Following on from Jeannie’s comment, could you discuss your decision to switch to Patrick? Obviously feel free to ignore this if you feel it’s too personal or whatever.

    Sure.

Ever since listening to Patrick almost 2 years ago I liked his methods and it resonated with me and how my mind works towards bodybuilding. Recently he has came into the forefront and I have had chance to digest more of what he does and it is just something that I had to experience. Me and Kuba have a fantastic relationship and as an athlete/coach partnership we piled on tissue and I have no doubt that we would keep on doing that but for me as an individual and athlete I feel like I would respond well to the way Patrick works and curiosity has simply got the better of me.

Nothing more to it. I just want to try it

100g oats with 30 peanut butter and whole eggs makes me feel bloated just reading it

I’d much favour eating a smaller breakfast at 10am, eat a small meal at 1 that you digest easily and well, even if it’s just a shake with say a banana and a little fat

    Then train at 1

    0930-10am
    60g oats
    15g nut butter
Egg whites to your protein requirement
    Some fruit

    12pm
    Isolate
Banana or easily digestible carb source
    15g nut butter

    1pm
    Train

Splitting that large fat heavy breakfast into 2 smaller meals means you stimulate MPS more frequently, help digestion and likely to have a more efficient workout

Just transition from one to the other by dropping the test and starting your next injection with the primo

I would go between 400mg-700mg primo depending on last cycles and experience

    50mg anavar ED

@helene-kuba @jimmytonk1 out of interest how many grams of carbs do you think would begin to warrant the use of insulin? Obviously this will be person specific etc

As Kuba says. There’s far too many factors at play. Firstly do you need to use insulin, is your physique at a level it’s needed etc etc

I would get somebody to guide and advise you more closely like a coach so they can see all the factors at play here

Another day of not much in terms of activity

Plenty of online work done and all clients checked in and sorted. My full team is killing it at the minute and it genuinely motivates the hell out of me to be better myself as an athlete and a coach. People genuinely surprise me almost daily at the obstacles they are over coming and results they are producing at the minute which will lead into a successful year for everyone next year.

Also got my ticket for the british pro show which I’m buzzing to go and see all the guys kill it

You would do just as well using insure then utilise insulin when it’s absolutely needed and food is higher to take the extra stress off your pancreas and utilise the greater ability to force and uptake nutrients

I don’t see a need for insulin here when your food is this low.

Your body should be easily utilising all the food with good uptake and keeping insulin sensitivity intact

I agree with Ryan here. I feel like you can salt meals to taste. 1-5 twists of salt per meal and with a balanced diet your potassium rework will be typically met.
