No more steak is no fun lol that was my fave meal but we have just swapped morning oats for baby rice so that makes me happy haha
Also the addition of the infamous tren as of yday so things are about to get interesting 🙂

If you feel good and are progressing well then maybe you don’t need to Deload. If you are truly fucked and each session is a grind to progress then probs time for a little deload. It’s very person specific but don’t rest for the sake of it. Make sure you’ve earned it

I think in your instance you could spread arms across the other sessions to good result. I do believe if things plateaux then you could maybe throw in An arms sessions here and there but obviously the intensity is far below that of any Ppl or upper/lower session so it’s swings and roundabouts – everyone is different and I’d treat it case by case

Thanks big man. I’m very excited to compete this year, I’m even more excited to put on another 20lb tissue and see how I look next year now the weight class shackles are off. Got some catching up to do with the likes of yourself haha

Baby rice is the one for me but I wouldn’t be against using that bud – if it sits week then go for it. Probs would avoid in a prep setting though

No baby rice but they did have fruity porridge ???? by cow & gate don’t know if you have every true it same sort of macros as the baby rice so going to give it a go. The best part it was only £1.69 instead of 2 pound bargain ????????

Deffo add in more single arm/leg work as opposed to dual muscle work. Hit the strong side first then make sure you match it With the weak side. Rest/pause if you need to.

Hey man yeah no cardio yet still – trying to get lean as possible without it as muscle retention is the goal moving to open!
Tbh mate I’ve never used it or even know anyone that has so I can’t really offer you a good insight to it
