so dropping cv out completely out tomo bar street walks between meals (usual activity)

legs are shot and it’s tome to bring this body to life now. Will still hot the gym for light pump work (no failure at all beyond this point)

I just know it’s really bad for abcesses. I believe drinking it to be not quite as effective as the liver will destroy part of it but some still gets through…

James I see from your insta you’re sitting at 246lbs just now, in the past you’ve been up at 300lbs, do you think you will go that heavy again or even beyond 300 in order to get some new tissue or will you stay lighter and closer to stage weight?

go there again for sure I could compete at 26t if I master the diet .. Just need to get that part dine right.. weight is low now caused I just want to push it hard for condition at this particular show .. also I plan on being 255 by show day after feeding maybe heavier .. different approach
