I felt it today, ohh boy. It hit me hard in the gym. I felt dead on my feet but I got the session done with very good strength non the less. A 5lbs drop this morning has seen the water off and the way I’m feeling I can feel another drop coming in the morning. Rest day tomorrow but still hitting 14k steps, 25min cardio and 1hr30 posing. This mornings check in to follow

Congrats on your great physical condition at the show.
I have a question, how did you manage the consumption of water and sodium on carbohydrate loading days, until the show.
Some diuretic at some point.

Hey. So for me nothing at all changes. We lower food on the day of the show but water and salt stays the same.

No diuretics are used in my preps either

Very long and busy day today. Literally not stopped and pretty much just finished my steps and some of the mountain of client work I have taken on. Things are coming together thousand I’m excited to be working with more people.

First push day back in the gym today. Everything felt ok and as expected so I’ll take that as a win. Posing minimum of 1 hour 30 mins a day up until show day now to really get things nailed.
