    I’ve actually used it for both cutting and growing. It’s great as it mentally keeps you focussed – if your dieting you know you get a ‘high’ day soon – helps with adherence (if you need help that is) … and when bulking sometimes straight high days can get hard so cycling with some lower days will allow digestion to catch up and improve appetite to go again on high days 🙂

    Big leg day today and was the last one I’ll do at Xtreme gym as it closes on Saturday – sad times 🙁 …. rest tomorrow and chill before push Saturday on the last day at the gym! Then onto watch my bro compete on Sunday which I’m super excited about!!

    Had a bad stomach past couple of days which is probs doing to effect my weight in tomorrow which is annoying but hey ho. Life.

    First week of prep has been awesome loving the meals and trainings been spot on. Happy.

    Very good pull session last night – worked up to 240kg shrugs too which is a PB for me with pretty decent form. Deffo hurting today!

    Rest day today and heading off for some deep tissue on my legs – it’s been a while for leg work so it’s going to hurt but all for the greater good right?!

    Leg session tomorrow too – then this weekend I’m off to Miami pro to watch my brother compete which I’ve prepped him for so pretty excited about that.

    How come you never have a direct protein source with your first meal?

    When having your post workout slin shot, when are you doing this. Before, during or after the post workout meal?

    Hey bud, you see my final meal? That is a shake that I have at night time – in the middle of the night usually around 5 am when I wake up for the loo – I then get up and have breakfast not much longer after so there’s no huge requirement for it 🙂 when the midnight shake is pulled then we will introduce protein to M1 I assume

    That’s some serious food Joe! Excited to watch this prep.

    Do you purposely keep the veggies out pre workout and immediately post workout to avoid potential bloating whilst training and any absorption issues after training?

    What’s up Ben!! Haha yeah decent amount of food – an that’s less that what I was on! Haha

    I don’t do that purposely I just find the meals are large so I don’t want extra masses of veges yet – I have spinach with all my ‘meat’ meals. Also veg doesn’t really bloat me – probs one thing that doesn’t ????

    I’ve used it pre bed around 900mg or so and noticed a chilled feeling and better sleep – however something like sleep stack is more effective for me for sleep. Not used it post workout so cannot comment there
