Chest, arms delts and a little more back. Pretty much everything from the waist up needs to be bigger and more dense

If we are talking strictly fat loss then clenbuterol will be the best out of the 2 here.

I agree with the guys here
I like to start around 40iu and micro manage from there monitoring blood glucose on a monitor. 3 time a day to start until you get a good idea of that your blood glucose is doing.
I personally prefer 1 shot AM rather than splitting the dose however this was because i consume the majority of my carb I’m the first few meals

Just lower dose until it goes or if you have stopped it then it should subside within the week or so

Drop some food. If composition isn’t changing and weight isn’t dropping then it’s likely you aren’t in a calorie deficit

Hey guys
A 4th place for me today which wasn’t what we came for but I’m ok with it.
My body was just battered and even though I was happy with the overall look I need to make improvements to take things to the next level which will be done now going into a structured off season with specific splits and mesocycles to allow me to do that. A simple push pull leg set up won’t do what I need from here.
Just had a burger and a pancake but they were only small as tomorrow I will have a proper feed with the guys after the pro show
