Slight food changes – swapped post wo coco pops for bagel and jam as it’s more filling (I know they sit well with me) – will post diet below.
Also new additions to my cycle – all orals are now IN!!

You may also possibly have poor Dorsi flexion at the ankle joint meaning you can’t take the plate lower with a lower foot position purely down to mobility. Look into working on reducing the angle between you toes and your shins via a number of stretches, isometric holds and rolling out

PCT would be done before bloods are taken at 8 weeks post cycle (JP favours this timeframe) because you’d probs be coming off as opposed to cruising.

I usually get some shoulder pain with smaller movements like raises etc luckily I’m ok with all pressing ????

Is it wise to do a first course of Test only during a prep? Also how would this look in terms of when to PCT? Post show? Thanks in advance!
Hi mate well I guess you’re doing an untested Fed then if that’s the case?
I wouldn’t say ‘wise’ is the word. More look at is it appropriate yet? … have you competed before? Have you maxed out your natural potential? Have you truly naturally reached your ceiling of progress? … I can answer the other questions after I know this stuff ????

Thanks for your reply, much appreciated! I competed with the PCA back in April (first competition) and qualified for the British finals in October. I’m 28 and have around 10-11 years of training under my belt. Stage weight was 80kg and currently sitting at around 91kg which is the heaviest I’ve been, so maybe I do have a little more progress to make naturally but progress has definitely slowed in recent times. Hey buddyI would say with a training age of 10-11 years, that wouldn’t be an appropriate time to start your first cycle, especially as you’ve competed and clearly train and diet hard so all aspects are on point. I would suggest a very low dose test only course for your first time 150-200m a week max of Test E and you should see some pretty awesome gains. Keep me posted with your ideas and thoughts mate

What John said. Ensure all other parameters are the same re preparation and prior recovery for the session … deffo don’t write it off. I would say you probs got more in the tank, go and empty the barrel in your sessions

Rest day today!Cals are lowwww on rest day so prefer training tbh haha but needs must. I worked this morning at the gym and it was tough as I was still catching up from tiredness from the weekend – (just being real)
Came home and napped – love an afternoon nap! Cardio has now been upped to 30 mins liss which I’ve decided to do on the watt bike level 10 pretty hard. I was sweating a lot. But before this I did posing practice for 45 mins. Spend half of it doing 1/4 turns and mandatories and the other half on my routine.After cardio I did 3 sets of abs to keep them ticking over. Feeling good!
So small addition of time to the LISS and also t3 has been upped to 50mcg on wake as well as the addition of 40mcg clen.
Time to bring the shreds. Will post some pics from this morning here now weighing 113.3kg – my weight is holding as we up the test! 5.5 weeks out from Portugal!

Is this your preferred oral off season (until it interrupts appetite, any thoughts on its hypertrophic benefits vs dbol in a test deca/npp off-season blast)
Hey Johnny thanks mate appreciate that bro! Adam came top 10, he just wasn’t big enough to do better. Shape and condition were all on point so give him a year and he’ll be well up there.
Yeah man I love anadrol lol until it fucks my appetite (this makes me sad) haha so I think it’s an amazing kicker to an off season cycle as the strength gains are HUGE! And for me personally there’s minimal water gain – however others report differently. I prefer anadrol to dbol purely for the fact that anadrol makes me so fucking strong – then when I pull it due to Appetite reasons the injectables are all set in and doing their job so happy days. Perhaps try the exercise wirh a different execution, concentrate on a really slow eccentric, a 2 second pause in the hole then drive out. This may help with execution and then improve the effectiveness of the exercises
