If you’re fucked up and it’s been a hard prep then rest up – like I was last year after getting down to the classic weight. However this year I still felt good and my feedback was that I need to grow so I stayed on. Got right back to training and diet (on higher cals)… so yeah it’s all dependent on the individual and the situation.

Deca 5 or 600
40/50mg DbolSo a decent course. I wound have deffo started off smaller – I had nothing like this website or anyone who really knew what they were on about so I kind of taught myself really.

In Other news i did a food eating completion today – I had to eat a slab of cookie (900g) as fast as I can and I did it in 10.19 lol felt a bit sick. Let it go down then went for a curry with Ashlee.
Full transparency – sometimes i eat off plan and when I do I bloody enjoy it 🙂 … just know when it’s ok to do it and when it’s not. 4 caps of insure tonight ????
Will deffo refuel me for tomorrow’s push session 🙂

Strength is insane atm. Body weight is at 119kg and still in ok condition. I’ll post a pic below.
Coming onto my cruise next week so I’ll post details of that very soon. The old ‘cruise fear’ hahaha just gotta stat meticulous and keep training like a beast!

Managed 9 plates a side on the squat Machine which I was chuffed with – can’t fit anymore on there lol
Going onto a cruise after next week so will be as meticulous as always when on the cruise do keep injury risk down and also hold my condition whilst at this weight – currently at 118.6kg / 261lbs which is actually the heaviest I’ve ever been and without doubt the best condition at anything near this weight so I’m

Ask your self the question, are you powerlifting or bodybuilding? If powerlifting then stuck with this as you’re strongest here. If bodybuilding change you’re Stance to that the tension is on the quads. Eg in my strongest squat position in damn strong but don’t really feel much recruitment/pump whereas is I swap to shoulder width and focus on tempo/form (still with a decent load, just not at much) then I get a much better leg connection.

Been pretty ill this week so not feeling 100% at all. Had double rest day to Try and get better then legs tomorrow so we’ll see how that goes 🙂
