    What was the purpose of going out to Dubai mate? Was it mainly as England brought in the 4 week lockdown?
    How much is a weeks food shop over there compared to back in the UK?

    The reason was purely to train mate. I was coming out here in January to do my off season for 6 months but as soon as the announcement was made it gave me the push to come over and scope things out and see what’s what. I’m intrigued at the bodybuilding culture over here and why there is so much muscle. Even the average gym goer is Petey impressive here. Is it genetic? It it the gyms , the lifestyle, the supplements and I’m becoming to realise it’s everything combined.

    The guys out here are all rooting for each other. They push each other in the gym until there is physically nothing left. There is no regards for recovery per session, the gyms are very good and plenty of them. The lifestyle in general is happy and care free and the drugs are of very good quality.

    Food wise it’s very expensive for me. You can shop smarter but I’m currently spending around 40-60 pounds per day depending on what I run out of. I’m buying the best quality organic foods as they are all I trust and it comes at a price. Now I’m settled in one place I will likely do meal prep with protein house Dubai. I trust them and only them as a prep company for accuracy and quality

    As everyone has said it’s impossible to say what an individuals needs are unless they have worked with them personally or have a tonne of information and still then the ratios will need altering to suit.

    Firstly congratulations to everyone who competed over the weekend at the Romania show. A lot of my friends in the line ups and they all looked incredible! Massive motivation for me right there

    Another day in Dubai over and today was the most disastrous yet.

    Moved apartments.

    Got to new hotel only to be told it’s been cancelled.

    Found us a room but had to sit and wait 3 hours

    The room, which turned out to be uninhabitable and smelt so bad that I had to leave for the gym just so I could eat a meal as I refused to eat in there.

    Return from gym after a good bicep and jam session to new room which was even worse than the previous with the added scent of stale cigarette smoke and yellow stained upholstery to match.

    This was supposed to be a 5* hotel I may add.

    An even longer story short (ish) I requested a refund and now we have ended up back in the original hotel apartments from when I got here.

    My stress level is as high as it has ever been and it needs to drop and fast as this is counter productive to the fact of why I’m here

    Mine was like many others. 40mg dbol per day. Wouldn’t advise now I know what I do, however it did give me a good look into the power of steroids in terms in the effects they have towards performance and look etc

    So today was a good day I woke up this morning with most of the water gone and I finally looked how I would expect with the work I have been doing and the rigid nutrition I stick to.

    Chest today had cluster sets, drop sets and about 16 sets just on chest so I’m going to feel that In the the morning that’s for sure

    I’m pretty hungry today so I’m going to have my last meal and head to bed. Still adapting to time in Dubai as it’s midnight here and feels like early evening.

    Hams and biceps tomorrow so looking forward to hitting another day hard as fuck

    Another day and another chance to get better no matter your craft

    I wouldn’t try to fix joint problems or pain with anabolics. I would find the cause and the root and get it fixed or at least understand the issue more which will help with your training moving forward.

    Good anti inflammatory products like join in, curcumin etc will be most definitely worth taking.

    The drugs will have a side effect if you like of joint relief but if you are pushing food I would always favour deca Over tren purely due to digestion

    Rest!

    Rest day is exactly that. You need to rest and without it you won’t recover or grow so extra volume or added volume from missed sessions will be counterproductive as you will not be able to recover properly in the first place and it’s very likely it will affect your sessions following due to not resting adequately.

    I would put bicep training at the beginning of legs while you are fresh and can get some intensity into the exercises before you get too smashed from the sets prior like you are currently.

    Quads went down at binous. Great session and even though The water meant i couldn’t see any detail I’m the legs which was strange to me I still had a really good session. Moving apartments later so hopefully it runs smooth and a easy rest day is in the cards as it’s much needed

    If 800mg caffeine is not touching you then you need more time away from caffeine and stimulants bro.
    4-6 weeks minimum in my Opinion and have a good clear out

    Personally I would just drop everything for a period of time. It will be beneficial in the long run

    Running this amount of GH for that long is fine IMO

    I would just make sure you keep blood glucose in check and insulin sensitivity.

    Track your fasted blood glucose and use products like trainedbyjp nutrition in-sure to help.

    When you say increase strength is this over a 1 rep max? In a rep range or in general. Typically the progressive overload style of the current 5-9 rep range will get you stronger (in that rep range) and this goes for every rep range.

    If the goal is to just get as strong you can then focus on 2-5 reps and follow more of a powerlifting programme but if it’s the combination of muscle and strength you would like i would just focus in getting strong in the 5-9, 10-15 rep range
