Lets say you weight haven’t moved for 3-5 days would you increase or give it abit longer before adjusting?
Hey bud yeah that would seem the logical thing to do right? But I was struggling to push more food so we actually cruised at the food I was on until I was ready to push without forcing it – (I’d already forced it and couldn’t force anymore haha) so no real set time we just did what we could when we could. I think next time a little mini pull back in cals would be beneficial to allow me to push Up further again straight after

You can go to uni or look into learning from home (id personally prefer to go as I’m pretty hands on as a person) – feel free to comment on my log and we can chat more about it if you want

I’ve done heavier barbell than I have Smith. I’ve done heavier bench paused reps with a smith though. It’s all preference and tbh it doesn’t really matter which one you can lift more on. Use the one which works best for you or even cycle both into your training programme to get max benefit or progressing both movements

Yeah cardio is a tool that needs to be used correctly and not over used at the wrong times.
Well I always follow a set diet and eat clean on prep so food just gradually comes down week by week. But always keep training intensity the some along with progressing my lifts for as long as I can ????

I love both movements on the right pieces of kit – if the kit is shit then it’s sometimes pointless. But yeah, I rotate them from session to session with each session having a different focus ie one would be single leg and one would be dual leg rest paused for example

what’s your stack for joint care, as my knees and elbows are niggling occasionally. as I have upped the weights considerably.
Hey Craig at the moment I am just using glucosamine and chrondroitin from supplement needs and I’m finding it works well – I just up the dosage if I’m feeling particularly sore on any day ????

Deffo going to grow into this prep and get stronger seeing as I have just jumped back into a blast. Food has come down a fair way since off season 3 weeks ago so that’s taking a bit of getting used to but feeling all good. You guys got any questions on my training food supps gear? ????

Hahaha well my mrs is from Newport so I’m forced to on occasions ???? lol it’s not so bad… ok so I’m ok no cardio which feels weird but I’m not complaining ha JP thinks he can get me ready with little to no cardio so that’s exciting. I am conscious of my NEAT however and I try to walk about a lot if I can and stay on my feet most of the day.If we need to closer to show he may put in some actual times walking stuff but I doubt anything hectic – no stairmaster intervals sprints like last year ????

What the guys said. When I follow a programme for a while I lift heavier each week but don’t really get too bad Dom’s. It’s only with new exercises I tend to get it
