The numbness is from the product for sure. Decreasing the dose will solve this but by how much will just be trial and error.

Legs today and legs smashed. Progress across the full session maybe a placebo from the tren or the tren actually working. Felt strong with good connection

Session was

Adductor x 2
Lying ham curl x 2
Leg ext x 2
Banded leg press x 2
S/L seated hamstring curl x 2 2nd set RP

Still had 6k steps to get in once I got back from training so a very slow tender walk has just been completed and now I will totally relax for the night before we go again tomorrow

Thank you so so much for taking the time for your message! I cannot tell you how relieving it is to hear that you know my situation, that this is common, that I am simply not the biggest loser/idiot on earth.
Concerning filling meals, all the things you mentioned (except diet drinks since I want to avoid artificial sweeteners) I have already implemented into my daily routine; probably too much of it even ). Concerning going to holding calories/even a slight surplus: I feel even the slightest surplus will leave me storing fat instantly since my body felt like it was starving for months on end. So now, everything it gets is stored as bodyfat… so I see no real way of eating in even the slightest surplus.. do you possibly have a tip how to even assess my current caloric needs? As I said, I ate 4500 just to hold my weight prior to the diet. Now, at 3000, I already feel like getting fat.
lastly, concerning the bloods Kamara mentioned, do you have any tips which markers I specifically can look for which could be out of whack? Or just take the ‘standard’s markers?
Again, thank you so so much!
Ok so firstly what I forgot to mention too was the fact that long periods of almost starvation will leave you with a very slow metabolism, when you start eating your metabolism will get better and better over time as it has to work once again to metabolise the new level of food you are consuming.

I would stop stressing and focusing on the way you feel you look right now and just give yourself and your body some time to adjust. It’s a very stressful period you have just put your body through and you just need to let things settle down, including them stress levels.

Finding maintenance is simple but again will take a small period of time. Keep your kcals at 3000 and tack progress. This is best done going by the scales and how your body composition looks in my opinion. If your weight stays stable across the weeks and your body composition stays similar then you are around maintenance. If weight drops you are likely in a deficit and so on.

Rest day today and first time on rest day with the higher output

It will take a couple of goes to structure my day around this to get it perfect as the extra 10,500 steps after cardio has thrown me off a little. Usually it’s 2 short walks after M2 and M4 as I prefer not to hit one big amount of steps in one go but it’s left me with 2 fairly large walks today and I don’t feel as rested as I usually do. I’ll break this up into small walks between more meals and this will work well, something like after M1, M3 and M5.

For me I’m just a perfectionist and I like my days to be identical so rest days are identical then each training day is also identical. This gives me peace lol and it allows me to not miss a single beat ever.

So to summarise a perfect day with all boxes ticked but just needs refining a touch to allow for better recovery.

It may seem like nothing but I like to share my thoughts with you guys I’m just how precise I like to be and feel you should be if you are striving to be at a level.

How the fuck can you handle that much tren lol

_________________________________________

Haha Mark. I’ve always got on very well with tren. Tren A in particular. No real sides at all. The only time tren gets me is after about 10 weeks of enth my appetite goes to shit. It’s likely I won’t even need an AI with this either.

We’ve kept tren out nearly all year so hoping for a big effect and bring back some fullness hopefully

Pull done and a decent session. Most lifts progressed nicely and the rest tidied up. Starting to loose connection slightly with the right side which throws me off as I have to really drive my right elbow hard into my hip before I get any contraction at all when usually it’s on as soon as I move in that way. Luckily I have more chiropractor work tomorrow and a physio appointment booked in for the night so hopefully this will shed more light on what I need to do to get it going.

Check in this morning was good. I’m happy with where I’m at but the lack of ability to pose isn’t showing my with and true shape so it’s bugging the shit out of me.

Weight stable but tighter again and as I thought a small drop in food. 10g of cereal from post and 10g of sustain from intra have gone along with an extra 2500 steps daily. That will be a daily total of 14,500 steps.

Drugs wise. NPP and primo was removed and tren A was added. 25mcg of t3 has also been added.

Cycle now stands at
1000mg test e
1000mg tren A
600mg mast e
100mg var pre wo

Looks good for the most part.
A couple of points….
Calves? Unless you are one of them people who just have silly calves from walking I would add them in.
Not much posterior chain work across the board and only 1 hamstring movement in legs. Again unless these are a big strong point I would think about adding a hip hinge or deadlift variation in your pull sessions, at least 1 and possibly a hip thrust exercise to your leg days.

I’ll be adding a stiff leg DL to Pull B. I’ll probably be replacing Neutral Pulldown for it & placing it after pullovers. As far as hamstrings go, would it be enough to add another hamstring curl variation?
Yes mate that will be much better.

From a business and financial point of view, more likely than not is that you will see little if any return if it’s a local gym and you are not the sole owner. These places are work horses and take a lot of hours and money to keep them going.

If you have some spare cash and you want to part own a gym and you do it for the love of wanting to improve the gym for people and just be a bigger part of the community than i see nothing wrong with that but financially it would be a no.

Chest exercises in push are fine imo mate

With regards to split and exercises I don’t like it.

Firstly what grabs my attention here is the SLDL the day after a safety bar squat. The fatigue on your lower from the safety bar will make it very difficult to optimally preform and progress the SLDL then one days rest and back onto the RDL.

A hack, a leg press and a safety bar squat in one session in my opinion is a LOT of work if you are taking them exercises all the way.

Personally I would get rid of the safety bar and concentrate on the hack or another more supported leg movement like a pendulum if you have one and press as your main movements in legs

You are trying to throw too much at this. You will have to sacrifice a couple of exercises and keep them in the locker for when one stalls. For example scrap the RDL and when the SLDL stalls and you’ve rinsed in then swap it out for the RDl and continue that fashion.

Recovery and your ability to get strong is what will make you grow from a programming point of view.

Hey mate.

Post your split and ideally the exercise selection within it. It will give us a much better chance to help you on where to place exercises etc
