestyle branches of their service. Kuba and Meg do at MK Coaching.

You can feel recovered and not be. You can still be a bit sore and be fully recovered. The guys and girls have answered this perfectly.
There’ll be muscles that, for you, just recover quicker and some slower, and that’s when you can tweak things a bit and get all specific with training, but for now I’d just stick to your programme. If it’s enjoyable and you are progressing, it doesn’t need messing with.

Yes , or exercise selection causes recovery issue
Let’s say for chest
Am I better off doing 3 sets flies then 3 sets incline dumbbell instead of 2 sets flies 2 sets DB and 2 sets incline smith
6 sets vs 6 sets.IG: @benners_23

Why not just go with what Jordan and Hilly suggested?

Agree with the guys above. Overthinking just leads to you not being in any camp in terms of training methods.
Young lads and lasses are constantly consuming content online that tells them their way is THE best and only way of training and then they’ll consume something contradictory and the confusion takes over.
You’ve got some great athletes on here that you can follow and see how they do things.
When you find a way of training you think you’ll progress with, do it for a long time, not just a few weeks, and be consistent with it.

I’d keep your flat press in on Push and whether or not you choose either an Overhead Press or High Incline Press won’t matter that much. Just hammer it until you stall and then switch.

I’d keep the flys in, I’d even do them first personally. That’s just preference though.

If you enjoy it and you progress (I know it sounds samey and repetitive if you look at other topics like this) then it’s all good.
So, I’ll answer it as though I’d be doing it and I’d advise you to take what you like from it and discard what doesn’t apply to you:
I’d swap the presses around in your Push.
I’d add 1/2 more sets of Upper Back/Shrugs in Pull.
I’d add either a set onto ham curls or do another ham biased hinge (can be an RDL again but in a different rep range).
That’s being picky, but it’s the only way I can give you an answer without saying “if you enjoy it and progress, crack on”.
How would you swap the presses on my Push day more exactly? How would it look like?
Instead of doing the Shoulder Press second in the session, I’d do it first and do your horizontal press after. Most shoulder/high incline machines (apart from strive/prime) are harder in the lockout so I’d put it first.

“I enjoy this plan and see progressions”
The all important sentence. Improvements aren’t needed if it’s working for you.
