Coaches aren’t just coaching you to your goal, they’re invested in the result and your process as well.

Was the ‘rule’ of only eating things you cook already understood beforehand or is it something that has only been talked about after the incident?

Coach just wants the best for you bud, I wouldn’t dwell on it. Just adhere to what they tell you from now on and acknowledge the fact they’re invested in your journey. That’s not a bad thing.

You’ve also got to take into account that you’re representing their brand and they have to protect that too.

No personal experience of it (yet), but the key difference is that bpc/tb are generally used for all sorts of tissue repair whereas Cartalax is specific for joints and cartilage. You probably wouldn’t use it for a tear.

This one interests me as I’ve got a dodgy knee from an old injury, but I just can’t try it yet as I’m experimenting with other things and I don’t like to try peptides whilst using other peptides.

Agree with Sara and the gang. Also are you doing intensifiers at the end of your sets?

Very rarely do I do intesifires although I may have a few assisted reps here and there.

    Thanks for the help
Knock the assisted reps on the head. 2-4 sets with 3/4 days between leg sessions should be fine if you do sets at 0 RIR. Positive thing is you’re progressing so volume seems fine.

Agree with Nath and Kam. Let things stabilise a bit and get a true read of where you’re at.

Need a bit more context, Dave if you can.

Sleep and hydration is good. What is good to you? 8 hours and 5l a day? 6 hours and 2l a day?

What phase are you in? Are you dragging around unnecessarily fat? Are you lean?

What supps do you take daily? Could the issue be down to something you’re using already and just getting rid or reducing it may help?

Hi guys, thanks for all the responses.

    To answer your questions Rich:

I have been on this split for just 2 weeks now.

I am making plenty of progress, but i have also been sick for 3 weeks straight just before i started this split, so i’ll probably progress on any split right now 🙂

The question was driven by the fact that i always see U/L being recommended, so i was wondering if there is any benefit to just U/L over my current split. Maybe fatigue wise or so. Or maybe some experiences of you guys with both splits

Chris: that could actually be a great split too, thanks for the suggestion

If it’s working for you, don’t change anything. I’m guessing you enjoy it? I love PPL UL. I do think you have to be in tune with programming volume:recovery with it though as there’ll be areas you can get away with adding volume based on your recovery capabilities as some body parts are trained further away from each other compared to others.

If I was to sit you down like they do on Mastermind, and ask you random questions about popular/known peptides, would you be confident that you’d score above 75% in the round?

Yes … I’d concentrate on your own training and physique bud before trying to dig me out.
I’m not digging you out. I’m trying in my own way to get onto your level, but that’s cool. Enjoy your peptide research. 🙂

Agree with the girls. Just go to plan, don’t try and ‘balance the books’ as you’ll just prolong water retention.

You’ll see your weight come back to what it was over the next week.

Looks good mate. I’m not a fan of 3 presses in a full body. I’d sooner do 2 and rotate them but that’s just my preference. See how you get on with this and after a long run, let us know how you went on.
