    Keeping in

    0.5x 2/week adex

    20mg tamox / day

    When I am on cycle I take only Anastrazole for estrogen control.

    Hey bud,

    Adex – controls systemic estro

    Tamoxifen – stops estro binding at sites , needed if someone gets gyno even with Adex in

    Proviron – raises free test

    Caber – Controls prolactin

    4 totally diff drugs, for 4 totally diff needs.

    I feel like arms and delts can get away with a bit more volume as, for me at least, they recover well so can handle it. However like Jimmy said, don’t just double the volume, add in as you go

    Weight up a bit today, had a few days off Insulin at the start of prep as I was being super sensitive but now we’ve reintroduced and lowered the dose and all good, but I think it’s bumped my body weight a touch. Feeling good though. I’ll post some pics. 16 weeks out.

    I think if you can get full rom with a decent load then why not? It’s a good movement and like you said it has the added benefit of of having zero lower back load

    Had a fantastic day on a virtual mastermind day with Phil Graham yesterday.

    Learnt so much about business, fitness, mindset, psychology that I will be applying and implementing into my business to better serve my clients.

    We have one more day today, so I’m exited for that and to then get implementing some of the stuff that I’ve learnt.

    Self investment is so important in my eyes. Are you guys looking to invest in yourselves this year?

  • Usually when things stall for me I will swap it out or as Louis says you can change the rep range slightly or add in a pause at the bottom to keep the movement the same but change the execution a bit. Try that for a few weeks then go back. Or just completely swap it out.

    Just sat here now at the home gym, all by myself about to get it. Got a full day of business masterminding today aswell so a jam packed today.

    It’s hard to stay busy but we must try to. Mindless TV and wasting time makes me feel like shit – although it does have a place from time to time.

    Pull day about to go down. Anyone else training today?

    Another one you can lean into a wall keeping body straight and if you can get your toes on a slab or something to raise them it will increase rom. You can add weight by wearing a backpack filled with heavy shit

    So the rack is up now happy days. Took me a while to source all the correct nuts and bolts but got there in the end and hit push last night. Tonight we train legs so I’m looking forward to that and to moving some weight on legs, feels like it’s been a while!

    I’ve been trying to make my sessions as close to normal as possible. Sometimes reps have been higher but it is what it is. We still go to failure 🙂

    Hi Joe was just looking at your diet sheets on your logs, I see you have the triple choc muffin first thing on training day is that because you train early in the day, if I wasn’t training till evening say half 5 cos of work would I be better off holding off till later in day to have that as another carb source or use it as part of my pre workout meal thanks best of luck with Prep

    Hey buddy those are out now I’ve started prep but while I was off season they were only in to get my calories up.

    I always favour clean food so on prep they won’t/aren’t in unless it’s for refeed purposes

    So my power rack arrived today, 4 big boxes and took me a while to unload and unpack it all, started putting it together and then realised there were no bolts! The driver must have lost them! Fuming!

    So tomorrow we start again and i need to go on a merry mission to find the bolts. Nightmare. All I wanna do is train in my front room! Lol will report back tomorrow!

    Joe are you thinking the combination of skin and gh is a gamechanger in building muscle tissue because auf their synergistic effect of igf1 levels?

    I wouldn’t say game changer, you can definitely grow well without it you just have to be nailed on with all variables but of course when combined the growth rate does increase but gains are not linear
