Yoooo guys what’s up! Sorry been a little quiet for a couple of days just been super busy over here in the US. Obv did my pro debut and managed to make the top ten. I’m over the moon with the result and also got to do my routine and the pose down with the best of the best in the world! Literally living the dream! The game plan was to just come in peeled and polished which we managed to achieve. And think those aspects helped me take the placing that I did!
Going to enjoy a few days off plan now while in the the US and spend some nice time with Nancy and we’ll be home on Tuesday. At some point next week Patrick and I are going to have a chat about the future and the goals/what we’re going to do re off season etc and of course when plans are in place I will be sure to update you.
But for now it’s to chill and bask in the season just gone, winning my pro card and competing at the Pitt power pro for my pro debut taking a top ten. An incredible end to and incredible season.

Another day ticked off. Another low cal/low carb (150g carb) day done. Patrick is very happy with where we’re at. Condition is really coming on nicely now and my body feels great and primed for some carbs. We’re running another low day tomorrow and then low first half of Thursday before we train and then starting to put down carbs in from there 💪

Also do you think you offseason meal plan set up be the same? Do you always do 5-6 meals plus an intra workout shake in the off season?

Wow long ass day nearly 18 hours of travelling, low food and lots of steps I’m pretty tired now. Extra 5 hours to the day aswell because of the time diff.
Meal plan tomo is stay low and really push condition before we load end of the week.
Tomorrows meal plan will be:
Meal 1:
250g lean beef
1 x egg
75g veggies
Meal 2:
250g chicken/turkey
100g cream of rice or rice
75g pineapple
5g olive oil
30min pre training:
1 x pre workout stim+pump
5g Creatine
10g glutamine
Intra:
10g EAAs
Meal 3 Post training:
70g whey isolate
100g cream of rice
1 banana
10g nut butter
MEAL 4:
250g salmon
100g mixed salad

Really good day today. Headed over to kings gym in Croydon to train and then do a posing session with Sammy (@flowbysammy on ig)… and man did he help me change a good handful of my poses…. Like night and day better than they were and I’m super happy with that.
Checked in with Patrick and he’s really happy with things – even commenting on the new poses.
So today was also a much needed refeed day after a really good sleep and a big weight drop. I weighed the same as the pro card win show day this morning so conditioning is in a very good place right now.
Final leg day tomorrow and then Sunday we fly ✈️

Delts done today and some posing after. Really happy with the look at 247.7 this am. We’re having a refeed tomo. Double normal carbs. I’ll post the refeed day diet below here for you. Back tomo then final leg day sat. Last 40 min cardio session tomo and just a 20 min outside walk sat. Then we fly Sunday. No cardio/training on travel day.

the problem is that it happened overnight so I don’t know if it’s really what you’re saying, knowing that some days I manage to eat well, I have an appetite etc… and some days even when I’m starving every mouthful disgusts me,
If ever it’s been about 2 years since I started bodybuilding and I’ve never had this problem, and I’ve always been in the past and I’ve never done any maintenance or deficit ( 55kg to 96kg rn), thank you very much for your answers, I really appreciate it and I’ll take good note of them.
In this case that often is part of the process bud, it’s hard work man. Groundhog Day. You don’t wanna eat but you just have to. Find food sources that sit nicely and keep at it brother.
