Been a long day packing and getting all my work done. Packing for 10 days as a bodybuilder is stressful 😂 my suitcase is quite literally packed me half clothes and one half supplement and gear lol … and yes when you travel abroad I have all my jabs pre loaded and put them in a plastic Tupperware so they’re safe and put them in my suitcase. Done that for over 10 years and never ever had any problems

Keep going my man. Regular adjustments to nutrition and output and your weight will indeed start to come down. Focus on hard training too bro even when dieting, makes all the difference.

Off to France at the end of this week so have been slowly planning that and today I got some clothes off boohoo man. Ngl absolutely beg theyre gunna fit like shit and look terrible. Didn’t give myself enough time to order anything else 😂😂 interested to see how they look tomo. Went for summer linen vibes – it’s 37 degrees out there where we’re going in the south if France so absolutely need the thin clothing 😂 I’ll update how they are tomo hahaha

Had to do that last two session at my local commercial gym that I usually use for cardio. Terrible gym compared to normal but it’s not about the gym it’s about what you with it and ngl I actually had two good sessions so far and one more in there tomorrow to. Looks pretty wank for back but we’ll see how that goes tomorrow 😂😂

For compounds I like to lift heavy and usually fall between 6-15 as a rough guide. Usually on the lower end set 1 and then maybe a couple more set too. Rarely ever will I do anything above 15 reps on compounds.

Headed down to Brighton today for PRP so no training today and tomorrow. Had a good few dog walks and other than that a pretty non eventful day. Off for coffee with friends tomo so looking forward to that. Off to bed now.

Hey Sean so I use the shampoo, conditioner, hair follicles spray and the hair follicle capsules from 360 optimum hair. Just use them daily. Super easy.I’m doing a course of 6 treatments relatively intensely so when I’ve done a few we’ll do an assessment and be able to see the regrowth which I’m looking forward to 🙏

Can’t see cardio effecting recovery and at the end of the day if you need to do it to get lean… you need to do it. Ensure you’re sleeping enough and staying hydrated. Carbs around training and post workout for sure. Cardio type it doesn’t matter at all. Rower is fine, especially if it’s easier from a routine perspective.

I had something similar happen one time when I had a dumbbell fall off the back off a rack as I was putting it back and my finger got jammed, pulling my leg straight with tension and felt a pop (same thing, previously injured hammy), think it was the scar tissue letting go. It was tight for a bit and then gone like it never happened

I shoulder press with a pronated grip but I have hyper mobile ones so can seemingly get away with it. I do however do my shoulder pressing with a slight incline, not directly overhead. Get strong with heavy machine laterals and then add in some cable side lateral work too.

Had a really good hams/lats sessions today aside from one thing. I know it’s quite a random session but fits nicely into my split.
Everything went well apart from as soon as I did single leg standing ham, I have deffo popped a few fibres or got a micro tear in my left hamstring. Same one I had the big tear in 2 years ago. It’s never been the same and tbh I don’t really do single stuff anymore because of it and its weakness. But I wanted to do some today to try – I wasn’t going heavy I was still warming up – despite already having done heavy lying and seated ham work. Something just went and i had to stop. That was the last ham exercise anyway.
I finished my session by moving onto lats doing single arm plate loaded pull down. Single arm machine lat rows and lat pull down. Which were all great.
Got home and it’s deffo not right. Going to give it a few days and see how it is. Annoying but hopefully it’s nothing serious.

If someone’s on prep the amount of food would be based around their condition/fatigue/current diet so can’t give you a number here as they’d all differ. It wound usually be all the dem types of foods just more.

Quite nice to see the body weight going up a touch now. Sitting just over 272lb in the am now which is a nice little gain in about 2 weeks. I was sat around 264lb the whole of the health phase so good to see it going up. But also feeling good at this weight and food is going in pretty well too. I’m deffo not hungry by any means but can’t complain with now things are going right now 🙏

And then I’ll be having carbs intra workout from tbjp performance fuel
