    Seeing as the show is a little further back now food has been increased a little bit. Diet is as follows.

    DIET
    TRAINING DAY

    Meal 1
    50g whey
    100g oats
    100g banana

    Meal 2
    175g granola

    Meal 3

    Meal 4 – PRE
    50g whey
    2 bagel
    30g honey

    INTRA
    75g carb performance fuel

    REST DAY

    Hahaha lads… yeah if you missed it… i have access to a full gym now which is awesome

    What isn’t so awesome is that my show has been cancelled so I’ve just gone from 12 weeks out to 19….

    I’m ahead of schedule so we need to put the breaks on! 5 guys tonight and Jordan is upping my food – Cus I’m lean I should fill out nicely but stay very lean / this could actually benefit me

    Rest day today. Don’t like them all that much. It’s when the hunger sits in for me. So just try my best to stay busy with work etc.

    Much better second sleep and readiness score today. Had leg/pull today (now have a gym to train at which is fantastic news for prep)

    Managed 250 deadlift for 9 which is only 1 of my all time 250 pb of 10 reps. I’ll take that next time out ????

    Tren is kicking in that’s for certain. Getting leaner by the day too.

    Happy days. Feeling good and from a convo with JP yday, were probably going to get ready with no cardio which is cool – just food manipulation, drug changes, training and steps. Perfect.

    That’s a decent amount of kit tbf mate and I’m sure you can get some good stuff done. It’s the best of a bad situation to make a plan and try stick to it. I have found routine and structure to be so important in these times

    Got my oura ring yesterday and first night sleep last night with it… terrible. Looks like this is going to be amazing at helping me get into a much better place for recovery.

    It’s funny because you think you’re doing ok, but your version of ok is just what you’re used to. There may be another 20% available that your nit tapping into but how will you know if you don’t check.

    Glad I got this and looking forward to finding out more and seeing my health trends and of course looking to improve them ????

    I had had something similar and in the end I got an mri – grade 1 tendon tear. It hurts when cold but when I’m fully warm it’s eases off so I can train hard. Funnily enough it hurts more when I walk up the stairs for example than when training (so long as I’m fully warmed up) … deffo get it checked out and also take the supps that Clare suggests above.

    Got access to some decent leg kit and had a really good leg session yday which has left me in bits. Deffo a nice feeling though and was good to move some proper tin again.

    Things are progressing every day now pretty much. I will post some of my check in pics from tomorrow’s check In along with weight etc tomo

    I always train with a partner (non COVID) so for example on a single leg leg press I wound do right leg, then Partner wound do right, then I would do left etc so that there is some time there for recovery. The aim is and always will be progressive overload so imo not much point going straight into the other leg if that specific set will be jeopardised by the previous legs set.

    Currently using 0.5 caber twice a week, adex 0.5 eod, tamox 20mg/day and proviron at 50mg/day
    It all comes to just over 2ml so I can get it in 2slin pins … just. Won’t be long till it’s in 3 though yes. The joys of prep. Ha

    This good already 13 weeks out haha, cant wait to see the final product.
    Oh, I tought you were going to up the caber or something with the new amount of drugs especially with deca.
    Im kinda interested in npp and primo together with test lower, for off season.

    Well adex has been upped alongside the raised test, I was running 1750 deca off season with minimal/no sides so no need to up anything else

    NPP primo and low test wound be a nice off season or prep stack tbh

    The guys have nailed it tbh bro. Any type of training will work, imo low or high volume for most people what it comes down to is your ability to execute the exercises perfectly with good tut and rom.

    Also the extra recovery and ability to train when you want with minimal stresses will be doing you wonders my man ????

    How do you counter the prolactin and estrogen on the new dosages? If you stack the tren and test in the same slin its 3 jabs a day totalt for you.. damn
